Hey evo! I just started my first cycle i would really appreciate some help from more experienced users
Started this cycle ~8 weeks ago (Jan 21). I transitioned from cruise (125 mg) up to 300 mg, and just recently bumped to 400 mg (3 days ago, March 10).
Goals:
- Find my personal “max effective” testosterone dose
- Learn to properly manage estrogen
- Push mass gain as far as possible while staying within healthy bloodwork markers
I do have Aromasin on hand, but I’d prefer to manage estrogen through compound selection (e.g., DHT derivatives or EQ) rather than relying on an AI. That said, I’m aware that sticking to test-only is likely the smartest approach—especially since a previous cycle (500 test / 350 NPP) went sideways. This time I want to do things properly.
Plan is to stay on as long as bloodwork supports it and build a solid base. I’m playing things somewhat by ear, but I’ve considered potentially finishing with something like Anavar or Anadrol, and possibly introducing a second compound later in the cycle.
Would really appreciate input from more experienced users.
Current Stats:
- Age: 25
- Height: 187 cm
- Start weight: 88.5 kg
- Current weight: 91.1 kg
Diet:
- Started at ~4300 kcal, currently at ~4700 kcal
- Increasing gradually (200 kcal at a time)
- 5–6 meals per day
Macros (approx):
- Protein: 300 g
- Carbs: 500–700 g
- Fat: 50–100 g
Training:
- Split: PPL / Rest / PPL
- Sleep: 7–8 hours nightly
Cycle:
- Testosterone Enanthate – 400 mg/week
Other Compounds:
- Cialis 5 mg (pre-workout)
- Noopept 10 mg (pre-workout)
- Accutane 40 mg
Supplements:
- Citrus bergamot – 1200 mg
- Vitamin C – 500–1000 mg
- NAC – 1200 mg
- Alpha-GPC – 600 mg (PWO)
- Magnesium – 600 mg
- Potassium – 1000–2000 mg (depending on intake)
- Zinc – 50 mg
- Copper – 2 mg
- Omega-3 – 2600 mg
- Vitamin D3/K2 – 75/100
- Taurine – 3–5 g
- Glycine – 5 g
- Melatonin – 1–2 mg
- Creatine – 10 g
- Probiotics
- Psyllium husk
Side Effects So Far:
- Noticeable water retention
- Slight increase in blood pressure (127/80)
- Considering Telmisartan if it rises further
- Facial flushing/redness
If anyone has input on:
- Estrogen management without overaliance on AIs
- When/if to introduce a second compound
- Maximizing growth while keeping health markers in check
