MIMIC PREP CYCLE (TREN, TEST, WINSTROL, PRIMO)

Hey guys this is my very first official log and I am very new to evo and quite new to training if i’m being quite honest, i’ve been training consistently and on top of my diet for about 1.5 years now and would like to compete in bodybuilding in the near future.


A little about my PED background:
i have used the compounds: Test e, Primo, Mast, Eq, Npp, anavar, anadrol and clen.


I have just finished a bulk and decided to dedicate a cycle as a “mimic prep” in hopes to get ready for a show at the end of this year.

My current training split:

Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Legs (legs 2x due to trying to bring them up)
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Shoulders
Sunday - Rest

My current caloric deficit intake is 1800-2000cals per day
209grams of protein
243 grams of carbs
25 grams of fat


I will be using R&D Pharma and this is


THE CYCLE I WILL BE USING:
weeks 1-6 400mg test e, 400mg primo
weeks 6-12
400mg test e
400mg primo
350mg tren A
40mg winstrol PD



Here is a reference photo of where i am starting the cut at: I am 173cm and weigh currently 82kg

thank you bro, the low fats definitely play a role in fatigue, i find the first half of the day i’m not too bad towards the end of the day i start to flag out
Yeah its quite common it seems to screw with a lot of different things in the body. Is this a coach diet? Or your own

i have a coach, we wanted to go quite aggressive the first 3-4 weeks as i’ve just come off a quite large calorie surplus and hoping to shock the metabolism a lil bit and drop some quick weight
