Approved Log My TRT cycle log

MTB

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
My 1st Log. This is for TRT with a new supplier-source. If anyone has questions feel free to ask. I am very exercise compromised, I do enjoy working out and have found ways to get some done with intensity.
My disc between L4-L5 is flat. I cannot walk far. 2010 I was a competitive triathlete on the provincial race circuit. I began to have back probs and switched to Mountain bike (MTB) racing then had to back away until I could no longer ride.
I was looking out my window thinking what the point in living was, then my libido disappeared. I tried boosters, made an appointment to see my Dr. and decided to look up an old friend. The test boosters were ineffective.
I also had to make the decision that this would be for life.
The last summer I could minimally bike my sit bone was so sore even padded shorts didn't help. I had no butt muscle at all. The sit bone was right on the thin skin. Google I could see my muscle mass was disappearing. I could feel blobs touching my thigh when I went up the stairs and was hitting 217 during the day.
Buddy hooked m up and for one year the improvements were astronomical compared to where I was at. I did however take too much for TRT but decided as well I would cycle off and reset. So, at 6 months I took 44 days off and restarted at a much more reasonable amount of max 200/wk
However, that supply dried up and my friend is out on the hard drugs so I can't rely on him. I found some online after following Redditt but that seems to have not worked out as I am taking way too much to get in the comfort zone. Also I monitor my BP and HR and they are not spiking. I got extra BP meds to counter and had to cut back.
I got into Triathlon in 2010 to get sober as I had alcohol issues and running and biking were painful as I had broken my right femur on the back of a snowmobile accident. Yes we were drunk and hit telephone pole.
Running crooked is most likely what caused my back issues but it got me sober for 16 years so.... here I am also have smashed(replaced) my right radial head in MTB accident and the left ulna was also broken in the snowmobile incident.
I eat very healthy. I try to limit carbs because I am not very active except when exercise.
Specs:
62.5 yrs old
5"9.5
194 lbs
I have a noticeable belly and developed gyno at 14 when I went through puberty.
I work out every other day.
I must do arm curls laying on the bed with arm hanging over the side has contributed to my now injured R-shoulder.
2 workouts
1) squats. 2)circuit calves curls and triceps ext. I have to avoid press and r-arm curls for a bit. When my shoulder is better I will do 3 workouts.
I am endurance type athletic. I raced primarily marathon MTB and of course triathlon is endurance, even the short courses.
I am currently waiting for delivery . I pinned some weak Cyp 250 mg 2 days ago on Friday. I pinned 275 cyp on Monday 16th and 275 enanthate on Sat 14th. I was also pinning undeca at 200mg every 7-10 days.
Those are not TRT amounts at all.
I should be cranked and my BP and HR should be elevated. I got pumped a bit today on squats and my Libido is OK . I am not excited too much. I am calm, relaxed and hopeful the next source will be OK. I don't like the amount I am pinning and will likely chuck what is left soon. I have 2 prop I will likely keep. I also have 2 enanthate, 1 cyp, 2 undeca, 1 sustanon.
So my plan so far is to initiate at 250 Enanthate for comparison but I want to go to an injection every 5 days.
Enanthate half life is about 4 days. So 150 every 5 days would give me 210.
So after the initial 250 I will only pin after 7 days to get a perspective. Then move to 150 every 5 days, which will give me 210 per week.
I take 2X200 mg caffeine/ day
I eat tuna every day or boiled salmon. I eat hamburger that is boiled and so low in some fat. I also eat fresh vegetables.
I eat oats and boiled eggs every morning and oats with protein powder at night.
I develop gyno and a belly at puberty that I have never been able to shake. I began exercising in high school for that reason and has been a lifesaver for me. I developed my upper chest to hide the embarrassment of gyno. My father was the same. I guess hereditary

Nice start to your log man, you have a similar story to so many here, alcohol issues, injuries and then training and fitness taking that part of life over in a positive way. Respect for pushing on, nice start to your log. I will be following along, have you considered surgery for gyno if it impacts your mind so much? Self esteem is a very important thing

Welcome to EVO brother!

