Hi everyone! Welcome to my first log. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share some context before getting started. I've completed around four 12-week testosterone 500mg cycles in the past, with my last one being about a year ago. During those cycles, I experimented with different esters as well as Primo and Masteron (in separate cycles). I really enjoyed the effects of Masteron, and if possible, I’d like to include it in this upcoming cycle. The only negative side effect I noticed was an increase in acne around week 3, which I will continue to try and counter this cycle. This time I am going to try 250mg of Sustanon and 1500ui of HCG weekly. The HCG is new for me and important as my wife and I are now actively trying to conceive. We have been trying for about 6 months. I really could use the increase in libido ;) to help the more frequent visits to the bed.

I haven’t officially started the cycle yet, but I wanted to create this "pre-log" as a starting point. Many in the community have encouraged me to do this for the sake of transparency and to get feedback or advice before diving in. There are still a few things I need to sort out, such as:

  • How to properly mix HCG 5000iu in a 2ml vial
  • Whether saline water is suitable for mixing HCG or if I need something else
  • How often I am going to pin (ideally as little as possible for sustainability)
  • How to store HCG correctly
  • Whether it's possible to travel with HCG and testosterone, as I’ll occasionally need to travel overseas for business
  • Need to teach myself how to read my blood works. The most recent is attached, while off-cycle. I believe it reflects a higher end in cholesterol.
Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your input!

• Age: 31

• Height: 176cm

• Weight: 68 kg

• Training Experience: 3 years

• Cycle History: 4x 12 week test cycles 500mg weekly

Current Diet

• Start the Day with 1 glass of water, 5g creatine monohydrate and a cuppa

• Meal 1 (Breakfast): 1 punnet of mixed berries and 1x cup of natural yogurt


• Meal 2 (breakfast): 4 eggs scrambled, 1 cup of oats with honey and more fruit

• Meal 3 (Snack Pre Gym): 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of rice


• Meal 4 (Dinner): 1x steak, 1 cup mixed veg 4 eggs, 1 cup of rice or steamed potato and avocado oil


• Meal 5 (Snack): Banana and protein shake


• Daily Calories: 2500 - 3000 Calories

Training:

I train four days a week and have started collecting equipment for a home gym since moving to a very rural area with no nearby gyms. My resistance training is entirely based on bodyweight exercises and dumbbells. Workouts begin at 6:30 am and typically last around 45 minutes. In the evenings, around 6 pm, I do 30 minutes of light boxing for cardio.

Current Physique:

I naturally maintain a slim physique with a mild case of a concave chest. I’ve been training consistently for about seven years, my diet however has not been consistent. Over the past year, I’ve hit a plateau and gained some body fat. This is largely due to starting my own business and adjusting to married life. I’m now looking to take my fitness more seriously, not just for physical results but also for mental clarity and a confidence boost.

Goals:

My main objective for this cycle is to build significant muscle mass and size to enhance my performance in daily life. Running my own business involves a lot of physical labor on our property, along with managing administrative tasks so maintaining mental clarity is ideal. Additionally, I aim to minimize/find solutions to the acne side effects of the cycle, boost my libido, and, most importantly, maintain my fertility since my partner and I are actively trying to conceive this year.


Planned Cycle: Sustanon (250 mg) and HCG 3x500ui weekly. Maybe Masterone if minimal side effects. 12 week cycle



Supporting Supplements (On-Cycle):

• Magnesium: 200-400 mg daily.

• Fish Oil: 3 capsules daily (approximately 3 g of omega-3)

You should add bac water to the 2ml vial slowly bro and store in fridge always
travel sure you can just dont reconstitute the hcg take the water and hcg dry
sustanon easy just pin 1 time before you go its in the system up to 4 weeks long ester

your bloodwork looks good for a steroid user

and if you want to concieve you need to get off all hormones, and hcg isn't going to offset the suppression from steroids

So if I was to pin 250mg of sus weekly, before I leave for 2 weeks, I would still just only take 250mg before I leave right? Don’t take 500mg to account for the extra week?

I might have jumped the gun, but I officially started my cycle today. The gear from R&D Pharma (don’t know how to tag them) arrived, and I have to say, their service was both helpful and efficient—big thumbs up to them.

Had a bit of a dull moment when mixing the 5ml bacteriostatic saline with the HCG. I could only manage about 3.6ml in the vial—rookie oversight, but we live and learn!

Here’s the cycle I’m experimenting with now:


• Sustanon 250mg: 0.4ml every 72 hours.


• HCG (5000 IU in 3.6ml): 0.35ml every 72 hours.

Todays Challenges

Diet was my weak point today—completely dropped the ball and missed my last two meals due to a hectic workload. Baby steps, though; I’ll get back on track.

Wins

Despite the busy day, I managed to pull off a decent workout. Progress over perfection, right? 💪

Goals
- Gain Muscle mass and maintain mental clarity
- keep testicular function including fertility
- mitigate acne when it comes to the 3week mark of the cycle
 
So if I was to pin 250mg of sus weekly, before I leave for 2 weeks, I would still just only take 250mg before I leave right? Don’t take 500mg to account for the extra week?
if you leave for 2 weeks just pin 2mls 500mgs before you go bro no issues at all
