that’s what i was thinking of doing is pretty much machines and body weight stuff the bench doesn’t hurt me and over head presses don’t hurt unless i go heavy but cable pull downs and skull crusher’s kill my wrist
That makes sense, just keep those cables and skull crushers out until pain-free for a full week. Swap in rope pushdowns or machine dips for triceps and keep bench and overhead press under 70% max for now to stay productive without flaring it.

long day at work no gym tonight but i have a 3.5 day weekend so will make up for it good macro for the day

yes I hit that pretty easy now especially with that hgh . I am a little over my calorie target. I think i am still losing fat though so if it isn’t broken i wont fix it. i have gained a couple pounds probably water weight. my stomach really looks like the fat is still melting away. Should have my v cut before january

You’re in a good spot if strength is up and fat is still dropping even with higher calories. Keep the same intake until the scale stabilizes and reassess in two weeks to stay on track for that cut by January.

yes that sounds pretty close to my plan. i have close to two weeks of high protein snacks with carbs left in them. I am slowly making my menu for Keto diet as well. It will be a lot of meat, avocados, pork rinds cauliflower and broccoli. a lot of canned tuna smoked herring as well. When i do keto i stay below 25 grams of net carbs a day. I might make it to 30 grams some days. After a month I will have a cheat day every other week with 50-75 grams of carbs. I might not need to do the keto thing though if i keep up the way i have been. i gotta be between 14-16 percent body fat right now. I have today through sunday off. so going to hit the gym hard today and sunday Take the family to the fair on saturday.

Just be careful with herring and tuna bro. Both have a lot of heavy metals, mercury in particular.

That’s a solid plan, if you stay high fat you'll be in ketosis fast. On training days, you can add carbs around training around 20 grams, even in Keto.

If you’re around 14–16% body fat, you could stay moderate carb instead of full keto to keep strength up, that's on the table imo.

I couldn’t sleep so I went to the gym 30 minutes on the elliptical. did a few tricep exercises couple chest exercises couple bicep exercises just about 70% weight. Today is an off day, but my body was asking for some work out. Then i came home and made this for breakfast. Steak is fresh 450 grams sweet potato is leftover 178 grams

thank you. I figure in 2-3 months i should look like what i do now with a pump just naturally out of bed that’s what i hope anyway.
That's the cool thing about training is when you're pumped you get a quick look at your future self if you stay consistent.

I think some carb cycling is the better way for you, think TKD style most around training carbs, you look amazing lean I think we can get you to recomp more with the high protein push @milbous1

i just need to get my carbs back down. I can do that pretty easy. i will eat the food i have left so it doesn’t go to waste. Then i will load up with around 25 grams of carbs before my workout and get it.

yeah i wanted steak when i got done working out today. it’s on sale for 12.99 a pound right now bought 3.5 pounds and only had to trim 2 ounces off to make them perfect. I always take any tendon or grizzle of any steak.
Love steak shares really shows progress :D I'm serious, steak to me = mass!
 
Have you looked into getting a large freezer and buying a cow or half cow? It can get a lot cheaper. It’s been a while since I did it
I looked into doing it locally but the farmers are all hip to the hustle now and charge a fortune. They know us citydiots will pay top buck for grass finished local beef.

The butchers also know wussup and they charge too haha.

Then you get stuck with a ton of cuts you might not even buy if you were out shopping.

Where I live it didn't add up.

it does get cheaper there is just a lot of meat i’m not a big fan of. Then if we don’t eat it in 6 months i taste the freezer. even in vacuum sealed bags. one of my quirks my other half isn’t fond of.

didn’t go low carb today on purpose just ate a bunch of leftover chicken and taco salad. didn’t hit my 400 grams yesterday only made 317. fair food isn’t that great. yesterday’s macros and yesterday’s workout. I will saying eating the way i have been has definitely made me a little stronger. The workouts i was struggling with are now easier. I have went up in weights in a few places. Since starting hgh and the low dose nandrolone I have gained around 4 pounds, Chest and arms feel a little fuller. Will post pictures on sunday see if i’m still staying lean. I feel a little bit bloated lately. i can still see where my abs are.