It's great to have some older dudes on here (I'm turning 50) looking to start a log and improve their quality of life so welcome to the family!

Thanks also for taking the time to throw up all this info for your log. There is a lot of great info and we'll help you get it sorted out and organized. To get you started can you post up a pic for us of your base physique and we'll put it in the mod que for approval and then you're off to the races. You can just snap a shot in the mirror like you see in my avatar pic for example.

First things first: we'll have to organize your log in readable sections so members can more easily see what your goals are, your cycle, your medical issues (gyno, back injury, etc) and stats. Also, a food/meal section will us be able to see how your diet is going and pin point some changes needed based on your age (62) and cycle/goals, including total protein/carbs/fats etc.

You can take a look at any of these logs as a reference:

Thanks for trusting EVO with a snipit into your life story and where you're heading!

I absolutely don't look like the guys on here. So putting a photo will take some balls😂. I worked out in weight rooms especially since university, but I had chicken legs. However I was good running and of course on the bike I can go forever. I also have a habit to over train. So now I have a shoulder issue.
Thanks for the references and the great advice

I wish I had the option for surgery when I was younger. Fortunately, it doesn't get worse with supplements. It definitely hurt my esteem. I was slow through puberty and the belly was something I struggled with and could never rid myself of. For many years I looked at my chest and belly the 1st thing in the morning and was the last thing I looked at before bed. At 62 I just look like I have old man boobs now. I can't wait for my shoulder to allow me to press again. That was how I dealt with the gyno and it made me strong.

Of course brother! You're very welcome and I'm really glad to have you on here we need more dudes like you on here! I read through your entire first log post and it was excellent and I want others to hear your story as well.

I think you have the balls brother with a decade over a half century I know you've been through a lot of life and posting a pic here will help you see what a family we are. If you peruse around you'll see there's every type of body and physique on here from very overweight looking to lose weight and feel better all the way to IFBB pros prepping for a competition.

There are zero expectations and zero judgment. I've even posted close up shots of my gyno and a pic of my huge bloated stomach after eating too many Doritos. This is truly a place to be yourself and receive sincere honest feedback with no judgement.

OK, you convinced me. I took one. It is not so bad. I can't access my Wi-Fi for some reason. I'll post the photo tomorrow using another Wi-Fi

That's great news @MTB and honestly you can take it in whatever lighting you're most comfortable with and at whatever angle you feel most comfortable. We don't need any closeups of what you might be shy about just a few general base physique pics and then you can trust EVO to choose your best shot for your avatar pic. In fact sometimes the pic chosen may be the one you like the least and that's for you to then post an update shot in a couple months down the road and see your before and after and be shocked.

If you wander around the logs on here you'll find many members who had the courage to do what you're doing. Good for you bro!

If you wanna see my before and after shots check out the attached pics LOL. This is judgement free here so I don't mind throwing these pics up to show you where I came from myself. I'm almost 50 yrs old in all these pics so it's doable at any age. And EVO never judged any of my pics at all all I got was a family welcome and encouragement the whole way.

I can't figure out how to post on my profile. All I can find is banner photo

@MTB haha are you kidding me!!?? You were worried for nothing like we all are on here about how we look. You look great brother!! And on top of the you're in your 60's!

Welcome now fully to the EVO family your log will be in the mod que for approval later today.

Your base physique is awesome and I can tell you've lifted before and probably for a while. That small layer of fat on you is just dying to come off I can tell. Your obliques are still present and you have great a good broad upper body with good upper chest development and developed arms and delts.

I had alcohol issues
So have I brother. I'm sober almost 5 years. I was a hard case and the 12-step program and God saved my life. My story is in my 2025 log and on my first podcast as well; it can be heard here: https://www.evolutionary.org/evolutionary-org-625-interview-with-member-harleyguy-the-inside-story/

I develop gyno and a belly at puberty
We will help with this is you want bro

The test boosters were ineffective.
They always are, you're on the right track now.

then my libido disappeared.
We can suggest compounds and supplements to help with this.
First one I suggest is HCGenerate, I get mine here: https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/pct/hcgenerate-n2generate/

it got me sober for 16 years
Congratulations brother this is a great accomplishment!

