Ran a DBOL / Test E cycle in my early 20's and went from 65kg to 78kg but did no PCT and lost the majority of it.
My goals are to stay active and have quick recovery for my age so I can keep doing what I love doing and stay somewhat competitive with the young ones..LOL

- Body Fat % (estimated): 20%
- Training Experience (in years): On and off for ~29 years.
- Training has been a mix of weights, body weight exercises, running, boxing, BJJ
- Deadlifts - 3x sets of 4 reps at 100kg - twice per week
- abs - 4x sets of 25 on decline bench - twice per week
- Leg press - 3x sets of 6 reps - twice per week
- Pushups - random, but try and get 50 done per day
- Running - currently doing 1hr sessions staying in zone 2, twice a week
- BJJ - about 3 1hr sessions per week
- Daily Caloric Intake: Not yet calculated but going to aim for 3000 Kcal
- Macronutrient Split: Protein 36% = 204g
- Carbohydrates 48% =272g
- Fats 16% = 91g
Supplements:
- SUS250 = 125mg/week (using for 12 months now)
- Deca = 100mg/week (using for 4 weeks now)
- Recent Blood Work: 3 months ago. booked in for another check up in 2 weeks and will report back
- previous test count was 1500 whatever that means???
- Cycle Goals: Lean muscle gain to 75 - 78kg
- Compounds Planned for Use: TBOL, EQ and SUS250
