IGF-1 LR3 and using it EOD?

I’m really interested in trying some igf-1 lr3. I’ve already used some ghrp 2 and ghrp 6
wasn’t all that impressed with them but igf-1 lr3 is one I have always had my eye on.
I’m thinking of doing 100 mcg every other day do you think this would be a good strategy for the first 2 weeks and then maybe dropping it down to every 3 days?
My main goals are to get better benefits with recomposition

IGF is better suited for growth. You don't need it for a recomp. You need correct macros/training/cardio.
That said to use it for growth,
Ideally you would take it on all training days to make the most of your food on those days. I would start lower around 50mcg/day and work up. You could really fuck yourself up if your not careful. Make sure your eating enough carbs and make sure you have some sour patch in your gym bag in case you start to go hypo. Again, don't fuck around with this. Same rules apply as taking insulin. Same bad shit can happen if your not careful.
Make sure you know how to reconstitute properly or bad shit can happen.

IGF1 is usually best used on lifting days before training, AM and pre training works the best, but low dose it first 50mcg before you pump it up bro
 
I would take it every third day and then adjust it to every other day

I would take it before bed and I would also stack some growth hormone with it
 
not really a big fan of it to be honest with you might as well just get ghrp2
 
if I had to ask you I would go with some umbrella for the best peptides

What was your ghrp 2 and ghrp 6 dosage and timing. What brand were you using.
I used both and my igf levels went up significantly according to my blood work

I only use igf1 lr3 Receptor grade. This peptide has a very short self life. I do not buy 1mg vials. Sit in fridge to long and not able to dilute enough to avoid pip.

I only buy 100mcg vial and reconstitute with 2ml
Now 50mcg is in 1ml. No pip and vial only sits for 24 hours in fridge
