@milbous1 this is week 2 for you as protein 400+ right?
I checked training I see upsets but no drop sets add please.

Love salmon with berries perfect mix.
with my wrist being sore i have been taking it a little easier haven’t been hitting it like i was trying to let it heal while still working out. i might have to go light with lots of reps instead. sunday will be three weeks on 400 grams also trying to go with less rest in between sets when wrist is better will ad my drop sets back
 
gym workout tonight and macros for the day was a little low on protein and calories so oatmeal with protein powder pb2 and milk made up for the macros needed
arsenal strength press is a good one. you don't see that in many gyms these days. its one of my favorites too @milbous1

i’m switching tonight to leg night instead of back and biceps going to get a extra day of rest on the wrist it doesn’t hurt super bad but enough to know if i’m not carful it will be a long term thing it’s more stiff now than painful today after gym going to heat and ice if it starts hurting again like it did i will go to the doctor. I think im going to do weights that i burn out at 12-15 i hurt it trying not to slam down 80# dumbells i should have just let them drop to the rubber padded floor. i try not to be that guy at the gym though

I promise this i will let them bounce off that rubber padded floor before i hurt myself again. I went tonight and just did some cardio I have to not eat so much before the gym it’s harder than people think to eat this much food clean. My 450 pound boss asked me why i carry a cooler full of food with me all day and im so skinny. i told him im trying to get between 3600-4000 calories a day in he said my three doughnuts in the morning have 1000 calories. then my double quarter pounder with cheese and fries is another probably 2000. then went on and on about little debbie’s and pizza slices. told me that’s how i need to eat. lol I wanted to tell him that i like being able to look down and see my junk but there was to many people around didn’t want him to get in his feelings. Then he told me i need to take steroids and i wouldn’t need to eat so much and go to the gym all the time 😂🤣🤯 anyway i will keep yall posted and won’t slack to much more.

Eating that much protein isn’t easy. I took some out in my morning shake and i am replacing it with meat and yogurt so i could space it out more throughout the day the last 4 days . Hoping for better absorption. so i’m full from the time i wake up until i go to asleep. only time i get hungry is after the gym now.

for my wrist I have been using bpc157-tb500 5mg5mg mix the last four days today it feels pretty good this morning. i do 500mcg morning and when i get home from work
 
what’s good for gyno besides tamoxifen. i started getting really sore right to the right of my nipple so i started taking 20 mg tamoxifen every day and it stopped. I started retaining a lot of water after about 5 days it quit hurting. but with the water gain my kidneys hurt. I quit the tamoxifen and lost all the water kidneys quit hurting and two days ago it started again so i started the tamoxifen
I hated the tamoxifen I had. Made me feel terrible. If your nipples hurt, is your e2 high?

that’s the thing my e2 was pretty low however my right side right above my nipple felt like it was on fire. since taking the tamoxifen it feels fine the little lump is all but gone and looks normal now
no issues with tamoxifen and it always dose the job for gyno @milbous1

Oh it was for sure some bs. I was very need to this. Some weird goopy dropper bottle stuff from pct express or whatever weird website I can’t even remember. I remember taking it, and it worked for the nipple sensitivity, but it worked harder on my brain and when I was going to sleep after I took it, every time, I had pretty disturbing dark thoughts. I’m prettygood at powering through times, because I’ve caused myself many of them. So I knew for sure it was the chemical doing that to me.

@toddthelineman fake nolvadex is a bit issue because it can produce unwanted sides. I've had tamoxifen show up as clomiphene imagine the emotional hit guys took from taking it.

Yeah man. I started seeking actual medicine for ancillaries after that mess. I actually had zero interest in bodybuilding at that time. I was just trying to figure out, blindly, how to get my strength back after being injured for so long. Like wandering around in the dark. I’m lucky things went as well as they did. I got kind of swole by accident. Had no idea I could look like that or would even want to hahaha. I mean I always had a good swimmer type body, or a fighter. Always very very flat looking

I found that about 80% of the gear online is fake or counterfeit these days. It's pretty bad.

