Today's diet and excersize and water
Dont worry in time we can work on this and a cut would help but lets go step by step @rayray01

These are my main problem areas, come a long way from 203lbs to 154lbs. But last bit of belly fat is determined sob. No matter how much walking I am doing or abs excersizes I do no luck. Not sure if my kidney removal surgery ruin the muscles underneath because they cut me right above my naval. Please share any advice on how to get ride of it, I moved from good amount ofdecifit to less decifit, but not making the desired progress. Would a cut cycle be helpful in such case?
When weight loss stalls, it can be best sometimes to just stay where you’re at. Don’t try to force more weight loss, because your metabolism is already shutting down to STOP YOU FROM LOSING WEIGHT. Losing weight is somewhat unhealthy, your body does not want to do it especially if it’s under stress! You’ve lost like 25% of your body weight. That’s like having your legs chopped off bro! Give it a little time🙂. Let your body settle in and destress ESPECIALLY while you are healing. I wouldn’t try to gain weight, personally, just keep it nice and steady

@rayray01 you need to simply keep losing body fat. for men we tend to hold excess body fat in those areas. so keep dropping more body fat man. fasted cardio. fasting in general.. GLP'1s are going to be the answer.
 
It was sweet indian sweet dish my mom made, and my food tracker does not have it, so.i put down a milkshake for.it. to.get my.carbs up i ate mcchcken sandwiches no mayo
Stay away from any food like mcdonalds at your situation. Can you do meal prep? @rayray01

Keep eating clean. You're not going to go wrong and you will get healthier inside your body. A lot of times we mistaken health with how low body fat we are and it's not always the case. @rayray01
 
Yea man i need to, I will stay away from fast food from here on out. I rarely eat out, 97% eat at home, closest to meal.prep I ever got was healthy choice microwavable meals.
If you can do meal prep it would really help you, just rice and chicken breast with broccoli, can you do that?

eventually you will want to graduate to retatrutide as it is much more effective as a triple agonist

Like mounjaro is prescribed to me do for diabetes, u do not wish to mess with that as of will impact my sugar level, since reta is only a very market product not sure on the dosage to take for my sugar level to be stable and do I do it daily it weekly, hence not messed with reta

I have these, and these be counted as lazy man in the kitchen meal prep. 🤣 limited calories, can track macros with these are d there a good variety and taste half way decent. Let me know if not I will work towards meal prep. I could have eaten one of these last evening but not sure why got the mcChicken.

yeah if you are using mounjaro for diabetes then you need to work with your doctor on that. its important to balance things out properly @rayray01
Yea that's why not messed with Reta, and .mounharo is fine. Kind of hard to ask doc on the dosage of product I ordered off the grey market. Rather not open that Pandora box. Lol

damn dream crushed...lol ...nah I am just being silly, i get that, but i will try my best and hardest before i give up. I have made so much progress, and made a whole lot of positive changes in life to be here and i am so close, really do not wish to be huge and super ripped. I got it to 18% body fat on my own in about 10 months from 26%, goal is to get to about 12% body fat, and I am willing to make whatever lifestyle changes to get there. Hence here seeking guidance and advice from you all.

Maaaaan I don’t think anybody could credit an excellent physique to this kind of food. There certainly are people who get away with looking good DESPITE eating such food, but the majority of people you want to look like are eating MOSTLY single ingredient food. Of it comes in a box, has tv commercials for it, or has some type of name that isn’t exactly what it is like broccoli, then it’s not what you want. this type of food definitely definitely definitely has hidden ingredients that are not on the ingredient list. That will not help you. Secret ingredients that are messing with your blood sugar and who knows what else. That kind of stuff, food that isn’t literally fresh recently living organisms has been tested by a food scientist in the factory and they use chemicals to reconstitute things that have gone bad things that have literally failed their quality control control get chemicals added to them so that they can pass FDA regulations, but some of the stuff doesn’t get tested and it just passes right through. I would avoid this stuff. This is the kind of food that got you to where you are in my opinion.

