I wanted to say hi to all the refs, mods, vets and good bro’s on EVO. happy to join the team. Im from elite and OLM. ive been into bodybuilding and health for 25 plus years. Joined another site to make new friends and as always learn new things and keep updated with the human body. Anyways I Retired from bodybuilding mid 2000’s because of injuries and joint problems, and a few other reasons, Not to leave out that bodybuilding is like a full time job and not getting paid for it, lol. Plus the sport gets very expensive if your doing things right, and the addiction of never being big enough or satisfied with your body gives a little headache n also adds to the madness lmao. But I Still love training, personal training, eating healthy, and helping others. My hobbies are cars, drag racing, hunting , fishing and camping. Also like homebrew beers and homemade wines, Deeeee lish. Not much of a computer person n I don’t get on websites much. But Hello to everyone
