About an hour after a buddy came over and me, with my show off strength did another rep and then immediately picked up my Inch Dumbbell replica. That'd be nice but it took me ages to get going during the actual session FFS lol

Thursday
Two Hand Pinch
to 99.45kg x 5 x 1 reps (more there if I wanted)
Bwt: 324lbs
Well, yeah. Guys who know how to train to make gains don't depend on a ton of gear. 30 mgs of D-bol is a TREMENDOUS advantage to a proper workout routine. It's the fools who say it does nothing and you need 1000 mgs of test and tren -- because they're stupid and lazy.
In a way any forearm size I get is an added bonus. I'm aware it creates a 'look at that' psyche in those around me when I'm doing exhibition type work (as per this coming weekend). Grip strength and power is the focus
I think a lot of early grip work as a kid built the foundation for my forearms to respond with practically no work. Maybe I should have concentrated on squatting! lol
100%. I've stated that I beat many of my lighter competitors simply cos I trained to be stronger on the other compounds. Indeed some deliberately stayed 'in their lane' bodyweight wise. F**k that lol. Simply you're not strong if you don't bench 300+, press 200+, squat 400+ and so on.

How was the grip fest event?
It's tomorrow.
Ok. I'll link some Instagram pics below (mostly of me showing off and doing demos rather than the actual medley competition)
I left before prizes were given out. So I just checked how I did. I won the 'pros' and was 2nd overall. The fella that one HAS trained grip and was super fast. I think I was one of only 3 to do all the medley and he still knocked seconds off my time.
Pic of me picking up over 264lbs on my super stiff Ironmind Rolling Thunder handle as a demo (at some point I repped it for shits n giggles) and also (click forward) me hammer curling a 53kg (118lbs) thick handled dumbbell:
