Veteran Log First Testosterone Cycle Log

well i've seen them use balls and bats are weapons in baseball. and i've seen them in football purposely step on another player with their cleats. saw that in soccer too
I wouldn't doubt someone out there has probably swing a skate at another guy. Probably in Russia, those guys love hockey and their nuts

Im gonna go for a true bulking cycle in the winter. Still trying to decide if I'm goin all in on Tren or just run some dbol first and save the Tren for later @BodyMonster34
bro tren make the man. you need it

the only story i could find was the one where the guy flipped and his skate cut the opponents neck and the guy died
Ya I remember that one. It was pretty bad. We used to be able to play without neck guards until that happened. Then it became mandatory

Thanks bro. All the help and support from the EVO fam has been huge through this process.

I've noticed a funny thing. I think I'm like you where my left side really doesn't like getting pinned. I've noticed over time that it's always my left that gets sore. I pinned my right delt for the first time yesterday and it went perfect but last week the left was sore right away...weird. Always my left side gets sore and right goes perfectly. @ceo
bros yeah it weird but true

bros yeah it weird but true
Ya it's crazy. I was originally thinking it's because I'm right handed, but that doesn't make sense cuz it should be the other way around.

Weird but true is literally the perfect way to describe it cuz I really can't think of a reason.

Nothing better than 2 for 1 right. Thats my thinking when I have some repetitive task work and I get my heart rate up and keep it there and treat it like training. Work and workout, 2 for 1
It's like being paid for cardio :P

i like being in AC gym with clients as they train lol ;) I was just talking big haha @BeMe
LMAO!!! Oh bro you're killn me lol.

Ya it's tough having that much muscle doing labour in hot environments. I've worked around a couple really big bodybuilders who did much harder trades than me and those guys would be soaking wet in air conditioned job sites. Some of the places I work would be a death sentence for those guys.

Even just the little bit of muscle I've added is already making me sooo much hotter. Atleast I can skip sauna sessions after hot days now

actually you know in a hot environment you get that good mass broly like tight and lean ;)

Will you still love me when I'm bigger than you tho? I won't be your little prison buddy anymore haha
bro even @Mobster knows even if he bigger i got my boys to help me out. you wouldn't be able to handle 4 of us. just make sure first day on questionairre you answer favorite soap

Log Day 98

Another really strong training session yesterday. Added weight or reps to a lot of sets kinda like the day before. I think I just hit another boost in performance. I've noticed on cycle that it seems I have weeks of steady incremental gains but every few weeks I get a really noticeable jump in performance. I was telling my wife it's almost like it comes in waves. Anyone else ever notice this on their cycles?

I tried eating a proper cheat mean last night and got some five guys, cheeseburger and a little fries. Didn't respond well too it unfortunately, even though it tasted great. Sleep was pretty bad and recovery today as at a 30 day low. Don't think my body can really handle full on cheat meals. Usually a cheat for me is just having some fries or eating something with bread. Think I need to stick with that.

Bros, our body complex. Gotta learn it.

yeah i can imagine that is super dangerous.
Ya but neck guards are gay. No one wants to wear one. Imagine playing a sport with a turtle neck on and that's what playing with a neck guard is like

@BeMe you gotta eat the cheat meal early in day and if you cant sit well with meat try more honey oats kind of a cheat ;)

Honey oats sounds like a delicious healthy snack, not a cheat. You chest the same way I cheat lol.

My usual cheats are sushi, tacos, or a sub sandwich.

Sushi and tacos together?? For breakfast?? Bro you must be living in Texas or Cali to be up for that lol.

I run the probiotics and digestive enzymes everyday thanks to you guys. I never had issues with the digestion before but hearing the stories of what could happen to guys eating high protein diets like me I thought it's better to be proactive and just take them. @Npcclassicphysique champ

You know that actually sounds really good. If I ever need a diet break I might actually do that as the ultimate cheat day haha. Just gotta eat the cake early at like 4pm. I'll eat a whole red velvet cake to my face haha

Goalies have always been known to be a bit crazy. They're different. But back then...how nuts were they. I think Bobby Clark was know to have an almost 100mph shot. If I threw a puck in your face it would cause serious damage...a 100mph shot could end you

they also didn't get paid either in those days lol. i'm pretty sure owners and coaches don't want 10M a year players getting their faces bashed in

Ya that's a really good point. Didn't even consider that. All those guys were nuts lol. They would drink before the games and between periods, and they would smoke on the bench in between shifts lol

Log Day 99

Woke up feeling really run down yesterday. Didn't sleep well, recovery was at a 30 day low. I was going to do my mini powerlifting day yesterday but thought better of it given my condition. Instead I prioritized recovery. Some light treadmill work to get my steps up. Walked the dogs and the wife lol. Then went out for a couple hours on my superbike to rip around.

