Help Please! Serious problems after taking steroids...

Hello, I'm 24 and I need help, please. As a young boy I was very stupid and took some steroids by myself for like 2-3 years. This is what I took (2013-2016): Dianabol, Testosterone Enanthate, Deca Durabolin, Testo-MiX, DacaDex.

The problem is that I think I messed up with the PCT, because I don't really remember what PCT I made but I'm sure I did a very "light" PCT and for to short of a period.

Now I have some serious problems like:

-I lost a lot of weight, even if I still train and have a perfect diet of high protein and lots vegetables and fruits, no sugar or fast food.

-I have problems sleeping

-I have no sex drive anymore, very hard to get an erection at all and also depressed...

My question is: would a PCT be useful now, after 4 years since I stopped taking any kind of steroids?

Please don't judge me, I know my mistakes and I only wish I can be alright and healthy again :(

no a pct will not help you now, a pct is designed to help prevent a crash after a cycle of steroids. since it has been 4 years it is obviously way too late

my advice is go get bloodwork done, check my signature. then get in touch with me for a 1 on 1 consult so we can go over it and figure out the next step.

Thanks for the reply!

I made an appointment for the bloodwork for tuesday morning, I will be back with the results as soon as I have them. Thanks a lot !

I'm so scared now, what's going to happen to me? The only thing that I did for the last months is staying in my room and watching things on internet, no energy for something else...I also didn't keep in touch with my friends or go out from house for like 1 year, left all social media 1 year ago...still I go to the gym 3-4 times a week but doing pretty light exercises compared to before.

BTW I'm 1.90m, did sports all my life, started doing basketball when I was 6 yrs old, at 12 I started doing bodybuilding and stayed natural until 17-18 yrs old when I started gearing... and I got to weight 128 kg, I was very big and strong, 52 cm on my arms... and pretty shredded... now I'm 92 kg and I can't even recognise myself after all these years looking at my old pics...btw I'm still In a good shape, still have some muscle on my body but just as a regular natural guy obviously.

I'm also afraid of having some heart problems or something like ciruclatory system problems because when I'm in stressful situations I feel like my hands are sweating or something and getting cold, also feel something like panic attaks or something like that idk... maybe just in my head but who knows...

I'm very dissapointed of myself because I was so busy with work and didn't took time to do a better documentation for myself... :(

As a word of advice, don't listen to people trying to sell you something. You need to see a doctor for sure and get your blood work done. I do know someone who successfully did a restart with the use of serms and hcg together. It wasn't quite 4 years but it was a long time after a cycle. Chances are slim, but it's worth a shot and an endocrinologist is who will help point you in the right direction. If you find you can't get back to normal, trt will likely be your only option for feeling good again. If you plan to do any more cycles I honestly wouldn't even bother with a restart attempt and just look into trt.

Thanks for the replies guys, really appreciate. First thing that I will do is to do a full bloodwork and then I will be back, btw I don't really trust the doctors from my country so I think based on my bloodworks I will see what I can do on my own with plenty of documentation... I will be back with news...

throwing drugs at your body does not restart the HPTA.

hcg mimics LH which signals the leydig cells to stimulate, but it actually further shuts your pituitary glands down so it is actually delaying recovery.

SERM's block estrogen from entering the pituitary glands, which fool them into producing hormones TEMPORARILY. once you stop taking them guess what happens? you crash back down again

so in both cases no you cannot restart your HPTA with drugs. your friend who recovered with those drugs did it IN SPITE of the drugs. he would have done it regardless and got lucky.

only your own body can restart. think how absurd the thought of these drugs actually restarting the HPTA like magic, then nobody would be on TRT for life and we all could just run SERM's and hcg and have sky high T levels and be happy. it does not work like that

now we use SERM's in pct to prevent a crash after steroid esters clear, but again, only your own body can recover. 4 years on your chances of recovery are slim. in fact on these forums i have seen a total of 0 people ever successfully recover after a long time on. not saying it isn't possible but not likely. and yes i offer consultations but if guys cannot afford it I help them for FREE of charge and they also can come on my podcast for FREE as a call in to ask whatever they wish.
