I've seen your videos on your 'hacked' account (by the way... you posted again yesterday lol). I could lift you by the throat while you curl ha ha .

Monstro has a very nice home gym with, I think, the biggest dumbbells looking to be about 80-100lbs

Ok. I'll link some Instagram pics below (mostly of me showing off and doing demos rather than the actual medley competition)

I left before prizes were given out. So I just checked how I did. I won the 'pros' and was 2nd overall. The fella that won HAS trained grip and was super fast. I think I was one of only 3 to do all the medley and he still knocked seconds off my time.

Pic of me picking up over 264lbs on my super stiff Ironmind Rolling Thunder handle as a demo (at some point I repped it for shits n giggles) and also (click forward) me hammer curling a 53kg (118lbs) thick handled dumbbell:

Leg day was HARD. But... it still got done

Lever Squat
to 260kg x 5 reps

Iso Lever Leg Press
to 155kg x 5 reps

Lying Leg Curls
to 11p x 6 negative reps

Leg Extensions
to stack+20kg x 6 reps

Bwt: 321lbs

Seated BB Press
20kg bar x 8 reps, 30kg x 8 reps, 40kg x 8 reps, 50kg x 8 reps

Hammer DB Curls
to 103.6lbs x 11 reps

Skull Crushers + TPD
to 49kg x 11 reps + 8p x 16 reps

Bwt: 319lbs