I’m sure it is. The sites that you find online are pretty incredulous. I didn’t really fall into much of that. I knew people who used gear for most of my adult life. If I bought some, I’d was from a guy who was humongous and I knew where he lived lol. But I don’t mess with people like that anymore because you never know what kind of trouble is in the background, and do you want to do what you have to do of you find that trouble? Nah.

i can see that depending on quality of ingredients. Maybe some being over or under dosed. different carrier oils. Some people are more sensitive than others to stuff. I swear for about two months about 2-3 hours after injection I would get really sweaty then a ton of energy for half the day then just cruise until next injection.
 
alright went to the gym tonight did back and biceps worked out until i knew i needed to stop. wrist is feeling really good right now. I will lift a little lighter tomorrow as well. Got some drop sets in. Kicked cardio’s ass tonight. I almost went for 5 miles and said no to working out. I always do my cardio first gets my blood pumping good. on leg days cardio is lighter 90 percent of the time. overall good day today. i felt like crap when i got to th gym yesterday did 20 minutes of cardio and called it. Good yesterday. today I felt amazing. I feel like I could still go but i need sleep

same lunch today it just gets expensive when i eat it everyday. I miss living in Michigan having rainbow,brown, brook trout steelhead and salmon all wild caught pretty much whenever i wanted
Im in Wisconsin so i completely get what you mean about the good fish around the Midwest.

Id eat smoked salmon daily if i could but man is it expensive lol

so during the salmon run i used to get a lot and we would go out 3-4 times in the spring summer catch them in lake michigan and i would smoke them man i miss that. Steelhead through out the winter and early spring brook trout when ever i wanted if my wife could handle the cold i would be back in northern Michigan

Plus all the awesome ice fishing because you know -20 and -30 in the winter is a daily occurrence other than it being 0 degrees outside lol.

It’s always funny when people think you are or are not on steroids lol. Like “wooow you think I’m a body builder? Thanks!” Or the opposite “they can’t even tell I’m on steroids” 😞. And then you meet someone else who is definitely juicing and you both just know. Like being bit by a vampire, now you can see them. Within just a couple weeks of my first pins my traps and delts looked so different. The rest of my body has caught up a little bit, but I get the knowing looks still

Yeah I was active on the site when BL passed. People who have been into body building forever are maybe used to it, in a way. I didn’t even know what to think. He was very open about his abuse, just days before he was on a video talking about his kidney failure, and his complete refusal to talk to a doctor. I was not, am not, trying to risk it all for gains. I just want to be strong and resilient, and getting muscular and ripped has fueled some vanity for me, but no bigorexia. I’m actually pretty shy about my physique, I’m in a sport that has me changing in and out of wetsuits in front of sometimes hundreds, even a couple thousand people. I’m not by far a freak but I get stared at and comments all the time, I’m regularly approached about diets and fitness and such. I usually tell them I’m the last person they’d want to ask for advice because most of my physique is an accident, and the rest is so far from what you would think is right that you wouldn’t believe me. Not to mention I’m not about to start talking about hormones and drugs. Those I have offered advice to don’t listen at all hahaha. Well a couple have maybe.

That's very true, we all have issues thats a fact, body dysmorphia is a big thing, but he had a real drug habit very few know about. I rather not say it because the man is dead and he was on EVO a lot too. @toddthelineman

haven’t done anything last two days except work a 14.5 hour and a 16 hour shift was exhausted when i got out of work hopefully today is only 10 today so i get to go to the gym yesterday was the first day in 3 weeks i didn’t hit my protein goal didn’t come close to calories either day

got to the gym tonight did a mile in 8 minutes 5 seconds on the treadmill and did a mile on the elliptical in 11 minutes 52 seconds on treadmill got me a decent workout in wrist still aches but no sharp pains so getting better dinner is dirty rice 650 grams total made with 93/7 burger and rice peppers onions garlic pepper white and black little bit of Cayenne powder and 2 tbs of A1 sauce

so here’s lunch and snacks until i get out of work might not eat both protein bars but one will be eaten for sure. ran out of blueberries 🤬and forgot until this morning. so just blackberries and strawberries. Tonight is meal prep night so chicken tenders and hamburger steaks will be made. I have a four day weekend this weekend so traveling to Grand Isle. No gym there or anywhere chose by I will just run five miles two of the days that should cover legs enough. Then i can do pushups and other body weight exercises

@milbous1 Bro! Great snack choices... I'm hovering around 500-600g protein a day now and it's paying off. Keep pushing the protein bro you can't go wrong. I love the bars and the protein milk drinks they are so handy in a pinch! I find I can eat almost as much protein as I want and listening to Lev's advice I include 15g psyllium husk with DigestGold with every meal (and just ordered Apple Cider (raw) with Mother) and it's going down like water, no problems.

