Do you come off cycle

How many people are there that don't come completely off, do you just taper down, if so to how much and for how long between starting next cycle. Do you use any pct at all in the low dose taper down phase. How many consecutive cycles have you done with out coming off.

Curious to see what everyone else's choices are An there input into why ?
 
What you are talking about is called ~ Blast and Cruise.

Used mostly by Guys on TRT.
Where they are on their TRT dosage all the time.
But then will do 8 Week Blasts a few times a year.

I'm not on TRT, but once did a Blast and Cruise for a little over 1 1/2 years.
Finally had to come off, as my AST & ALT were out of wack.
My LDL & Triglycerides got high, but my HDL had got very low.
Liver Function Test, and Kidney Function were starting to show signs of Strain.

Never again, as PCT was an Absolute Bitch, and didn't feel right for over 4 months................... JP
P.S.
Even guys on TRT should run Bloodwork after any Blast to keep an eye on things.
Especially if you don't have a Doctor overseeing your TRT.

These days, I usually do 2 Cycles a year, come off, PCT and Rest between Cycles.

cycling steroids means time on = time off

what you are referring to isn't cycling. how can you ask 'do you come off cycle'... by the very definition cycling steroids means just that.. cycling on and cycling off.

why not just call it what it is.. just staying on steroids
 
@JP explained this thing very well. It is cruise and blasting, or basically - TRT. It is very hard to get recovered after cruising and blasting, so in many cases it becomes a TRT, which is not good if you did not need it before that. Therefore, better cycle steroids properly - taking your time off, and running the right PCT. If you will run steroids even at lower dosages in between blasts, your natural testosterone production will still be suppressed, and certain side effects will still take place. And after overly long cycles it gets harder and harder to recover your natural testosterone production.

I agree with this 1001%. It pisses me off enormously. Why do guys 'blast and cruise'? They will come up with a bunch of pseudo sconce sounding ideas but here's the truth. They like how they feel 'on' and eventually are afraid to come off.

I wait to have it proven that the gains from blasting and cruising are better than those from short to medium cycles + PCT and time off. I suspect the risks of side effects are way higher regardless.

To answer the question - yes. I do 1 (one) 8-10 week cycle a year for a competition. In between - no PED's.

Blasting and cruising is not a good idea unless you are adamant that you are done having kids and a doctor is prescribing the TRT cruise dosage for you. Being on steroids year round (even TRT) puts you at a hugely increased risk of prostate cancer. You want to work with your doctor so you can routinely get blood work done and ensure that you stay healthy.

A much healthier option is to do as follows:
1. Run your cycle.
2. After your cycle run a good pct protocol such as the perfect PCT: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/
3. After the PCT protocol, run a SARMS bridge - such as the SARMS triple stack: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
4. After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day
5. Then wait 3-4 weeks, ideally get blood work done to make sure everything is in the normal range and start your next cycle.

With doing 1-5 you will continue growing off cycle and your natural testosterone production won't be suppressed. It is a healthier route all around.

You knew what you were doing. We have had previous conversations about cycles before we didn't get along. Time and place. Aussie section!

It might be true for some people but the typical user (av gym members) is, as we know, piss poor diet and nutrition wise off gear. Hence they lose a lot of their gains.

And, if the gains aren't better, then their dimes are wasted. I'd put the cash into more food.

I can only speak for myself man thru my own experience.. But I count all cals and macros and cruising on test I hold all my shit so much better than pct..

Good. So many are, as we know, sh*t off. Heck, on some other forums. guys know moire about roids than they do about food ha ha.

Haha hilarious shit aye, some clicked on fellas gear wise, but couldn't piece a simple diet together to save their lives
 
My theory is that you should come off and PCT for as long as you can. I would always do time on plus PCT should be time off. For example, 12 weeks on cycle plus a 6 week PCT means you should take the next 18 weeks off. I would do that until you are no longer recovering natural test production in the normal range or start to have all the symptoms of low test. At that point I would look at TRT.
