  • Weight: 72kg
  • Body Fat % (estimated): 20%
  • Training Experience (in years): On and off for ~29 years.
    • Training has been a mix of weights, body weight exercises, running, boxing, BJJ
Current Training:
  • Deadlifts - 3x sets of 4 reps at 100kg - twice per week
  • abs - 4x sets of 25 on decline bench - twice per week
  • Leg press - 3x sets of 6 reps - twice per week
  • Pushups - random, but try and get 50 done per day
  • Running - currently doing 1hr sessions staying in zone 2, twice a week
  • BJJ - about 3 1hr sessions per week
Diet:
  • Daily Caloric Intake: Not yet calculated but going to aim for 3000 Kcal
  • Macronutrient Split: Protein 36% = 204g
    • Carbohydrates 48% =272g
    • Fats 16% = 91g
Meal Plan: Not yet developed

Supplements:
  • SUS250 = 125mg/week (using for 12 months now)
  • Deca = 100mg/week (using for 4 weeks now)
Blood Work:
  • Recent Blood Work: 3 months ago. booked in for another check up in 2 weeks and will report back
    • previous test count was 1500 whatever that means???
Cycle Plan:
  • Cycle Goals: Lean muscle gain to 75 - 78kg
  • Compounds Planned for Use: TBOL, EQ and SUS250
  • Dosage and Frequency: Looking for advice
  • Cycle Length: Looking for advice

Ran a DBOL / Test E cycle in my early 20's and went from 65kg to 78kg but did no PCT and lost the majority of it.
My goals are to stay active and have quick recovery for my age so I can keep doing what I love doing and stay somewhat competitive with the young ones..LOL

Sustanon and deca is good, have you considered adding 100mgs primobolan to stack deep?
before you add tbol and eq, or we can start 200mgs EQ addition

I want to drop the deca and change to EQ. After listening to the podcast #90 on Deca Vs. EQ I think EQ is going to suit me heaps better from what Stevesmi said about it.
Any advice on recommended mg/week for my age would be appreciated.
The Tbol was another one that sounded right up my alley after listening to the podcast on it and I'm just throwing it out there to get advice from you guys on it will be a good addition to do a proper cycle or not?? If so please recommend dosages along with my SUS250 TRT use.

You can start 200mgs of EQ /week split 100mgs/100mgs doses, dont go high at all, start slow and get your training diet in check first

Tbol, might be good but go low dose 10mgs ed for 8 weeks to feel out the dose.

Supplements
good supps, but you need to add digestive aids like psyllium husk probiotics and digestive enzymes daily

please get that updated in more detail, we are waiting
