One set of each??. Isn't explaining ur whole routine.
Ex: lateral raise. 4 sets of 12. Goimg up to 23.5
Where it says 'to' means that there are lighter sets preceding the max weight set. I also do post the whole routine from time to time. But I'm not gonna do it every time because I'd be typing out the same info every time. Boring for all concerned.

DOHTB Deadlifts
TL to 173.6kg x 1 rep and then to 193.6kg x 1 rep then 2 x fail (I could feel the thumb opening) at 203.6kg
