How to get big

For a guy that cant eat grains (white rice I can tolerate) what do you guys suggest for carbs? I normally eat sweet potatoes, white potatoes after training sessions, last meal of the night and weekends.

Starchy vegetables are complex carbs, oatmeal, beans, peas

Too many guys do not count or track what they eat, so many are undereating or come up short on protein. Diet is 80% of your results! and the most important part

Exactly. Just because you feel full doesnt mean your eating enough. Most people severely underestimate their calorie consumption if they are not tracking properly.

It took me several years to truly grasp the concept of how important eating clean benefits the body more than drugs. I was always afraid of getting fat...lol. I soon realized that if my calories are clean, my time in the gym is intense and my sleep time is good, I quickly saw the lean gains. The drugs only help if everything else is in check. Now if I can figure out how to eat while I'm lifting, I would be set! I love me some good eating!
 
First thing guys should do is get a scale so you can get everything weighed and write it down everyday what you consumed. After awhile you will just kinda be able to tell what portion sizes you need but I still always use a scale so I know what I am getting.
 
Yes my brother Rick, most of the people only ask for cycle but never ask for a good diet, what to eat how to eat they only thing on gears, the gear with out a good diet and a good work out routing isn't going to do the magic we need to get educated about how to eat, and they said is very expensive to eat good I said no if you know how to prepare your food

I wish I could get my head around the diet. What is the best book to study for the right food, and how to fix it?

There no book brother every person is diferent just try to eat low in carb hight in protein plus calories to see good progress

Thank my brother. Is true there nothing like experience, you supost to know your body what is good and bad most people stop eating when on diet and that wrong you can eat all you want but always always low in carb hight protein and hight calories to gain muscle. There good and bad carb all we need to do is to Learn how to eat

When I'm trying to stay at my fight weight i normally eat majority of my carbs for dinner and right after workouts or training. If I'm dragging ass I'll kick up the carbs a bit as well. Lots of veggies and potatoes, sometimes white rice.

I agree u need to eat big only thing for that sucks is when I take my cals to over 4000 I slowly start to get love handles

Fuck man these love handles have been haunting me daily.. Can't wait till my diet + s4 + gw burns them once and for all.
 
It's a pain... But when I did the sarms triple over the summer and ran a calorie deficit they shredded... Fast.. I did crossfit also for HIIT in the evening.. Literally I saw it decrease daily
