Joint Support

Hey all!

Been doing a lot of research and when looking for joint support no one really states what they are using.

I’m interested in hearing what’s working for you. Objective is to alleviate dryness while using Winstrol or Masteron.

Deca/NPP
Bpc-157 & Tb 500
Glucosamine & chondroiton
Thorne joint repair?

Thanks in advance!
I find joint support depends on how serious the situation is @Tankie if injury then bpc/tb the only way really.
overall glucosamine chondroitin msm fish oil some of the best, if you stack with bcp157/tb500/ghk a lot of injuries can recover.

Thank you brother! I’ve read I don’t how many threads stating take joint support but no one ever says exactly what to take.

This is not for injury and because of that I’m glad you suggested this one.

Just need to add some glucosamine chondroitin when I’m ready. Already taking fish oil. 👍

Don't forget those healing peptides; they are a must and they really do work. They saved my ass recently during fishing season.

Nope. I literally did a podcast Saturday where we read out exactly what a member was doing from their log.

We've also covered what to do about dry joints on podcasts too

Glucosamine and MSM have been historically some of the most popular joint issues but don't forget fish oil.

Bros, I think fish oil is the money for sure and also load it up in good fats in your food.

Well my mentality is I stay away from things when I'm worried about joint issues. If my joints are acting up, Winstrol would be the last thing I'd even consider.

If not next week the week after. Just ordered
glucosamine chondroitin with msm along with Taurine and more N2guard.
I think you'll be fine man and make some adjustments to the way you train. I think that's the number one thing that people do wrong. They overtrain and they train their tendons and ligaments instead of training their muscles.

Makes no sense why you would lift heavy. I’m looking for high volume to minimize joint pain. I haven’t gained or lost any weight in 12 weeks. If I lose a couple lbs with this final push it will be ok.

I want to look back and say fuck yeah I did it lol!

There are lots of guys who have been training that way for years and they've stayed injury free.

The best thing for your joints while running winstrol is to stop the winstrol :p
Otherwise all the basics like Glucosamine and Chondroiton with MSM and higher dose collagen with fish oils and I add Krill oil as well. If you really tweak something acutely then I'd have BPC-157 and TB-500 on hand at the least and at the most (preventative) you can run both peptides while running winstrol (250mcg-500mcg each as a preventative).

This thread is all over the place.

1) Most here have offered advice for straight up joint health. And while what they've suggested is on point for THAT the approach will NOT help for dry joints caused by using Winstrol.
2) Now @Tankie we HAVE covered the side effects of winstrol. In multiple places. The ebooks: https://irongorillas.com/ The podcasts https://www.evolutionary.org/podcasts/ and the articles: https://www.evolutionary.org/winstrol-stanozolol
3) People forget the side effects will disappear when they stop using and bodyfat levels got back up (a mere fraction is enough)
4) You MUST include a small amount of healthy fats in your diet.

Then think about how winstrol works. It's method of action. Literally why you're using it. It WILL pull water from the lubrication (synovial fluids) around your joints. So stay hydrated too.

@Tankie what form did the research you said you did take? How was the search worded?

lol I can see @Mobster now… “damn kids have shit in their ears. Told them how many times and they just don’t listen”

It’s been a minute since I’ve listened to the Winstrol podcast but I have, a couple of times. As far as searching, idk… Winstrol logs, side effects, supplements, you name it. I’ve tried a few ways and a majority of the replies are “joint support”.

I got some good replies from the team and feel comfortable moving forward.

One thing I’ve learned is expect the unexpected and try to be prepare for it. That dive right in shit will mess you up.

It does vary. Just 'how dry' one is vs another. The differences in diet and so on.