*advice* stay away from eating a half pound of dry roasted soya beans at night, you'll wake up looking like a dead bloated whale on the beach!

to add to this, stay away from soy in general it's estrogenic.

i’ve been killing the protein i’m pretty sure i’m filling out a little bit. i’ve been taking my digestive aid with meal’s. probiotics in the morning time psyllium husk in the morning with my protein shake. I’m not big on soy beans. I’m going to have to look up the cider and mother thing Thanks I was a fat ass less than 9 months ago. My diet has gotten me feeling a lot better over all. Couple guys at work told me i look jacked. i guess compared to almost everyone my age there that’s kinda true 😝. instead of taking the elvevator the last month i take the stairs up 185 feet. I’ve beaten the elevator a couple times. that’s a feat all in itself.

i’ve never had visible veins in my arms and stuff my whole life and there popping out here and there a little bit more every workout. Im addicted to that feeling when you kill the cardio and you feel like you are floating afterwards for about 5-10 minutes then rest for a few stretch and hit the weights better high than any street drug. A fat kid would have been a whole pan of brownies and quart of ice cream that was me two years ago. If it wasn’t for how active i am at work i would have weighed 4-500 pounds thanks for the tips and stuff this group of men on here are awesome. I like how everyone is positive and helps each other out. I will be able to add my two cents to the newbie in another year or so. I do point them to the food app i use i love that thing.

Tonight is meal prep night so chicken tenders and hamburger steaks will be made. I have a four day weekend this weekend so traveling to Grand Isle. No gym there or anywhere chose by I will just run five miles two of the days that should cover legs enough. Then i can do pushups and other body weight exercises
ended up eating everything in that picture except one yogurt. ate that after dinner with a extra tbs of raw honey for something sweet
 
So my Cycle ends on the 15 of September. Do you think it would be a good Idea to get labs checked Again just had them done 5 weeks ago. Or would it be a waste of money ?
@milbous1 if it is possible you should get it done....it will help compare the results better..........
 
i’ve never had visible veins in my arms and stuff my whole life and there popping out here and there a little bit more every workout. Im addicted to that feeling when you kill the cardio and you feel like you are floating afterwards for about 5-10 minutes then rest for a few stretch and hit the weights better high than any street drug. A fat kid would have been a whole pan of brownies and quart of ice cream that was me two years ago. If it wasn’t for how active i am at work i would have weighed 4-500 pounds thanks for the tips and stuff this group of men on here are awesome. I like how everyone is positive and helps each other out. I will be able to add my two cents to the newbie in another year or so. I do point them to the food app i use i love that thing.

I think I would have you check bloods 4 weeks post cycle, but you're taping down into TRT right?
so labs are ordered for friday morning this is what’s tested and My A1c

no lh or fsh i traded it out for my A1c i’ve been keeping track of my blood sugar overall it’s way down a year ago A1c was 5.7 and my blood sugar was always around 115 now it’s around 85-90 i know im not producing anything myself they shut off a month after trt started yes i will go to trt dose afterwards and ill get another test if i need to in 6-8 weeks to see if my hormones have stabilized to trt . then I am going to go get anything i can get done by a doctor with my insurance

dinner for tonight after i kicked the gyms ass tonight. macros for the day. got some cardio in good day. i’m so full all the time and my stomach is steadily losing fat. I love it

No problem at all. I don't think at your age you have an issue with A1c but lets see. @milbous1
when i got tested a year ago it was 5.7 borderline type two diabetes. that’s what was the beginning of me starting my journey to being healthy. I was also diagnosed with low t took me 6-8 months to start trt. I had to know that i could maintain a fairly healthy lifestyle before i started trt. I was so scared of getting man boobs because i already kinda had them from being fat. Trt was the best decision i made in a long time. It really was like a switch was turned on. I wanted to get out of bed again wanted to do things wasn’t always tired. it was night and day and it started for me about 2-3 weeks in

Yes but this was 1 year ago I see you're like night and day now, I think truly you are a different person today.
