embarrassing question

evo friends, this is very embarrassing to ask, but does anyone else have smelly stool after drinking protein shakes and living the "bodybuilding" lifestyle? My gf commented the other day when I fart it's like a tear gas attack this is normal or just my stomach.

Does he mix with milk instead of water. If so it could be bad also from lactose intolerance.

Used to get them all the time but I switched protein powders. I think quality has a lot to do with it. Ever since I got true protein's whey isolate a few years back, I have never had problems.

also, get more fiber in your diet like psyllium husks. It keeps that protein moving instead of rotting

digestive enzymes are excellent and if your don't use milk with it or take in a lot of dairy then it should not be a problem... the less dairy you have, the less likely although that does not guarantee it either... its not out of the ordinary though bro
