Currently in the off-season after my previous competitions. Currently doing a small cut before a small holiday in Japan and then we’ll go back to doing a big growth phase.

Nice numbers, I lean out pretty easy too im microdosing reta atm, but cant use it in a growth phase. How do you find the reta during a bulk?
I dropped reta for my growth as didnt want anything affecting appetite. I was using insulin at small doses too so i didnt want anything to be affected. Might experience with it next bulk for the insulin sensitivity

Good to see the new log started, setup looks solid for a short cut before the trip. Dropping from 6500 to 5000 calories will trim fast while keeping strength up with that GH and test base. Once you’re back, you’ll be primed for another strong growth phase.

@Stamz getting sick is no fun. you need to get your flu shots ahead of the season. i just got mine over the weekend and was tired for the last 2 days as my body builds the immune system.

5000 calories is very strong. you must burn a lot of calories and have a fast metabolism @Stamz 6500 calories previously seems insane lol

Just been used to alot of food over the years trying to build. I think once you have been so high it gets easier each time
