been on a igf lr3 cycle now with little to no results, only thing i have seen is an increase in appetite. thinking of trying the MK677. looking to increase a little in size and more strength. i am also on test and then regular over the counter supplements. diet is on point but sleep quality is lacking so hopefully this will help as well. is there anything else i need to stack with this?
 
Idk about doing igf and mk677 at the same time. I don’t think I’d try that. Mk677 works strongly for me. Start looking bigger in like two days. And it really tipped the scales for me, because I could eat almost unlimited amounts of food and I really wanted to. I don’t think you need to stack anything with it, just watch your insulin sensitivity. It helps me sleep quite well. I would cycle it. Wouldn’t take it for months and months on end.

thanks, yes i wasn't thinking about doing both. just not doing the igf anymore and going with the mk677, just didn't know if i need to stack anything with the mk or with being on test that would be enough.

If your test is around 1100 and strength is flat, the problem is almost never a missing peptide, it’s usually calories, progression, recovery, or other issues. (guessing here right)
IGF giving you appetite but no strength is common when training and food aren’t structured to use it right.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

You'll certainly get really good sleep on Nutrobal if you dose it before bed. That might be the best way to use it.

The objective behind MK677 is it's supposed to be like using growth hormone.

I think it could work well for you just like that. Try to eat healthy because you’ll eat A LOT. I grew more on test and mk677 than I did on the most gear I ever did in my life. And I felt healthier. But that’s just me. Be smart💪

If increase in appetite is your goal MK677 will do that.

Bros, 25 mg a day of MK677 is all you need. It'll do a great thing for you here.
 
been also looking at Rad140, hard to decide which one would be better? or if they both do close to the same thing?
bros no they not the same. RAD an actual sarm. nutrobal/MK is like hgh

You need to experiment with when and how much to use it. Some people like to run it in the morning, some people like to run it in the evening, and some people like to run both.
 
just went to your link, very impressive! i will say again i am no bodybuilder, not looking for competitions just wanting to promote good lean muscle mass with good recovery and strength gains. thanks again for all the info

How old are you? Asking based on your compound choices.
 
If increase in appetite is your goal MK677 will do that.
Did you find that it helped you fall asleep as well? It sure did for me.

My experience with mk677 was that it was much stronger than I expected. Hungrier than if I smoked weed, stronger urge to sleep, and the fullness from HGH came in sooner and more noticeable than low doses of gh.

When I started it, I was already taking gh. Then I took 12.5mg mk677 in the morning and at night. The first day I didn’t realize that it was causing the hunger. I thought it was just one of my high appetite days. But the second day it was unmistakable.

Really amazing stuff. Not only can you eat impossible amounts of food, you can process and digest it. A whole chicken goes down like a single wing almost. Eat like a wood chipper.
 
yes i did, peptides we use are purehealth peptides. actually my wife says she can see some improvements, so i guess i am being to critical on my self. i do not do type of log and i know if i am truly dedicated i should but when my job calls for me to be on call and there are days when i might miss a workout or a perfect meal. again not a bodybuilder just trying to live a good life eat properly train when i can and when i do i go for max intensity and try to make gains when i can, if that includes things like peptides or sarms then i will use them. if you want to know my fitness goal besides having lean muscle it is to be a good golfer with no pain issues after a round. to bring my swing speed up so i am able to hit the ball further.

Lots of people like you here. Myself included. I am not a body builder and I have a very demanding career. Logging helps so much. I also miss sometimes
