I started logging my little run here on March the 5th when I started but I haven't posted in a while I've been so damn busy. I looked down but it was too far down now I couldn't find it so I'm just going to give you the lowdown on what's going on on the morning of March 6th when I woke up I weighed myself before eating or drinking with nothing on and I was about 174.2 lb and I'm very lean 8% body fat is really pushing it for me. my goal in this whole thing is just to get to 180 that was my original go but be as lean as I am now a 5 lb edition of pure muscle would make a tremendous difference people don't understand. the cycle I was running is the following
TEST C 500 MGS A WEEK
TEST P 300 MGS WEEK
EQ 750 MGS WEEK
DECA 500 MGS
ANADROL 75 MGS A DAY WEEKS 1-6
ON WEEK 7 I'M GOING TO SWITCH TO ORAL TREN, A DRUG I'VE NEVER USED AND JUST READ ABOUT AND THE ONLY THING I READ ABOUT IT IT IS THE MOST POWERFUL STEROID ON THE EARTH AND ACTUALLY THE ONE OF THE WRITE-UPS WAS FROM THE ONE OF THE MANUFACTURERS AND HE SUGGESTED SAYING THE HELL AWAY FROM IT SO WHAT I'M GOING TO DO IS DO IT FOR 6 WEEKS IT'S SO STRONG YOU HAD IT COMES IN POINT IN MICROGRAMS NOT MILLIGRAMS. SO I'M GOING TO START WITH 25 MICROGRAMS A DAY THEY SAY 5 MG A DAY IS A GOOD DOSE BUT I WANT TO SEE HOW I TOLERATE IT FIRST. IF THAT CONTINUES I'LL SHOOT FOR 185 OBVIOUSLY I'M STILL AS LEAN AS I WAS.

ANYWAY MY ULTIMATE GOAL REALLY IS TO COMPETE ONE MORE TIME AND THAT'S LIKE A FANTASY I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT'S EVER GOING TO HAPPEN BUT I ALWAYS WANTED TO STEP ON STAGE ONE MORE TIME BECAUSE I HAD A RETIRED NOT BECAUSE I WANTED TO BECAUSE OF A JOB THAT I COULDN'T DO BOTH. SO I WANT TO DO THE MASTERS NATIONALS BUT I WAS A PRETTY GOOD AMATEUR BODY BUT I'LL POST ONE ON MY PICTURES BELOW BUT I DON'T HAVE TO GO IN AS GOOD AS THAT BUT I CAN'T GO IN UNLESS I'M 80% OF THAT WHICH IS GOING TO BE VERY HARD ON MY AGE SO I'LL JUST SEE HOW IT'S GOING. i would pick injectable tren over oral tren all day. if you have never used oral tren it isn't as powerful as injectable because of the way it is structured.

what's up it's Saturday afternoon I'm watching the final four. I put a hundred bucks on North Carolina to win the final four so everybody root for North Carolina LOL.
anyway things are going really well I feel great in the gym. I actually feel pumped as shit out of the gym like right now. I can notice cuz I can't scratch my back anymore my bicep gets in the way. I just started doing back and legs again since covid and I got such a pump and I'm so sore today from a back workout yesterday.

I was going to try the oral tren but the more I read about it the less I want to try it. I can't even find anybody that has any significant experience with it and everything I read online is pretty much negative. I think I'm going to toss that and replace it with superdrol.
so starting in 2 weeks from today I'll be taking
TEST C 500
Test P300
EQ 800
Deca 200, for joints
SUPERDROL 20 mgs day
NOVELDEX 10 mgs a day.

I posted a picture I took earlier it's under a purple light, it's not a filter. I look pretty good actually, I thought. You can judge that I suppose.

My diet is pretty much on track although I got to stop missing meals. My goal is to gain some weight and I have but not like I should if I keep missing meals. I drink a lot of shakes. What I do is I buy a maltodextrin complex carb powder, I use the NOW foods carbo gain, and I mix that with the protein powder to make a complete meal if I'm in a rush. So, if I want 40 g of protein and 60 G of carbs it's like two scoops of protein and three scoops of carbo powder and water. the car powder is neutral tasting has no flavor so the flavor will come from the protein powder. It really helps a lot unless you have time to cook five times a day, six times a day. I know very few people have the time for that or the patients. I've been doing that since the '90s because the first trainer I had, before that I did everything by myself, but the first real trainer I had is the one who turned me on to that. He explained it well too. He said it doesn't matter if you eat nutrients or drink them they both break down to the same thing. Your body doesn't know if it's food or liquid , it's turning everything into nutrients so if you drink it there's no difference than eating it. I found that he's pretty much right. ever since then any diet I designed for anybody all I do is decide the amount of carbs and the amount of protein and the amount of fats for each meal and I tell them just reach that with the select types of food ordrink it in a shake. it seems women hate eating they don't eat that much so when I tell them to eat five or six meals a day they bug thinking they're going to get fat. I've had a few bikini contestants that only eat once a day and drink five shakes and it worked great. Bodybuilders can do the same I actually knew a guy who had some kind of stomach problem and he had such trouble eating food he only lived on shakes some days he didn't need any food and he was a big son of a bitch. Additionally the shakes you can always adjust, it's so much better than using a meal replacement that's already has 24 carbs and 45 protein. if I want to a meal of 100 carbs and 50 protein I can do it. I have really only been eating twice a day and I've been drinking like four shakes 40 protein 60 carbs.

i always bet on texas teams, but since none left go with neighbors up north and Kansas gonna win.
well North Carolina won last night so one step closer. Hopefully they'll beat Kansas Monday and I can collect my $600. when I bet the odds were plus 100 and plus 500 I'm sorry and I put down 100 so I'll collect 600 if they win.

I just started doing legs again. Since March 2020 I hadn't done legs or back since the gym closed. Then I had to get a cornea transplant I was out for a while. I've done two leg workouts so far since 2020. The only good thing is my legs are my best body part or were my best body part so they'll come back pretty quickly.

I just got back from gym, shoulders and triceps. I'm getting strong, big in a way I did not remember it's been so long. I know others know what I mean, at a point you start getting uncomfortably big and feeling pumped all the time is great but not always the most comfortable thing.

My Bodyweight has gone up about 10 pounds in 5 weeks with no gain in bodyfat. Surprising, did not expect to gain that fast but muscle memory is a real thing. If you were t a certain point at one time you can get back there far faster than someone trying to get there the first time.

My Supplements after 5 weeks are;
500 mgs test cyp a week
300 mgs test prop a week
800 mgs EQ
250 Mgs deca( for joints)
50 mgs dbol.
10 mgs noveldex.
Diet wise I hit 225-300 protein a day( a lot in protein powder) and 350-400 carbs. Pretty low fat, just add some good fat to shakes.

I wanted to compete once more in the Masters Nationals, I haven't since 2000. I did not think it was really possible until I started reacting like I am.
We'll see how things progress.

okay it's late on Thursday really it's really early whatever you want to talk about it's 5:00 a.m. . I thought I would update this here I had an ear infection and fucked me up I lost 5 lb I didn't go to the gym for a few days so I got to actually went and trained chest at 12:00 midnight last night cuz I was feeling better Chest biceps.
I'm still using a testosterone at 500 the cyp, 100 3x, that good 500 mg and EQ at 800 mg novel at 10 mg.
I'm looking really good I look at the pictures but I'm pissed I lost weight man I was up to 178 179 I just wanted to get to 180 so bad I was just as hard as I was now I'm down to 171 even though I know it's just water weight fucks with your head. but otherwise everything's going good I have no side effects oh yeah I added in a half an adnandrol too so I'm taking 40 mgs of DB and 25 ADROL.
I have to be on one of the worst holding water cycle is according to most everybody I should look like a Michelin Man. the problem is my body fats around 6% and I'm holding absolutely no water at all because I eat right it can't just be me because my metabolism is average when I was growing up I was never skinny I had a little belly and I've gotten fat by listening to people to eat 6,000 calories a day and ridiculous shit so it's not that I have a super fast metabolism it's just that I eat perfectly. that's why I keep telling people these drugs are great but you have to know what you're doing they get blamed for bloating because people take them and have no clue you can't eat salty snacks you can't go to Burger King you have to be dedicated with this stuff why waste your money and throw it away and then end up looking worse than you did before?

we'll see but I'm not taking this as a joke I really want to compete again and if I'm going to compete again I'm going to go from right now all the way to next your lie in the show. there's some good guys in the NPC Masters Nationals I was looking at the pictures it's no joke some of those guys look really good. that's what I used to do when I competed before I would go 10 months straight usually on then afterwards I would take like 2 months off and then do it again so I'm going to go right to the contest I'm not going to stop I'll log the whole thing right up to the show. I also show you what's needed to be done the last week it's very intricate and not too many people know how to do it right the combination of how much water to drink how much carbs to drink, that it's good to eat a big shitty meal the night before the pump all the nutrients into your body you have to keep drinking water where other people dehydrate themselves and looks totally flat. what the water does is it shuttles the nutrients into your muscle from under your skin if you have water under your skin you're going to look smooth and flat if you have water inside your muscles you're going to look big pumped and huge. so I'll document all that for you guys if somebody wants to compete they could ask me before that but the shows don't start till April anyway but I'm open I'm not going to charge anybody a damn dime if someone wants to know anything because the last week is really hard really hard you have to know what you're doing or you could fuck up the whole 12 16 weeks of training in a single week anyway things are going well and like I said I'll keep you posted all the way up to the contest