Funny enough riding fast is my greatest method of relaxation. The feeling I get after I come in from a high speed ride is like a drug. When I come home and sit down my body feels like it just had a massage and my brain is totally calm. Pretty much the feeling you get right after sex. After that I just relaxed at home for a while then went on another late night walk with the fam after dinner to aid with digestion before bed.

Had a good night's sleep last night and today I feel much more energized. My recovery is still a bit low but that's been pretty typical around week 6 when my training cycle picks up. Hopefully I'll hit some good numbers in the gym today and spend the rest of the day riding around having fun. I have some stuff to do around the city so I'll be on my city bike, avoiding shitty drivers to stay alive lol. A little less relaxing during the ride but still oddly relaxing when it's all over.

True...his talents would be better utilized with you guys. A LOT more pulling to do. Sorry @Npcclassicphysique champ you're gonna have to work with @toddthelineman instead lol
For real though I’ve had some amazing transformations at work. Last guy I trained at my old job lost 100 pounds exactly in one year. And he barely climbed ever. As soon as I could teach him to work a bucket he stayed up there and just worked poles, standing, pulling, lifting. Bout 10 hours a day, fasted, then big steak and some veggies at night but he still used A1 sauce. I couldn’t get him off that. He lost all that weight and then I heard he actually was hospitalized with gall stones and had to have his gall bladder removed😲. Idk but he was only 22

Damn genetics are a bitch. Seems like there's only so much we can control when it comes to stuff like that.

Right. There’s some really popular carnivore influencer MDs that would claim that his diet would have not caused it. When that happened I started becoming very skeptical. Dr. Ken Berry and all the others actually, they say if you eat plenty of saturated fat your gallbladder will start primed and not create stones despite genetics. Well, this kid did have gall stones in his family, and he ate ribeye and butter every day and he got healthier and smarter and all the things that carnivores claim to benefit from… and then he almost died. He would have died in nature.

I'm sure we aren't far away from gene editing stuff like that out of ourselves. If our governments won't allow it we could always travel to China lol

Creeps me out, but yeah, it’s coming no matter what. Seems a bit better than yeeting deformed babies into a pit, if that’s really what some people did

But I worry about unintended consequences, like the possibility of removing all schizophrenia from the entire gene pool and unintentionally lowering the creativity that supposedly occurs in people who have schizophrenia in their family but don’t have it themselves

Or removing sickle cell anemia, a brutal disease in homozygous people, but malaria resistance without disease in heterozygous people. Or so I heard.

HLA B27(I think) causes ankylosing spondylitis but certain versions of it mage you resistant or immune to HIV.

What if we found out that make pattern baldness carried with it some other genes for who knows what? And it could take 100 years to figure it out.

Ya they're probably worried about the same thing. Crispr has been around for a long time now and we still haven't seen much of it.

Biohackers have been using crispr on themselves for a while now. Might be interesting to see what comes of that. How long til some guy edits himself into a marvel superhero lol

I didn’t know that technology was available to anyone who wanted it. I thought the sophistication of it was a bigger barrier than that. I honestly don’t know what I would change about myself if I had the means. It wouldn’t be fair to all the younger guys if I still had hair hahahaha. I’m far from perfect but I was dealt a good hand. More likely to screw it up than improve it. It would be nice to not have arthritis genetics… not sure what the consequences might be. Probably would have a greater effect on my offspring. No idea

Ya good health is the greatest blessing in life but it's something we don't acknowledge until we don't have it anymore.

Hair regrowth will be possible in your lifetime for sure. The amount of money at stake for the company that figures it out is massive. I'm sure sooner rather than later someone out there is going invent a solution.

This new jump in performance is still happening for me right now. The last 3 training sessions I've been smashing PRs.

Hit a 3 plate squat for 7 reps today with one in the bank. 2 more than last week. Added reps to my back down set after also.

Right after that I hit a 4 plate deadlift for 4 reps with 1 in the tank. I maxed out on 3 reps last week.

Got a pretty nice pump from the squats too.

Log Day 100

300 test, 300 Primo, 300 NPP, 40 anavar, 25 Proviron

Another milestone. 100 days of logging, time if flying.

Yesterday was another very very strong gym session. The last 3 sessions I have been smashing PRs like nothing, sometimes adding as much as 4 reps to the previous week's numbers. I think I may have found a sweet spot for my dosing.

