I was listening to some guy on youtube and he said that you have to cycle creatine because it is bad for your kidney's. he recommended i buy a product for my creatine that would prevent kidney issues. seems like a scam. the brand was cell mass and he recommended to buy that one even though the price is more.
If you don't drink water, yea it can be bad, but if you're hydrated your kidneys will work well with creatine.
people put out bad information all the time on social media, doesn't mean they are right just cause they are a meathead with muscle.

Creatine is not going to cause kidney issues. It is just a few amino acids bound together that you already get from food. Not a drug or anything harsh like that.