They need to rebrand it to "Unhealthy Choice" lol. I guess I will figure out meal prep thing, will order a food scale and get rice, broccoli and chicken breast and spices to get things going. I am assuming meal prep 2 meals a day, 7 days a week. I eat cereal for breakfast i think that should be fine right or no? I thought I was eating healthy till your comment. lol.

I don’t think cereal is healthy AT ALL. Most people eat it. Most people are sick af. If they didn’t fortify it with synthetic vitamins and minerals and use milk CEREAL WOULD KILL YOU. Look up beri beri disease.
 
man i think easiest would be eating moms home cooked meals, just not sure how to count macro's on those but they are prepared from scratch at home fresh daily. I as it is struggle to eat a lot so do not think I will have a problem of over eating calories.

21 grams added sugar that's not going to work, can you change to something like actual meal prep? @rayray01 or a premade dinner no sugar.

It looks good but you need to drop some of the potato stuff and this has too much estrogen with soybean.
 
Yea no more healthy choice only moms home cooked meal. And for it no sugar at all.
Those are better than fast food but you can get healthy meals pre made without sugar, check at the store.
 
Any thoughts on adding Clenbuterol towards the end of the cycle to help clean up for stubborn fat deposits, or any other product which you all would recommend, or just wait to finish this cycle all together and then go from there? Everyone's time and guidance is as always much appreciated.

Well it’s known to be a pretty harsh drug. I actually am good friends with a female ex bodybuilder. She used to get really shredded. She used clen. When she stopped her weight rebound was kind of extreme. You are literally injured right now anyway. You don’t have a compitió coming up, give yourself some time. Don’t pull too many levers at once. If you force that final stubborn weight loss with extreme behavior, you are going to get an extreme rebound. I’m sure of it.

Lol.. I agree nothing wrong with it. I refuse to believe that if I want something and put in effort towards it that I cannot achieve it as long as it is somewhat practical and realistic, not trying to compete in a competition or anything just lose some body fat and somewhat of lean build with little bit of muscles that's all... I think I can accomplish that with @LevButlerov guidance and ofcourse i will have to be disciplined and follow directions and execute on excersizing properly and diet part. Also somewhat hardheaded and do not like to quit on anything I set my goals towards. I believe I will achieve my.goal whether it takes me 12 weeks or 12 months. I will get there.

seriously though that is the nice thing about weight training. doesn't matter your genetics. EVERYONE can do it. its not like basketball where you have to be tall or have good eye sight lol

I have 2-Anadrol, 2 -Anavar, Chlormid, 2 - Primobull, 1 Aromapex that I purchased that is not being utilized or will ever be because we changed course.

I am.also.stocked up with 6 × 10ml testosterone and 3 x Equipoise 300 for this cycle.

Before I repeat this dumb mistake again for my next cycle, please advise what should I pick up for the next cycle which will be a cut cycle.

All your guidance is as always appreciated.

I wouldn't add clenbuterol, having a GLP1 like retatrutide is a better choice for you imo @rayray01

Get testosterone and retatrutide, you don't need 400mgs/ml test fyi

Thank you, yea I am feeling good and tired, had my first session. With the trainer, we worked on my mobility, posture and breathing and flexibility. She kicked my butt. Go na get some good sleep tonight and wale up at 4am and do.it all.over again.

Retatrutide and Mounjaro both hit GLP-1 and GIP receptors so stacking them can drop blood sugar fast. Running both you have to go very low dose to feel it.

If you ever do switch fully to Retatrutide, start at 0.5–1 mg weekly for 4 weeks then pyramid slowly by 1 mg every 3–4 weeks until you find control between 3–6 mg. One 5 mg vial usually lasts 2–3 weeks depending on dose.

The calorie deficit will continue to help with this issue. Just have to keep it up.

