Approved Log My First Cycle Log

I will, thanks brother. Ive recided not to wait on physio and start a rehab plan myself. Its f4ee healthcare but takes so long. Prob wobt get an mri or ultrasound for a month atleast. Going ti be machine work and cardio.
we need to get you on bpc :D @Shakey @biogenix help the man out :D

Gotta be proactive brother!! Take your time, check out some peptides and do your research for a self rehab.

Well boys, ran outta luck with this one. ER doc says its a grade 2 tear. Says he could feel a little or small deformity compared to the other side, so grade 2. No ultrasound, as the only person in town qualified for musculoskeletal ultrasounds died. So ill be waiting on family dr to get either an in town mri or out of town ultrasound to see how bad and get a referal for a sports med dr person and physio person.

As for time off, ill be taking a break until im goid enough for slow cardio, then ill be doing cardio daily, probably aim for a fair amount to cut fat while not doing anything. I will return to doing leg ext, seated lug curls and seated calf raises when i can handle the stabilization. I imagine somewhere inbetween 2-4 weeks.

As for upper body workouts, ill form a plan with some kind of medical person on rehabing.

Unsure what ill do for cycle, but will turn the first 12 of the 20week cycle into a rehab and last 8 going harder, but nit full tilt maybe.

Also ill add that i was a bit off on where pain was at. Its basically spine to armpit now though on the outter edge of lat, with small deformiity. In that one picture maybe the myscles were spasming? The read mark at thispiint may be a heating pad burn i guess. Ill watch for bruising over the next 72 hours.

Im getting around 750mg of boc forn 9mg of glow. So i am lookin at getting some standalone.

Yeah, i looked more into rehabing because i doubt ill get quick physio etc.

The plan is to start a rehab cycle, up my test to 250 even and stay there tor 12 weeks or so. Maybe 14 ill bump it up a little bit.

Thursday ill be trying cardio, see whats manageable, speed and duration wise. Ill be doing seated leg lifts for now, so i dont stabilize with my back. Leg ext, leg curls, calf raise.

As for upper body i think ill start at 2 week, with supported machines to isolate muscles. Lighter work so i dont tighten up. Lat rehab between 3-4 weeks, body weight and band work maybe isometrics. Week 6 light duty cable work, full rom slow reps in 25-30 range with 10 reps in reserve each set. I aint taking chances.

Ill assume 12-14weeks full recover until i see an mri or ultrasound.
rehab is a good approach lets do it :D

Sounds like a good plan with what you can do initially and then working your way into upper body.

Thanks bro, i still have yet to look into rehab exercises but ive got 3 weeks or so.
Oh and we certainly trust you will have an excel spreadsheet with all the top rehab exercises and actually do them all too.... you'll end up doing better for yourself than what a real physio rehab would have done I have no doubt.
 
Just a quick update. The naproxen and cyclobenzaprine are helping enough thats is easier to get up from laying down. Fair bit of swelling in the lat. Still pinning 9mg glow daily and i raised gh to 5iu cause vial ended, will raise to 6iu. Every bit counts.

Tomorrow night. Ill try slow treadmill and recumbent bike. See what works best. I should hear from dr. tomorrow about when i can make an appt for. I think i have a home band kit here somewhere, ill look for it at some point.

Not sure what day ill start legs. Ill try using the machines quick tomorrow just to get a feel for my back.

Damn Shakey. Hate to see a guy suffering. Hope this shit heals up quickly. Injuries can really mess with a guy mentally not just physically. This is just a momentary blip albeit a damn painful one.

is it like red swollen or normal swelling?

Maybe put your arm in a sling so mentally you know not to even try to use it when at the gym.

Swelling is a bit worse but i think its stabilizing. A lump forming at the top of lat/below rear delt, i assume where the strands let go as the small deformity doc felt was lower. Lump is solid but squishable, so most likely a deep hematoma, swelling or both.

Family doc got back to me. Got a phone appointment on tuesday as they are probably booked for a few weeks. I mentioned er doctor confirmed gr. 2 and i need imaging to confirm severity.

