I'm looking to do my second cycle. My first was 4-5 years ago and was horrible. I ran test, my PCT was a joke, diet and training it to werre awful, and I had no idea what I was doing. I was an idiot. Now, I do my homework. I am an obsessive researcher and will do this right.
I'm working my way down to 8% BF, currently at 9.8%, and 186lbs. 31 years old. Diet is perfect (and I mean absolutely textbook perfect, no cheat foods or meals, no drinking) and my workout is great (just switch from strength training to a higher rep bodybuilding workout a couple months ago and working with an online coach). So that's me.
My goal is to put in mass and build strength, but also stay lean as well. I don't want/need 25+lbs of mass. I'm looking to keep, after water weight is gone and fat lost, to keep 5-7lbs of lean muscle mass. I believe this is a realistic hope given perfect diet/workout/PCT.
I was thinking test prop and anavar for my cycle, to put on some muscle, but keep my dry as well so I can stay lean through the cycle. Afterwards I would run the perfect PCT that's on this site, or elite fitness' site. Still torn between the two.
