So after chest i went to food lion and started feeling wierd, kinda like my sugar was low, so i said fuck it and got them reese cups, felt like a fucking champion about 10 minutes after so they it worked lol, and no i wasn't dehydrated, i had 3 bottles of water during my workout with a liquid iv electrolyte pack, i drank 2 bottles before my workout and another electrolyte pack with my creatine before breakfast, so definitely not dehydrated

I did take a cialis for the first time ever to see if it made my pump any better. Didn't notice to much of a difference to be honest, but maybe that is what made me feel weird? Idk not to concernd about it. I feel fine now, and before someone ask, yes im running n2gaurd, 7 caps a day

Oh also order my blood test kit so blood work is coming soon, and set an appointment to get my blood taken next Friday. I think yall refer to this as dumping lol

Why you starting at such a low weight with lat pull downs when your already pre exhausted with pull-ups? Go right into your working sets. Less is better.

Ya, this is something iv been working on, i just like having that first feeler set. I feel like it helps me make sure my form is on point and helps me with the mind muscle connection, but i do agree, definitely wasting energy on those sets when im already warm, like i said this is something iv been working on

You're not wasting energy, big bodybuilders do this also, you need to feel things out and check your muscles.

Very small lump, usually its not noticeable. This is not caused by peds. Iv have had it way before peds, this is something i have kept a very close eye on, but steroids have had 0 effect on it, no nipple soreness at all, even my first cycle i ran 40mg of dbol for 6 weeks and 500mg of test for 16 with no ai( i know i didn't know what i was doing) and never had issues, if anything it made it better cause the muscle i gained tighted my chest up
So again before anyone freaks out its not caused by peds and its something i keep a close eye on, it doesn't bother me at all cause its usually not noticeable unless the light hits it right

Haven't gave yall a pic in a while, took this last night after eating, abs are getting more visible. I usually have shoulder and arm vains popin like crazy when i have a pump.

alright you should consider some nolvadex though

Even if gyno was there light before no lump, add 10mgs tamoxifen ed for 3-4 weeks you'll see a difference IMO

bros i saw in the other pic nothing to worry but add some nolvadex imo 4 weeks will clean it up