Yes sir, trying my best to maintain a daily decifit of atleast couple of hundred calories. Not sure why my body.fat percentage went up.from 17.9% to 18.8% over the last 10 days... lol when its suppose to be the other way around... and going down... lol. Oh well I just habe to trust the process and keep at it, hopefully will move the needle in the right direction soon.

your whole training is arms basically, but your shoulder hurts?
we need to limit your training to avoid the shoulder for at least 2 weeks now. @rayray01
 
Yea I hear you, even look at the weights, they are not heavy weights but this old injury just gets inflamed and hurts...

I think towards the last few.reps I end up activating or leveraging my front delts while curls, and it is that joint between front delts, side delts and shoulder which gets aggravated due to it.
We should switch to lower body for 2 weeks, can you do that?
 
Just now opened up packing to get things ready for tomorrow morning, and saw the vials is thst much full almost 30% empty, is thst normal? Is this something g I should bring up to Naps support team, not sure hence asking? If normal then will not worry about it. Every other vials of tedt thst i ha e received for my trt is atleast 90% filled. So was a bit confused.

Lets go with lower body for 2 weeks thats legs and some abs (leg lifts etc) with cardio @rayray01
Tomorrow will be starting Week 3 so far I have been on 300mg/week Test and 100mg/week EQ, should i bump it up to 500mg/week on test and 300mg/week for EQ, so far no side effects or pip issues or anything? Please advise as initial plan was a 12 week cycle, so 10 weeks remaining of it.
don't bump it up, stay with 300/100 plan.
Just now opened up packing to get things ready for tomorrow morning, and saw the vials is thst much full almost 30% empty, is thst normal? Is this something g I should bring up to Naps support team, not sure hence asking? If normal then will not worry about it. Every other vials of tedt thst i ha e received for my trt is atleast 90% filled. So was a bit confused.
that happens, it's not perfect but can happen at times with smaller labs that Napsgear resells, you should report it though with pics

Legs and abs it is, I will give a day break in between just for them to recover. Should I continue the cycle or stop till I start lifting again as an upper body as well. I will submit a ticket for vial as advised. Will stay on course worth dosage, so the buffer dose i guess is for guys who a bigger and taller than i am i sssume.or we are sticking to b it because of medical reasons. Coz in my mind i want my bicep and tricep to grow a bit and my neck area but i am getting leaner hence asked thinking more will help grow more muscles. But will stay course as advised. Thank you.

Don't stop cycling, keep going just work around the injury :D
 
Also when i start with reta, is it 0.5ml every other day or how many times a week do u wish for me to take it, on top on clen and mounjaro, please advise? i thnk the reta from hong kong will arrive here before us domestic naps stuff... they said 3-5 days, i said heck ya...

Clen is 40mg, and I get my peptide straight from manufacturer man cost a whole lot less and here in less than a week when I order bulk...I surely will use domestic i just had credit sitting with naps that I wanted to utilize, still got 115 or 120 sitting there, clen was free as u can see well not free but utilized some of the credit I had.

I got it, because I placed a bulk order of aod9604, ipamorelin, reta, BPC-157 and TB-500 blend, ghk cu, all together 10mg, 10 vials each. I will have it incase I decide to go that route

I am in the us, in kenucky once all the credit is used at naps will be getting it from domestic. But for peptides its just cheaper to buy from the source and in bulk and get it shipped here.

@rayray01 yeah ordering in bulk saves you money for sure. i would make sure though you cycle addresses. get a couple po boxes in case you get a seizure or address flagged

you will know when the order doesn't arrive lol. do a po box and only a 6 month thing. if address gets flagged then get a new one at another post office and so on

I used to buy all international. It was great. All Rx gear was all I used. Well. It’s a lot harder now. Packages get seized, it’s not rare. And then it’s not cheaper anymore, and it’s very stressful.

usually guys are doing 1-2mgs to start. first 4 weeks. @rayray01 then you can gradually increase