As for cardio tonight, id say its a 50/50 i go. Got a sling as well.

Pretty shitty situation bro but keep your head up and get that BPC into ya! No shame is putting off even cardio if it means not moving your upper body at all for another few days.

Well i say big but i dont think youll be able to see in pic, it more feels big under the skin by touch. More like feeling a massive knot thats stiff but has give. Ya know? Its not increasing anymore so i think its just swelling / deep hematoma at its peek. The burning feeling isnt increasing so thats good.

Im going to start tracking macros again today and try some cardio this mornin. Just gotta get back in the gym.

This morning was pretty rough, i mustve forgot the muscle relaxer last night. I had to lay off with the heat pad as well as i burnt myself a bit. Lol

I havent been on EVO much as im not using that arm for anything, just propping the phone up while laying down and typing with that hand hurts somehow.

The pains gone down a bit, but too much movement gives me a burn dowm the lat. Even washing hands or a cup, the slight lat activation burns. So ive mostly been eating healthy choice frozen meals. Yeah i know, not ideal but i live alone and just breathing hurt for a bit. Cooking was out of the question.

Have you tried fasting? I remember gsp saying it was perfect for after an injury as it reduces inflammation etc

Can't you hop down to Barrie and go to a walk-in clinic with some diagnostic machines? Or even a hospital?

I can't believe there aren't a ton of doctors out your way considering all the ultra wealthy retirees out there. I woulda thought a bunch of doctors from the city would open up small practices out there to wind down their careers and live on the lake.

I did go to the ER, they wouldnt do imaging because it wasnt an emergency they said. I have a phone appointment with my fam doc in tuesday.

The after hrs clinic here dont really care, last time they thought i had a tear, it took months for an ultrasound because there was only one person in town qualified for musculoskeletal injuries and it wasnt an emergency.

A walk-in clinic that has imaging? Never ueard of one with their own imaging before. There is lots of doctors, but not specialists, although i can probably see a sports doc intown here. But to get an ultrasound in barrie or mri here, semi fast, ill probably need my fam doc. So ill have to wait for tuesday.

Itll still be a pain as ill constantly keep using that side to help press buttons other than typing. Best i stick to tv and not use phone much.

Pain and sweling had stabilized yesterday but today the pain was a bit worse and sharp, perhaps i moved in my sleep wrong. As for swelling, still feels a bit like a permanent pump or a balloon in my armpit. I can see the whole lat is swollen compared to the other side in mirror from the front. Its not increasing though, so thats good.

I looked into @BeMe's idea and found an urgent care clinic in barrie. Theres an imaging place that doesnt sports injuries in the same building. We will see what my doc says on tues, if they wont give me a requisition to walk into a clinic in barrie, ill bus down my self. Itll be painful ill bet.

Never got to the gym, no rush. Ill try tomorrow as it just depends on what shape im in. If im in good shape, ill start my rehab cycle tomorrow. 250mg sust and 20mg anavar preworkout. Since im already at 234.5mg, im only upping test 15.5mg lol. I wont go any higher til im fully recovered around 14 weeks or so.

Misjudging my recovery would be a fatal mistake. When im fully recovered, ill bump up the test and var , but as for how high thats undecided. Itll most likely be lower than the initial plan of 500mg weekly.

Ran out of creatine and whey powder til the end of month. Currently drinking this disgusting vega B.S. i got for free. I have to mix it with mass gainer to make it edible. Do people actually drink this?

Im glad i decided to just go for a walk instead. Got sore 12mins into walk. Didnt realize how much slight lat activation there is in just walking. If i had if walked to gym, i woukd uber back before going inside the gym.

I think itll be light cardio for another week before i try light leg work. Ill try the machines in a few days as a test.

Update:
Pain and sweling had stabilized yesterday but today the pain was a bit worse and sharp, perhaps i moved in my sleep wrong. As for swelling, still feels a bit like a permanent pump or a balloon in my armpit. I can see the whole lat is swollen compared to the other side in mirror from the front. Its not increasing though, so thats good.