Sleep was pretty good last night following a semi cheat meal. Had one and half Philly cheesesteaks and a tiny bit of fries. Only woke up once to pee.

Recovery number is still pretty low, but I feel pretty good to go.

it was the same in all sports. they worked side jobs as painters and construction. they weren't true professional athletes like today who could dedicate 100% on their craft.

It's actually still the case in a lot of sports today. Pro lacrosse players still have jobs. I think rugby is the same for some countries. Canadian football, the CFL, a lot of those guys have day jobs too. Just playing for the love of the game. Funny that those are 3 of the most dangerous sports too

yes i know. but i don't consider those guys the best in their sports. if they were they would be playing in the top leagues and not need those side jobs. those are just guys chasing a dream IMO. i hardly think many 'love the game'. i know a lot of minor league baseball players who used to HATE it. imagine being on the road all the time, can't hold a relationship, shitty pay, staying in roach motels and living out of a suitcase sharing a bathroom with a dirty stinky dude and sleeping next to him. but they did it cause they were delusional and thought they would one day make the majors or they just didn't want to grow up

Yea I'm sure there's a lot of that. I know guys who did that in hockey. Go over and play in "pro" leagues in Europe and stuff making minimum wage playing hockey.

Lacrosse is different though. The guys who play in the NLL are the best in the world and they're mostly doing it just cuz they love the sport. A couple of them make a decent living off endorsements and stuff but the money really isn't there with lacrosse. You should watch a game sometime. It's the same as the NHL, American teams and Canadian teams. It's pretty fast paced and easy to follow. Not a lot of confusing rules to understand.

It keeps getting better. I just went PR chasing on bench again and hit a clean 245. I got 250 up high enough to get it back on the j hooks but I couldn't lock it.

2 weeks ago I was so happy to hit 225 and then 235 as a PR. Two weeks later I can rep with 225 now.

I upped my NPP to 300mg from 200mg almost 3 weeks ago now. I think my body is suddenly feeling the new dosing @LevButlerov

Careful with PRs so no injuries. With your amazing build, you just stay at the level and grow slow on strength. @BeMe

Yep I'm being careful. A pec tear is a scary thought. I've seen a lot of videos...ugly stuff. I've heard about how you can get too strong for your tendons pretty quickly. Thanks for looking out @LevButlerov !!

I pre-exhausted a little bit before going for the lift today. I think if I did a proper warm up for a true 1 RM I got 260 pretty easily in me right now.

I'm being careful to not grind too too hard right now on the heavier stuff cuz I'm worried about tearing stuff up.

Yea that was one of the things I found when I first started researching PEDs. Some pretty scary stories of injuries guys did to themselves by pushing too hard week after week.

I saw on another log you double jig for red snapper? That's pretty cool. Two for one haha. One of my favorite fish to eat but the Florida fish cartel manipulates the prices so high. By the time it gets to Canada it's a delicacy.

I remember there as a TV show I watched back in the day with the dickhead who spearheaded that whole licensed quota BS. His name was Buddy something. Put all the small boats outta business overnight cuz they couldn't derby fish anymore. Capitalism masquerading as sustainability. @stevesmi

if i go on a boat i will go after snapper usually.. yellowtail is the easiest one to catch and tastes great. they only have to be 12"

You have to go pretty deep for yellow tail and snapper tho don't you? That's offshore fishing right?

lots of kinds of snappers. mangrove snapper aren't that deep. maybe 15ft. but generally other snapper will school around structure offshore. 80ft or deeper

I'm with you, but when it comes to injuries that will stop me from training I'm pretty cautious these days. I'm 41 this year and don't heal as fast as I used too. When I was powerlifting I was always getting banged up, but bodybuilding feels a lot safer @BodyMonster34

You'll be here posting calling people poosies 40 years from now lol. Ur not going anywhere on us

It's the same as the NHL, American teams and Canadian teams. It's pretty fast paced and easy to follow. Not a lot of confusing rules to understand.
i'm surprised about lacrosse. seems pretty boring when i see it on tv

Good job hitting 100 days of logging. That's very impressive. And you're almost to 100 pages on this log too. @BeMe

Whatever movement they were doing at that point I would NEVER do again lol
I used to bench with no rack. I’d just sit with the bar on my knees, lay back, kick the bar up, start benching, then throw it off. I did that one time and felt a snap in my neck, right where my herniated discs were. Didn’t really hurt. Continued my workout. Later I looked in the mirror and blood had pooled under my skin and spread down and across my traps. Silly of me. I was really holding myself back working with no equipment.

