20/20/20 then bar x 8 reps, 30kg x 8 reps, 45kg x 8 reps, 60kg x 6 reps

Hammer DB Curls
18.5lbs x 12 reps, 47lbs x 12 reps, 108lbs x 8 reps, 71.25kg+ x 6 reps (more there)

Skull Crushers + TPD
19kg x 12 reps, 39kg (mis-load) x 10 reps, 51.5kg x 8 reps (more there). 8p x 16 reps

@ Powerhouse. Usual faff wit right shoulder (hurt on 1st 142.5kg effort. Ok on 2nd)
Close Grip Bench Press
to 142.5kg x 2 x 1 reps

Iso Lever Mid Row
to 120kg/264lbs a side x 5 reps @ (see photo)
Had to get Kirk to hold the weights on as 6 plates a side fills the loading pins

Reverse Dumbbell Wrist Curls
to 12.5kg x 12 reps

Bwt: 313+lbs. Starting to lean out aided by sun giving me a tan too.

Hot as all hell but I got it into my head to Hatfield Squat 300kg... so off to Powerhouse I went (spot, safety, etc)
Hatfield Squat
to 320-kilos/704lbs x 1 reps. Easy enough except no matter what the weight is the pressure on your neck bites lol

to 680-kilos x 5 reps (not that deep as I wasn't using a pad at Powerhouse)

It might not have been a good idea to try this cos I was drained later

@ Powerhouse. Worked with Kirk Dul who ended up getting a 2x bwt Bench Press (160kg). He gave me a 4XL t-shirt for my help and advice (pic on Insta). Super nice touch

Do you have a body weight goal or are the goals strictly strength/grip related?

The bodyweight gains, which aid some strength moves, are more of a plus at the point. Equally, esp when I'm on PEDs and gain quickly, gains are hard on the cardio-vascular side. Losses are good for my heart and lung health and it means my power belly (aided by ice cream lol) gets smaller and flatter. Which, as per a bodybuilder, means I actually look bigger.

I only get a true sense of perspective when I'm in the gym with buddies who weigh 180lbs or so. Ditto strength etc. That's cos I train at home and or by myself. I am, after all, used to me. That and when I need to buy clothes (that gift from the other day was a 4xl)

Not quite the most I've done but getting there. Made a little more special as I think I broke a toe (deffo bruised to f**k) stubbing them this am. The trained legs. I also managed to snag a scar on one of the machines and was bleeding on my last sets - yeah that kinda day lol

One set of each??. Isn't explaining ur whole routine.
Ex: lateral raise. 4 sets of 12. Goimg up to 23.5

Where it says 'to' means that there are lighter sets preceding the max weight set. I also do post the whole routine from time to time. But I'm not gonna do it every time because I'd be typing out the same info every time. Boring for all concerned.

yours is a good log.
of course, as all logs, must be read and followed from the beginning.
cannot expect that at each post one puts the entire routine, the whole diet, etc. etc.

Worked with a teenager (he went to 60-kilos/132lbs) on the bench
Close Grip Bench Press
to 147.5kg x 2 x 1 reps (2nd better than the first as per)

DOHTB Deadlifts
TL to 173.6kg x 1 rep and then to 193.6kg x 1 rep then 2 x fail (I could feel the thumb opening) at 203.6kg

Bwt: 316lbs
