Thanks for starting your log @zack7629. You can use my template as per our DM's but start first with some pics of your base physique like you see others' avatars on here. This will help us know where you're at with your physique to get us started for you. Then you can ask again everything we've discussed in DM's once you've posted all your info as well as diet/training/supplements, etc that you plan to use or you can let us guide you.

Have a look at my new log in my signature down below this. I use a simple copy and paste for my logs except i fill out the update section each day. Feel free to steal the format or parts of it.

If your not tracking macros yet, i recommend MyFitnessPal. The screenshots in my log are from the app. Just make sure to choose cooked entries for meat when logging macros as meat loses around 25% weight from cooking.
 
Far too young and esp so for TRT
That's the thing I've been trying to explain to him in DM's that "TRT" isn't the same as a "cycle". 300 migs is a cycle so he needs to know that isn't "TRT". He's very new and also too young imo but he's wanting to press on regardless.

unless you have a legit medical reason for doing this, then why not just cycle steroids short 4-6 weeks at a time to conserve your hpta. i mean i wouldn't use steroids till later but that would be smarter

i mean if he is aware he will blowout his hpta and likely never be able to have kids then that is his problem
when he gets 30-35 and is dating and the girls asks him about having kids and he tells her 'i've been on trt for a decade and can't have kids' he will understand why she never texts him back after the date.

It's like a perma future ghosting protocol from women that one inflicts on themselves LOL :p

I’ve dated women who already have kids, can’t have more, and are totally turned off by my hormone use. One even, didn’t insist that I stop, but she insisted I would be better off if I stop. Which is just simply not true, it had already been three years and I was 43. I could have stopped. And been absolutely miserable for who knows how long. But this is pretty common.

heard from who?

when you use anabolics it shuts down your HPTA kaboom. it fries it especially at your age. even 1 12 week cycle can fry your balls for life

Fella I know, he was engaged to the sister of a woman I dated. He’s a body builder. He looks fantastic, has won local shows. Been juicing since he was 22. She left him because he failed for a year to impregnate her. I never pressed for details, but I do know she was finding needles and he had been behaving oddly. I knew him to be a really cool dude. She’s hot and mean just like her sister hahaha. It would have been less than eight years that he’d been on at that point. He’s not yet 40
 
Get dialed in on your log, run some reta to cut a bit while dialing in. The brothers here can give better advice with the whole picture to look at. And if you end up still hell bent on running cycles at this age, they can offer safer suggestions that are suitable for you.

at your age you need to dial in
1. diet
2. sleep
3. proper training
4. mental strength/well being

i was a high school weight lifting coach /judge so i know exactly how you guys think. i get it, life ends at 25 for you. but the reality is you need to focus on building muscle memory and being consistent right now.

everyone regardless of age wants to 'take' or 'use' something. but the truth is those 4 things above are the real things you need to work on

i can easily sit here and sell you this or that supplement or steroid. that is what you are dealing with everytime you go on social media. everyone is selling something or another to make a buck. so you are swamped with that

down the line once you dial in the fundamentals THEN you can use these PED's to take your shit to the next level and you will benefit greatly.

wait till 25 to use steroids IMO. i waited until i was 28/29 and wish i had waited.

if i was single and dating women in their mid to late 30's right now and i told them i had no sperm i would not get a return call. that is just how it is. women want options and its a huge turn off. the funny thing i am in my mid 40's and still not even on TRT. so no need for a 21 year old to do it SMH

5. Then, maybe steroids.

Can we focus this log you've started on #1-#4 before we get you dialed on (and if you need) steroids first.

I think you're confusing the term "TRT" with a "Steroid cycle". TRT is when you have naturally low testosterone and stands for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. A cycle is what you plan on doing at 300mg/week. TRT is usually 100-125 (max 150mg) per week.

You're best bet is to stick to @OxygenPharm they are our GOLD Tier supplier and if that's your instinct you can't go wrong with OxygenPharm

You should download MyFitnessPal on you phone i highly recommend it. The above is a screen shot of my diet tracking. Tracking your macros is a game changer brother and its a must if you want to get shredded.

With MyFitnessPal (MFP) you can track food, water, weight, cardio and workout routines.
Heres my last log update with my workout. Feel free to steal the format, i suggest a copy and paste from a note pad on phone or pc for the sections thatll repeat in each update. With MFP you can upload screenshots of you macros and workout without needing to type it out again.

As @HarleyGuy mentioned, if 4 eggs, and either rice or chicken for next 2 meals is you daily diet your most likely well below the nutrition needed to maintain muscle mass while cutting bodyfat. Your best bet is a proper diet with cardio to burn off the extra.

For now add in 2 slices of whole wheat or multigrain toast with the eggs or a side of oatmeal for carbs and your meals of chicken or rice, have both chicken with rice. Do you have a food scale? Aim for 200g chicken + 200g rice for the meals if sustainable and from there we can tweak your diet more.

Where ester choice comes in is how often you plan on injecting. Because they are so close in half life both are frequently interchanged with each other. You can use both for weekly, twice weekly, every 3 days(E3D) , every other day (EOD) amd daily injections.

You can still lift if lightly sick, but consider a de-load where you lift lighter to just get some exercise in or take an extra day of rest. No shame in resting up when sick as long as you get back on the saddle when your better.

No worries bro. Id like to give you the same advice i was given when i joined EVO. Start a GLP like Retatrutide and cut bodyfat with a proper diet and cardio before starting a cycle. Higher bodyfat % leads to higher aromatization (test being converted to estrogen). If your bloodwork comes back with low test, starting trt at a dose around 100-150mg would do you good but id hold off on the cycle levels of 250mg+. Its better to cut some fat first trust me, its exactly what i did. I was 31% body fat and im glad i cut to around 15% or so before starting my cycle.

That being said, if you are to do anything (Roid related), TRT is NOT it, go with smaller roid cycles, Anavar sure, but maybe just a 6 weeks cycle and then later on some Test C or even sustanon but only a small 6-8 week (AT MAX 250mg per week cycle). I would still, however, not recommend it.

I’ve used clenbeuterol “clen” on and off for years in cutting cycles and find it to be great for slow, steady fat loss, energy boost for the workouts (taken AM PWO) and won’t impact your hormones or need injections. Monitor your BP and ensure you are drinking sufficient fluids. Supplemental vitamins like Taurine will minimize cramping. Start low dose like half a tablet 25mcg and go from there @LevButlerov can provide guidance on good clen practice

Fitness and strength is a marathon, not a sprint. I assume you want to be jacked well into your later years?

There is nothing gained from taking shortcuts or trying to rush things. If you take the time now to do things properly, you will get the results you want.

Doing a cut now will teach you so much about diet and training, good luck!

That's what I'm doing before hopping on, trying to get lean making sure everything is done safe

I think best advice for you on here can be summed up with what @BritishCanadian posted as quoted below. I'd even put learning about PCT before you begin learning about the last one which is PEDs. If you still want to have kids and take care of your HPTA get learned on PCT and have a plan for after.

Diet>training>peds

I'm in Canada, also, the cookies and cream was really good. I tried it last time, but I think the coffee and cookie duo ice cream is my fav. Also, I don't know anyone sadly, I'm not too close with the fam. We prob talk every 5 months