I used to work in Philly. A lot. Like north Philly where the liquor store was the grocery store and where people got food instead of a lot of big chains like subway. Seemed like most Philadelphians got their cheesesteaks with salt, pepper, and ketchup and they aren’t very big but they were very very cheap and pretty good tasting meat. Then you got out into the greater area and there’s really good ones and one place by my apartment would have a line no shit… an hour wait! And the cheesesteaks were cheap and they were so big they would feed a family, seriously. I swear that place was selling more than cheesesteaks I’m certain of it. They were losing money on those sandwiches. A lot

lots of kinds of snappers. mangrove snapper aren't that deep. maybe 15ft. but generally other snapper will school around structure offshore. 80ft or deeper
So cool. Wish I lived in Florida and had a nice center console. I'd have Mercury poisoning within a year lol

It's gone by so quick. Once I hit 16 weeks I'll taper off for a couple weeks and then I'm back in TRT mode and gonna start some GH

Thanks. Ya seeing what happens after for the first time is going to be fun. I learned a lot in these 100 days. Next cycle will be a lot more dialed in.

Lmao no way on subway. That shit is nasty

Mine came from a local diner. They make some pretty proper cheesesteaks

I thought in Philly they eat them with cheese wiz and mayo

Log Day 101

Still riding this wave of performance gains. Everyday I train I'm hitting PRs on reps or weight. Decided to try for another bench PR and I hit the 245lb bench I dropped 2 weeks ago. I went for 250 and got it high enough to re-rack it but I couldn't lock it out. The rest of the session was really good even though I over did the sets on bench.

Next time I run a cycle like this I'm going to use this current dose as my starting dose. Feeling great even if my recovery numbers don't show it.

I have a bit of a dilemma. I have bloodwork on Saturday and then I have to head up to the cottage for my sister in law's bday. My doctor says don't train before doing bloodwork. I need to get my 5 sessions in this week, so it looks like I need to run 5 days of training in a row to take off Friday before the bloodwork Saturday morning. I trained this past Sunday, then I'm doing mon-thurs and I can get a session in Sunday at the cottage to complete my week.

Could this mess up my bloodwork? I know my creatine kinase will be sky high, but it always is.

Well I never did see that🙈. I would’ve went home and never came back hahaha. That sounds repugnant
I thought the same til I tried it and man...it's actually good. I hate cheese wiz with a passion, never ate it as a kid. My family liked it but not me. Mayo on steak sounds gross too but something about it all together works.

There's a Philly spot up here that does the "real" Phillies. They call it a "wit wiz". I'll try anything once and it really is good. Order it that way whenever I go there now.

Heh. Wow. I couldn’t do it. I can’t know that there’s mayonnaise I. Something. If I don’t “know” it’s probably fine. My step dad knew I hated it and would force me to eat it. He even hated it too. It was pure spite. I don’t have it in my house hahaha

You might like home made mayo. Throw in a little garlic. Tastes so much better than store bought

Bench press, very heavy. lol :P but showing off, thats what happens. @BeMe

Oooh...ouch. I guess that's what happens when you show off tho. Usually we all learn that the hard way haha
Powerlifters, usually the issue. Rarely happens in normal bodybuilding like we do. :D

One of the many reasons I made the switch. I switched almost a year ago and fell in love instantly. Hypertrophic training is more for me and I love seeing the gains. I'm hooked for life now.

Fact! bodybuilding training is way smarter than powerlifting, and you don't need to be fat to do it :P lol I know I'll get powerlifter hate I know I know.

Ya if you can't do your own work it gets expensive quick. If you get an older boat they're pretty basic to maintain and repair. Modern boats are getting all computerized like cars. My dad just bought a new bass boat and the options they have on this thing are nuts and it's not even a high end boat.

When my parents lived down there they were part of a boat share program. I think the membership was only around 5k a year. The company had a lot of boats to choose from so they got to go out pretty often. My dad was pretty grateful he didn't buy a boat cuz they got tired of Florida after 7 years and no one uses center consoles up here.

yeah i don't know how the boat share program works in all situations. they are all different. one dude i know is part of one BUT the catch is he can only reserve the boat during the week. no weekends. then you gotta pay for fuel, bait, bring your own rods. use up tons of hooks and tackle which goes fast fishing wrecks. just easier to charter where they do it all unless you really make it a hobby and are willing to learn it all. there are apps now which tell you where the wrecks/reefs are, so it isn't like it used to be where only experienced captains knew where to go.

the big issue with owning a boat is you gotta get up super early to find a place to launch. and those launch places get super busy and people get super grouchy and drunk. there are YT vids out there of all the fights and arguments that happen.
