Hey so decided id put a log up of how im going with the first cycle. Started at the start of this year on 250mg Test E from Ugloz.
Starting weight was 82kg and now morning weight is 95.4kg. Im pinning M,W,F. Was doing eod but decided its easier this way and can get away with it as im not seeing sides from hormonal fluctuations.
My Meal plan is 3800cal 220p 520c 60f
This is a estimate i cant be fucked adding it all to fitness pal but i eat same thing every day, but yeah its around those macros.

Meal 1
4 eggs with low sugar sauce
100g oats with 100g frozen berries
1 cup orange juice

Meal 2
200g cooked white rice
200g uncooked chicken breast= 130g cooked for me
80g broccoli

Meal 3
Same as meal 2

Meal 4 Pre workout meal
150g rice bubbles
300ml oat milk

Meal 5
200g white rice
200g uncooked chicken breast
100g Mix vegetable

Meal 6
100g oats with 100g frozen berries

You look very good in your base pictures. Wide back, very strong muscle base and super thick. Big arms, you have an amazing body for sure, great start :)

some updates for us to make this log work and going please

diet training
diet, general diet is fine, but seems you are low on omega 3 fats and fiber, and proteins go up, you dont need to fitness pal it but a good share would help
training, please share your training as you go, exercises reps sets and weights
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Happy sunday morning first meal gone down ill add a pic of that, LEG DAY today bit more hamstring focused, been doing dumbbell RDL past like 6-7 weeks and today i would be doing 80kg i did 75 for 8 last time but after 80 there the heaviest my gym got so gonna be switching up with barbell stiff legs and so excited for that.
Also about diet i got a ss down below of macros. How much fiber is too much? My toilet time is great and digestion is too, ive had my fiber up to 60g a day but noticed id get more gassy and digestion went to shit.

Alrighty Leg day complete week 6
I know ill hear something about oh too low volume, over the past months ive been influenced by Paul Carter and tried lowering my volume
Currently doing 6 sets of hamstring,quad,chest,bicep,tricep and abs
4 sets of side delt, rear delt and adductor
2 sets of front delt
8 sets of back and calfs
This is all every 8 days and will possibly change as i monitor Progressive overload.

Anywho the exercises for today
1 seated hamstring curl 2 sets
2 SLDL 1 set
3 Hip Press 2 sets
Single leg extension 1 set
Adductor machine 2 sets
All weights in ss below. Every set taken to task failure and any with a half rep where complete failure

some people argue about volume
I think it depends on what you're aiming for
 
A lot of people think that smart training is lazy
those are the same people end up injured

that's what it's all about

but that's me doesn't make it right or wrong but it works for me
Yeah thats nice, ive given it a fair go multiple times but just aint for me, especially quads like if i do more than 5 sets a session they just shrivel up and get weak. It does suck cuz i like that kinda training just seems more hardcore doing a shit ton of volume to failure

@Macko_shmacko volume is good, you will grow with more volume and lean out, not to failure but more like 15-20 reps level

Morning weight update 95.7kg
Been annoying training upper body this week as i was a fool and arm wrestled someone and felt a lil something in the elbow, safe to say im never doing that again. Not too bad should be good by next week i hope.
Anyway I got my second leg workout done tonight.

2. Hack squat 2 sets
3. Single leg extension 1 set
4. Adductor machine
Decided to throw back on the sleeves and squat shoes today cuz my calfs been feeling like there gonna rip apart in the hole of my squats, also mucking around with foot position and felt better today.
Half the time i can use gym pin on adductor machine cuz the owner aint there and he disapproves but today was gone so thats why weight was so much heavier this week

Ive got weights in the ss but will just start writing it all down in the post, make it easier to read. And nah same diet as i first posted, ill give it another week see how the scale and look is moving.

Added 25g oats to both first and last meal, gonna start pushing food slowly up next few months while trying to keep a nice shape.
A change to the cycle, i was taking 12.5mg aromasin M,W,F with each pin of test
Now I have taken that out and added 150mg of Masteron E, taking M,W,F. With 250mg test E also M,W,F
I am a big aromatiser to test, on 250mg a week without any AI my estrogen was 280-330 pmol which is around 100 for the Americans.
So i believe adding the mast should help with lowering estrogen while hopefully not impacting bloods as much, will confirm with blood work in near future.

Incline barbell

Flat chest press plate loaded, this felt like shit
1- 45(a side) x7

Seated calf raise
1- 100x10
2- 100x8
3- 100x7

Yep will post up todays session this arvo.
And nah staying around 5-8 for most my sets, as I’ve heard higher rep sets cause more fatigue than lower reps and im trying to get strong asf

I fucking love the gym man, i think its the same for many but the whole process and everything you put in will show in the gym, no one can tell you to push harder than that voice in your head if thats with training, food or even sleeping enough. The routine everyday is what Im living for, at the moment anyway. Im sure when im a bit older ill see the importance in say having a family but right now im so selfish with my time and who i put energy into. Im fresh in this bodybuilding world and know that my words dont have deep meaning or impact as much as someone who has gone far in this sport but im gonna give it my all so when im on that death bed i can think fuck man im proud of what i did. Bit of a heartfelt post but the gym is so much mental as it is physical when you take it to the max and i feel people should share there thoughts and feelings a bit more to get connected with those around them.

I hope everyone had a great week and is in a good snowball with there training. ❤️

I fucking love the gym man, i think its the same for many but the whole process and everything you put in will show in the gym, no one can tell you to push harder than that voice in your head if thats with training, food or even sleeping enough. The routine everyday is what Im living for, at the moment anyway. Im sure when im a bit older ill see the importance in say having a family but right now im so selfish with my time and who i put energy into. Im fresh in this bodybuilding world and know that my words dont have deep meaning or impact as much as someone who has gone far in this sport but im gonna give it my all so when im on that death bed i can think fuck man im proud of what i did. Bit of a heartfelt post but the gym is so much mental as it is physical when you take it to the max and i feel people should share there thoughts and feelings a bit more to get connected with those around them.

I hope everyone had a great week and is in a good snowball with there training. ❤️

it's a great place to let off steam
a lot of people have different reasons for going to the gym I think a lot of people agree with you for the same reasons but some just want to get out of the house

Hamstring focus Leg Day

Laying hamstring curls
1- 100x9
2- 100x6.5

SLDL
1- 160x7

Hack squat
1-140x10
2- 140x8

Leg extensions
1- single leg 68x12
2- double leg 124x9.5

Adductor machine
1 - 300x13
1- 300x12.5

Kinda tweaked my quad a week ago on hip press, the machine has like no resistance at bottom then hits like a truck in mid range and yeah just screwed up last leg day but almost no pain today so swapped out hip press for hack squats and kept strength nicely.

Next leg day ill go for 160kg on the hack and ill have no more room for plates after that which is a cool feeling, will have to put 25kg plates on after that to add weight.

Did 4 sets quads today instead of 3 and maybe might add some sets to other muscle groups just to experiment, to many bodybuilding edits on tiktok make me just wanna throw shit around for two hours haha.

@Macko_shmacko tweaked quads? how bad is it, you need to get some yoga in and infrared therapy

you should do less hip/legs for a few weeks and go upper body :)
