Fish oil pills

Hey guys,

Anyone else have this problem. Every time I take y fish oil pills, about 10 minutes later I start burping up the worst, rank-a$$ fish taste and smell ever. It's really starting to turn my stomach... I refuse to take it before the gym anymore cause it's that bad.... Any advice, alternatives, etc

Have you tried eating them with food?

You might have a sensitive stomach. I recommend eating and then take your supps after!

Happens to me from time to time. Even if I had eaten something before.
All advice I can give you is try to drink plenty of water to wash them pills down properly. Otherwise you just have to deal with the not so great taste as I'm doing.

It kinda come with the territory. It does help if you take them with meals though

You can eat salmon a few times a week instead...

You should take them with your meal, I always do it

my solution is eat real fish

Why are you taking fish oils pre workout? That will hinder muscle growth.

You don’t want to take anything anti inflammatory pre workout. That will reduce hypertrophy.

Take your fish oil, ant oxidants etc post workout. Not pre

I used to have this problem, eat it with some carb rich foods and it should go away. I only had these burps when i took it on an empty stomach or long after my last meal.

You should eat first, I guess that's the best option.
