HELP!!!! Cycle and source info

Hi All,

Just need help ...

What is the best cycle to shed tons of fat ... I need to lose in excess of 20-30 Kgs of weight. I have the diet and workout plan but doesn't matter how low I go on calories or how much physical activity I do, I struggle to lose fat (tried most of the diets, only Keto works but my body but does not respond well to it). Not sure what is going on. This is why now I am looking to go down the PED's path to get some help.

I have almost no experience with PED so it would be great if someone experienced can guide me on where to start. Also, if they can point out a well-reputed source in the market. Honestly, this is my last attempt at getting a healthy physique and I want to give it all I got before I quit dreaming about it.

Before someone wants to bash me for not doing the groundwork, please look at the below info:

Tried most of the diet with consistency (40:40:20, IF, Keto, Paleo, etc.)

- My calorie intake is roughly 400 less than my maintenance + what I burn in the gym every day
- Working out 5 times a week twice each body part with 3-4 hours of cardio
- Getting 7+ hours of sleep
- Alcohol once a month 2-3 drinks only
- Tried all-natural supplements L-Carnitine, CLA, Fat burners, etc.

Desperate and hoping someone is kind enough to land a helping hand.

Thank you all in advance.

You came to the right place to research the best way forward and connect with people experienced in all things performance enhancing.

SARMS are probably a good place to start supplement wise, but the bottom line is, you will only burn fat when you consume less calories than you burn.

There are products that can enhance this process but the foundation is diet and exercise…

Let's say I give you the benefit of the doubt and I believe that you have dieted well and are training seriously with weights and cardio.
because this is the first essential step, without this you will never lose fat, without a calorie deficit diet you will never lose weight.

well, at this point if you don't lose weight the key points to look at first are:
-insulin resistance
- theroid hormones

You should have targeted blood work to find out if you are having problems with the aforementioned hormones.

there are many drugs, I could make the long list, but given your situation I would start with the thyroid.

as you also asked for a safe source, take a look at this product
https://puritysourcelabs.ru/fat-burners/965-t3t4-t3-30mg-t4-120mg-150mcgtab-ep.html

ever see a dog that chases its own tail? well that is what you are doing here

when you drop your calories by 400 then guess what? you also burn 400 less calories too. your body will adjust to that so it takes more than just cutting calories to lose weight :)

losing body fat involves different factors. if you have been fat all your life it won't be as easy for example. if you have built up a lot of insulin resistance it won't be easy either. but you can still do it by doing something more then just 'diet and exercise' as many skinny guys will suggest to you. you see if a skinnier guy spins his wheels he still stays skinny anyway, but someone fat spinning their wheels doesn't get us anymore.

i would love to work with you and get you on a new path so you stop spinning your wheels forever. get in touch with me for a consult

Thank you, Bro, yes that is the intent... to learn from the big guns and people who have been there done that.

I did a bit of research and most people recommend Steroids over SARMS due to the same sides; what is your take?... Also, do you recommend liquid SARMS or in tablet form is ok?

100% on the diet and exercise advice.

Thanks for your reply, appreciate it!

Thank you for your reply, Phill,

yes, I had my doubts on insulation resistance too.. had my thyroid checked and it was all good. Even did all tests related to sugar/diabetes and they all came back normal.

I would appreciate any advice on cutting the cycle as I want to see if this helps. So far I saw some recommendations on Anavar + Winstrol + Cardarine.. do you think it's a good place to start?

I am unable to open this link but that could be my laptop, will check on mobile.

Thank you again for your help, appreciate it :)

Welcome to EVO family, we like to see guys wanted to make changes.

Lets talk diet first.

Start with higher protein lower carbs.
50% protein/40% fat/10% carbs
your overall weight not clear so you can calculate that backwards

With the 50/40/10, use intermittent fasting, where you eat in an 8 hour window and no food for 16 hours. So if you start eating at 11am you stop at 7pm.

Morning cardio not 3-4 hours but 1 hour empty stomach with 3 caps Cardazol before cardio and 20mgs cardarine gw501516.

5 times per week 2 times each bodypart/ you seem to be overtraining if no PEDs.

You can add in terms of cycles
50mgs anavar/day
7 caps n2guard/day
20mgs cardarine/day
3 caps cardazol/preworkout

Fasting will make a huge difference for you. Focus your diet on clean, whole, single ingredient foods and start with a simple 24 hour fast. I recommend you read "The Obesity Code" by Dr. Jason Fung. It has changed many lives and the way people think about food/diet.

Legend! This is some great info, thank you so much, Eddie.

My Diet and Stats:
Calories per day - 1900
Diet Split - 40,40,20 - 190P, 190C, 50F.
Body Weight 122Kgs

What is the difference between cardarine & cardazol? I just messaged Ozpharma on threema and they don't have cardarine & cardazol in stock. Should I wait for all or just start with Var and Winni?

Also, the cardio i mentioned of 3-4 hours is all within a week (3x1 hours sessions), sorry I should have been clear.

bro steve the man on this. listen to him

Will do, thank you brother :)

Diet is very important, try intermittent fasting - 8 hours food intake/16 hours water, teas drinks only, then move to 6/18 hours and finally 4/20 hours. Cut carbs, more meats, good fats and veggies. 1 hour of cardio is enough, add some CARDAZOL-NATURAL booster of cardio, stamina, energy, FAT loss
