Hello everyone,

I'm opening this thread as a vlog to document my current PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) process week by week. I recently started PCT, and I'll regularly update test results here. My goal is to look back in the following years and clearly observe the changes happening each week.

A quick recap from my last PCT experience: about a month after LH and FSH recovery, my testosterone levels increased from 96 to around 400. Let's see what happens this time.

In October, I completed a PCT that brought my LH-FSH levels to around 5, raising total testosterone to the 400s. In early November, I began another cycle:

First 6 weeks:

  • Testosterone Enanthate
  • Boldenone
After a 3-week break, another 6 weeks:

  • Testosterone Enanthate
  • Primobolan
NOTES:

It's been about 6 weeks since my last injection. For the past 7 days, I've been taking 50 mg Clomid and 40 mg Tamoxifen daily (20 mg tablet twice daily, morning and evening). This time, I didn't use Ovitrelle or any HCG/HMG-type medication before starting PCT.

My PCT started when my testosterone level bottomed out at 96. Since starting PCT, I've experienced occasional depression-like symptoms, but overall, I'm feeling alright.

CURRENT BLOOD TEST RESULTS:

  • March 7: Testosterone at 900
  • March 13: Testosterone dropped to 296
  • March 21: Testosterone reached the lowest point at 96
By the way, my latest test showed progesterone at 0.48. I'd appreciate any insights or interpretations about this result. :)

@0xhex great start to another log for you :D welcome back to the EVO family.

Before we look deep into your log I'd like to see your nutrition and training for this PCT.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

supplements
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

pictures
please share pictures of you face blurred (every 1-2 weeks)
pics of your meals as you go
pics of your training as you go
pics of your supps
pics of your gear

thank you and share more :)

Those supplements really do help. They support your entire reproductive system and they help get things going.

the whole receptor thing is sort of mental more then anything.

but its besides the point i guess.

This will be a good little experiment to see how good your PCT is.

I like it. There's not many doing a PCT log.

going to take enanthate a solid 5-6 weeks to start clearance. so you should start bouncing back soon

blood test results are great to post. I'm sure you will bounce back, no problem.

Good work here

end of WEEK 2 : Update after recent test (4 April results):

  • FSH has increased significantly from 0.46 to 1.50, indicating a positive recovery signal.
  • LH is now detectable at 0.87, previously below measurable levels.
  • Progesterone slightly elevated at 0.54 (previously below detection limit).
  • Total Testosterone levels have dropped further from 36.5 down to 25.9, remaining very low during this stage.
Currently, hormonal recovery seems to have begun, with encouraging rises in FSH and LH levels.
I believe testosterone level will increase around 120 - 180 on next week! and lh fsh levels will increase between 2-4

PCT Update - Week 4 (25 April results):
  • FSH increased significantly to 4.95, further supporting recovery.
  • LH notably increased to 4.66, showing strong recovery progress.
  • Estradiol (E2) slightly elevated at 9.76.
  • Total Testosterone significantly improved, rising sharply to 266, below my expectation of 400, but still a notable improvement.
Overall, excellent hormonal recovery progress. Testosterone recovery is progressing, though slightly below anticipated levels

Emotionally, I feel much better and my libido is good; I believe it will further improve over time.

normal range between 250 - 900

Thanks for comment guys ! I really appreciated!
I will take blood tests after this week every 2 week.
Yes but 250 is NOT normal its very low, if you're 70 year old man you can do 250 but not at your age, do you follow me? @0xhex

Yeah nobody said it is high, but it is enough for good mood and good libido (before pct my level were 28),you cannot sex everyday but 2-3 days in a week okay :) , it will increase by time
I need to mention that also;
Every person's default testosterone levels are different.some person get good mood on 250 testosterone some 500 some 700
Numbers are so much stuff but not everything

Actually this deep into your PCT your testosterone levels about about 20% off peak, I would retest in 4 weeks and see. @0xhex
unfortunately, PCT is not perfect at all.

9 May 2025 - Week 7 of PCT Results:

Overall, I'm feeling very good. Testosterone levels have risen to 368, and everything remains stable. Workouts have been highly productive, recovery has accelerated, and I no longer wake up feeling exhausted. I've noticed a significant boost in my energy levels, especially over the past 1-2 weeks.

FSH levels increased to 5.36, continuing to support recovery. LH slightly decreased to 3.59, but it still indicates a healthy recovery process. Estradiol (E2) increased to 14.20. Prolactin is at an ideal level of 10.20. Progesterone remains low (<0.05) without any problems. SHBG remains stable at 29.3.

Overall, my hormonal recovery continues to progress positively. I'm very satisfied with the improvements in my mood, energy levels, and physical performance.

Proof, as I said, that members can feel different from others even at the lower end of the spectrum

Nice update

Update – where I am now after PCT(s)

Hey guys, 0xhex here — wanted to post a proper update after some time.

For those who remember my log, I previously ran multiple cycles (test + boldenone, later other compounds as well) and documented my recovery process here.

Important context (this changed over time)

About 3 years ago, when I ran PCT with Clomiphene:

  • My LH/FSH would go up to ~7–8
  • My total testosterone reached ~850–900 ng/dL
  • This was only on Clomid, no other compounds
So back then, my body clearly responded strongly to stimulation.

Where I am now

  • Fully off AAS for about 1 year
  • Ran Clomid again for ~5–6 months
Now the response is very different:

  • On Clomid → total T only goes up to around ~450–480 ng/dL
  • LH/FSH increase, but not nearly as aggressively as before
  • After stopping → I drop back to ~250–280 ng/dL

Current labs

  • Total T: 276 ng/dL
  • LH: 3.07
  • FSH: 3.99
  • E2: 8.29 pg/mL
  • SHBG: 28.2 nmol/L

How I see it

This is what confuses me the most:

  • I used to respond strongly to Clomid (high LH/FSH + high T)
  • Now I only get a moderate increase, and it doesn’t hold
So this doesn’t feel like a simple “Clomid works / doesn’t work” situation.

It feels more like:
👉 my responsiveness (either pituitary or testicular) has decreased over time

What I’m trying to figure out

  • Is this a sign of partial HPTA recovery with reduced sensitivity?
  • Could this indicate some level of Leydig cell desensitization after long-term AAS use?
  • Is this kind of “weaker response over time” something others have experienced?

Next step I’m considering

I’m thinking about trying HCG monotherapy:

  • Since Clomid stimulates the pituitary
  • HCG would directly stimulate the testes
But I’m unsure:

  • Would HCG actually improve my baseline long-term?
  • Or would it just act as another temporary “on-cycle boost” like Clomid does now?

Big question

At this point:

  • Is there still a realistic path to improving natural production further?
  • Or is this typically the stage where people accept TRT?

Would really appreciate input, especially from guys who:

  • had strong SERM response in the past but lost it over time
  • plateaued in the ~250–300 range
  • tried HCG before moving to TRT
Thanks 🙏