I looked into @BeMe's idea and found an urgent care clinic in barrie. Theres an imaging place that doesnt sports injuries in the same building. We will see what my doc says on tues, if they wont give me a requisition to walk into a clinic in barrie, ill bus down my self. Itll be painful ill bet.

Never got to the gym, no rush. Ill try tomorrow as it just depends on what shape im in. If im in good shape, ill start my rehab cycle tomorrow. 250mg sust and 20mg anavar preworkout. Since im already at 234.5mg, im only upping test 15.5mg lol. I wont go any higher til im fully recovered around 14 weeks or so.

Misjudging my recovery would be a fatal mistake. When im fully recovered, ill bump up the test and var , but as for how high thats undecided. Itll most likely be lower than the initial plan of 500mg weekly.

Ran out of creatine and whey powder til the end of month. Currently drinking this disgusting vega B.S. i got for free. I have to mix it with mass gainer to make it edible. Do people actually drink this?

Glad i didnt go to gym and just walked around the area here. I undrestimated how much slight activation you get in the lat during just walking. I was sore in 12 mins, took a break at 23 min and finished a total of 36min.

If i had of walked to gym, id probably uber back. Lol

I might be another week before trying to touch legs. Slow cardio every day for the next week. Id rather be patient. Going 5o aim for multiple small walks a day.

Take care brother, the last thing you want to do is make the injury worse, 12mg of klow is a hefty dose, hopefully helps out.

take tiem to recover, do more cardio and walking :D @Shakey stretches, take time patient as your body recovers
 
I did go to the ER, they wouldnt do imaging because it wasnt an emergency they said. I have a phone appointment with my fam doc in tuesday.

The after hrs clinic here dont really care, last time they thought i had a tear, it took months for an ultrasound because there was only one person in town qualified for musculoskeletal injuries and it wasnt an emergency.

A walk-in clinic that has imaging? Never ueard of one with their own imaging before. There is lots of doctors, but not specialists, although i can probably see a sports doc intown here. But to get an ultrasound in barrie or mri here, semi fast, ill probably need my fam doc. So ill have to wait for tuesday.

Our medical system is so fucked. If you're not old and dying you just get pushed to the bottom of the list.

Hopefully your family doc can get you in somewhere quick. It would be good to know exactly what you're dealing with so you can get on a proper treatment plan.

Yeah, the system is definitely getting fucked thanks to mass influx of immigrants who haven't invested anything in the system getting to use it and exactly 0 new hospitals built. Really grinds my gears, I pay almost 90k a year in taxes and get shit public services across the board. I'd love for the government to subsidize education for top tier physician candidates and critical infrastructure like they subsidize asylum seekers and Ukraine.
 
Running 400 test at his bf % makes no sense at all. Yeah maybe a low dose like 100-250 to cut depending on natural t levels.
I understand what you’re saying but you’re basing that off of photos from when he was seeking advice. I’m confident his body fat is lower now, and his cycle plans have also changed. There is 15 pages of log and advice given here by really knowledgeable guys.

I found 1 building that has both a clinic and can do msk ultrasounds. So we will see what the doc says. If he wont give me a req so i can do a walk in ultrasound in barrie, ill go to a clinic that will. Althiugh he will be charged by ohip for it. Lol

That first post was around 4-5 months ago. At 30% bf. I took advice to run a GLP first to cut before thinking about a cycle. i havent bothered to check but i should be around 17% +/-, who knows.

I started TRT pre-cycle (in feb) because test was low. I had since changed my cycle planning up until i tore my lat (grade 2) last monday, which ive now shifted to a rehab cycle.

Started today actually, im only running 250mg sust and 20mg var as of now, any more and ill misjudge my own recovery. Ill be rehabing over 12ish weeks. I may bump it up a little bit at 14 weeks, but thatll be decided after full recovery.