Lol no such thing as a healthy option at a fair. All you can do is make the best of it.

Main thing is the family having fun. You can work off the extra carbs and fats later

You say you're going to do a little bit and I do too. But I have to admit on those days I ended up doing a full workout anyway. It's amazing how when you think you're going to do a little workout, it turns into a big workout. @milbous1

They give me shit at work when i save wrappers or bottles to be able to log my food at lunch time. write down my bottles of water. not allowed to pull phone out anymore unless it’s intrinsically safe. I take my diet pretty seriously the last 10-12 months. I really don’t give a shit. My bosses told me i look crack head skinny. I haven’t bought new clothes since i dropped my weight. I’m going to wear these things out. They don’t know that i almost have a six pack and the beginning of a decent figure. I’m definitely in the best shape out of all the people out here in my age range between 40-50. It honestly feelgood not to be a fat ass anymore feet and knees hurting all the time breathing heavy after 2-3 flights of stairs.

it ended up being 30 minutes on the elliptical some overhead tricep extension then some tricep kick backs did dumbbell hammer curl and regular curl and 125 push ups in sets of 25. best i got was 43 in a row two mornings ago. They put us back on 12 hour shifts which means i’ll be here from 6 am until 7 pm. probably gonna last week or so

i usally do 30 minutes of cardio on one of my two off days. Maybe once every 4-6 weeks i’ll be completely lazy two days a week.
@milbous1 if you can get some cardio daily that is crucial. cardio is not your enemy. its great for the overall health

the heart is a muscle as others have said on here. a lot of bodybuilders have big and strong quads, big arms, big chest, etc. but they have very weak hearts.

i do cardio at least 3 days a week and i walk miles at work everyday usally somewhere around 7 miles a day up and down stairs then i do my cardio in the gym as well

That is a brutal shift to when I worked as an engineer. Sometimes I'd work for 1 or 2 days straight.

I’m carb cycling on days I don’t workout, staying below 50 grams. on days i do workout eating around 50 before the workout and 50 after. All the bloating has went away. I dropped a little bit of water weight. 209.5 pounds when i woke up this morning. I will post some pics after i get done at the gym as well as these. these pictures are fresh out of bed. I didn’t go to the gym yesterday. I think that HGH is working well. I have lost about an inch off my waist. Getting ready to go work out back and biceps. Going to keep protein at 400 or more most days. keep carbs low on off days and do the 100 grams of carbs on workout days. i’ve gained some actual muscle and lost fat body recomp is still in full effect. At this rate i should hit 10 percent body easily by January. I am probably somewhere around the 13-15 percent range now. one of the front pics im flexing one i’m not.

You look good and lean in those pics. The water drop and waist trim is for sure compared to your 1st pics. Recomp plan is on point and with high protein you'll go places :D You'll hit 10% easy!

it’s been a couple days since i have posted. did good on my protein. Might not hit 400 today. working out every other while working these long shifts so I don’t burn out. I’m carb cycling on days I don’t workout, staying below 50 grams. on days i do workout eating around 50 before the workout and 50 after. All the bloating has went away. I dropped a little bit of water weight. 209.5 pounds when i woke up this morning. I will post some pics after i get done at the gym as well as these. these pictures are fresh out of bed. I didn’t go to the gym yesterday. I think that HGH is working well. I have lost about an inch off my waist. Getting ready to go work out back and biceps. Going to keep protein at 400 or more most days. keep carbs low on off days and do the 100 grams of carbs on workout days. i’ve gained some actual muscle and lost fat body recomp is still in full effect. you don't have to hit a certain # of protein everyday. its good to cycle them too. some days go low and some days go high @milbous1

you are looking better and better! @milbous1 definitely looking pumped after the gym. Keep cutting down the body fat.
