My stats:
48m, 170lbs, about 13% body fat

Former gym rat but was never big, just really fit with body fat below 10%. Been back in the gym about 2 years now with the last year being much more consistent. I’ve run a test/deca cycle before with much success with my biggest challenges being estrogen control and diet.

Dosage 120/60 test/deca EOD
20mg proviron M-F
20mg aromasin as needed. Expecting EOD or E3D based on previous history.

Daily Sypplements:
5g creatine
400iiu vitamin E
100mg P-5-P
Animal Pak Ultimate Foundation 1 pack
Huge Defend

Cycle started 10/28

Diet could use some help. 10/29:
2,700 call.
178g protein
197g carbs
135g fat

Thinking of throwing in another protein shake tonight to get the calories and protein up.

I know I need to get a lot more in here but I wanted to get something started. Thanks in advance!
 
I added the protein shake so my macros are now:
2900cal
228g protein
201g carbs
137g fat

Workout split is
Push/pull/legs. I get in about 5 workouts a week cycling through those three. I mix up the exercises so as not to get bored. I usually do 6-8 exercises a workout, mostly 4 sets each. A typical workout will take about an hour.
In addition I do cardio 4-5 times a week. Cardio is usually a brisk walk of 3 to 5 miles with a weight vest. Maybe once a week or once every two weeks I’ll do a 3 mile run.

I would go with e3d with aromasin.
Adding 100mgs primobolan /week here would help make it sports TRT ++

but you're missing organ liver support like n2guard, i suggest adding it 7caps ed

I think you look a lot better than your picture
the problem is all that hair is covering up the muscles

I wasn’t able to make it to the gym today to I had to skip leg day but I did a push workout in my little home gym instead:

I’m currently taking Defend from Huge Supplements for organ liver and lipids support.
What do you recommend for digestive support and probiotics? I currently don’t take anything for that.
For a multi I currently take Animal Pak Ultimate Foundation.
I also do not take and psyllium husk.

@Billy_Mak good training but cardio is not steps, you need to do post workout cardio

the training needs work, you need at least 2-3 sets of 15 reps there

portein is good i like the high protein, close the ranks on the fat next time though lets get more healthy fats in
 
pizza, pepperoni, and spaghetti are fine once a week max. but day to day make sure you eat cleaner

i'm not seeing veggies or healthy carb options
Not gonna lie, today was even worse food wise.. I know you’re right, I need to eat cleaner.
 
Brother if you dont eat clean you are wasting the potential of the cycle and the quality types of gains you can achieve by eating cleaner, definitely try and work on correcting the food choices, it will only help aid you along.

Been busy with life lately so I haven’t been able to update my the log but I’ve cleaned up my diet a lot the past few days. I have a couple of questions.
when I’m at a place that doesn’t have anything clean that I can eat and I wasn’t able to bring anything in with me (was at a carnival type place with the kids) is it better to eat crap or skip the meal and catch up on calories later? I chose skipping the meal and catching up later.
If I have to pick between a full night’s sleep or getting a workout in, what should I do?
Night sweats. I know they are part of cycles but any way to reduce them??

I would eat the meal and enjoy the food with your family, sometimes you need to let it go.
 
International. I’ve actually never ordered domestic, I’ve ordered about 5 or 6 times and it’s always been international.