Yes my original plan for my very first cycle wasnt good, its the reason i started the log, to ask for advice. Theres been lots of adjustments here and there, ive even completely abandoned my weight goals after gaining 9lbs from GH and TRT+ and the torn lat. Figured good as time as any to start it with rehab.

Yeah bro, in crossing my fingers my doc takes this seriously. Last time they though i tore something (was calcium deposits in my triceps shredding muscle while lifting) it took like 2-3 months for an ultrasound.

Turns out a previous seizure med inhibited calcium absorbtion or something (cant remember) so it built up oddly enough in both triceps. Id get bruising every push day lol.

Rehab Cycle Week 1 Day 1
Update:
Felt better today but still sleeping lots while recovering so i mossed the buses to the gym as they only run til 415pm on sunday. Im glad that i only went for a walk though, if i had to walk home from gym id be a wreck. 12 mins into walkin and my lat liwer diwn in back started hurting.

Took a break at 23mins and a cousins house brefore heading back home. Completely underestimate micro activation in the lat while walking. Will continue cardio only for the next week probably. Ill try for 1-2 walks a day/treadmill if i get to the gym.

Family pulled through and dropped a costco order off with easy to make stuff with one hand. Though there are some non-diet friendly options like double choclate muffins and a box of taquitos, thats fine as ive started the rehab cycle. Some non "healthy" options wont kill me. My diet was ass today anyways. We all know im not very strict on diet. :ROFLMAO:

Ive switched 6iu GH PM dose to 3iu AM/PM dosing as i did get a little bit tingly in the hands. Ill drop to 5iu if need be after the first few weeks of recovery. Id rather my lat gets all the help it needs.

Will be keeping rehab cycle at 250mg sust and 20mg var. Will not exceed this til week 14 to prevent misjudging my recovery progress.

Ive switched 6iu GH PM dose to 3iu AM/PM dosing as i did get a little bit tingly in the hands. Ill drop to 5iu if need be after the first few weeks of recovery. Id rather my lat gets all the help it needs.

Will be keeping rehab cycle at 250mg sust and 20mg var. Will not exceed this til week 14 to prevent misjudging my recovery progress.

Yeah, the system is definitely getting fucked thanks to mass influx of immigrants who haven't invested anything in the system getting to use it and exactly 0 new hospitals built. Really grinds my gears, I pay almost 90k a year in taxes and get shit public services across the board. I'd love for the government to subsidize education for top tier physician candidates and critical infrastructure like they subsidize asylum seekers and Ukraine.

Im going to let doc know tomorrow that ill be going to another clinic to get looked at for an imaging req if they dont give one, or wont give me priority.
 
3/23/26 Week 1 Day 2
Update:
Did a 35min walk on treadmill at gym today, pain started at 15mins in lower lat and spot along spine. Got a low pressure(2/10) hydromassage. 3/10 pressure hurt, so low pressure and fast movement for now when i get them.

Even after massage, it ached after the walk so i slept it off and mustve rolled on that side. Pretty sharp pain in upper lat below shoulder/near armpit. Back and lower lat still gave trouble so i called off the afternoon walk.

Will see how tomorrow is for exercise. Because exercise is reduced, will stay at 5mg reta for now. Might cut in half around 8-12 weeks.

Forgot to mention yesterday but thanks @biogenix again for helping me out with extra anavar when i didnt have enough. Even though the cycle is now a rehab focused cycle with lower doses til recovery is complete, im still thankful for the help.

@biogenix ill be posting bloods here and in your review running only your sustanon and anavar around 3-4 weeks into cycle. When i bump up the doses after complete recovery (week14ish), ill be adding in a couple of your other products and rechecking bloods a few weeks after that as well along with posting those too.

You're doing great so far with the rehab. I can tell in your DM's your frustrated not being able to go to the gym but yet still not forcing it; you're being really smart with this. Tell them the story about using the bathroom and it hurting your lat tear! Not many have truly torn a muscle before so it's a good learning lesson to know how incapacitating it can be.
