First Cycle Bloodwork - High E2

Hey all,

I'll keep it short and concise.

First cycle ever - Running 415mg/week of Test E - Pinned every 5 days.

AI Have been using Arimidex at 0.5mg every 3.5 days (1mg/week) - Was advised by many people to start light and adjust after bloods.

Got my blood work back today (These were taken at the end of week 4) and my Estro is way way to high - I've been experiencing the water retention and pointier nipples as a result but thankfully no hard lumps or anything yet so I can adjust before we see any major Gyno affects.

I have nolva on Hand but I'm looking at adjusting my Arimidex to 0.5mg/Every 2 days now which is a large jump.

Estrogen came back as "Oestradiol - 235 (< 146) pmol/L

I needed more than .5mg arimidex eod to keep my estrogen in check running 500mg/week test.

Nolva can help in a pinch to try and combat some gyno sides but in reality you need to get that AI dialed in.

bro...on your estrogen...go with aromasin 20mgs EOD and you'll get it lower...add some ostazol...30/day...

well buddy the bloodwork does not lie that is why you did them. so you need to act asap.

it is also possible your adex is fake and your test is overdosed. as crazy as that is i see it a lot with ugl labs

Either increase your AI dose slightly or try to start pinning EOD.