Ok now we're off the races!
You can share your source for your testosterone on here with pics without any worry. Let's make sure you're using something legit for the time being.

This is standard for new members bro. Your photo and this thread/log is in the moderator que for approval and your photo will be added for an avatar. I'd give it until tonight but it will be tended too. For now you can pick a banner photo that best represents you or something you just like as a banner.

This is great brother! You are safe going with @pur-pharma-canada

How did you end up choosing Pur Pharma? Going with one of our approved Canadian sources was a smart move.

I was looking for better threads than Reddit. I needed a solid link. I got that on the PUR Pharma profile for the Elite link. As well the multi approved source. So, I made sure other bloggers here had given that exact link. I was previously going with outdated by 6 months and saw approved and recently and that mattered. I saw zero negative reviews and after checking multiple threads figured the guys here were solid and would call out any baloney. I figured as well, I should join. I was always connected with people in Triathlon and MTB racing. People at the gym. Volunteering at the rehab, volunteer center. That has been missing since my back has made me a lot less active. I had to get out of the Twitterverse. LOL

My disc between L4-L5 is flat. Practically bone on bone. I can barely turn and can't walk far as I pay in pain.
I have to work out laying on the bed for arm curls press and such. The form for arm curls puts a lot of pressure on my shoulders and so I have reinjured my right shoulder. Tommorrow I will do a circuit of Left arm curls, Tricep extensions, calf raises.
I will document how I made out however stopping to write reps will slow my pace. I will estimate.
I was doing 3 workouts but I buggered my shoulder doing press.
My other workout is squats. I cannot add any weight so is bodyweight but I can pace and so do 175 in 10.:00.
Another set then a 3rd set of 175 half squats which is about 8 minutes. I allow 10:00 recovery after the two deep sets. Soon I will change that up with faster reps but maybe 50 with 2:00 rest.
I do things a certain way to extend the exercise as I can't go out and walk. I manage my day sitting reclined or standing to keep pressure off. I wish I could do stairs. Or walk on hills
My TRT dose have been too high but is most likely very weak batch because no sides, and so I start new batch from new supplier tomorrow. I had good stuff last year but that dried up. I am going to start with 200 enanthate and will see how that goes. Last year was staying 150-200/ week for July-December . Although at the beginning (Jan-May) I was doing more. My BP and HR needed to come down so I took 44 days off and reset to a trt level.
So I can't lift anything to compress my back. I used to take walk after every meal to digest and metabolize so things are a challenge these days.
When I 1st started back on a mission I couldn't squat with the right leg and used 2 chair backs and was slightly bending my knee for a very partial dip or I guess squat. I then got the left stronger and so began using the chair and both legs. I experienced pain but was soon finding myself often pain free after the exercises.
I went lower and lower and allowed myself to recover. I pushed the envelope and then began squatting free. Now I can go below seated position first 2 sets of 175.
I put planks on my bed for press and leave the plates on the other side so I don't have to lift them. I make the dumbell and roll them onto stacked door mats and use a long couch cushion on top of the planks to lay on from there I curl then press the dumbells.
Without getting the original test I doubt I would be where I am
My squats are more cardio oriented and I try to circuit the others. I mix things up and take breaks or run circuit. I usually periodize for 4 weeks before changing up.
When I started I was at about 218 now I am at 194. When I did triathlon race season weight was usually about 174. Although my times were much stronger at 180-5 on the last year. That was 2014. So that was when the back issues started. I had to switch to MTB. 2016 I got bad back attack or whatever. I didn't feel I really got my strength back, but when I biked I felt good and was C category. I preferred the marathon 4hr races.
MRI showed that I have overcome the arthritis though. The disc was prev. bulging and touching the nerve and now has almost disappeared and so not as painful.
The operation is high risk and could end up in more pain., I am not on pain killers. That pretty much tells dr. is too high risk. I don't take anti-inflammatory or anything and just cope and manage.
I have some main meals and will post that tomorrow with the workout

Your disks serious. Are you doing bpc157/tb500? hgh? @MTB
do you have blood work?

Your disks serious. Are you doing bpc157/tb500? hgh? @MTB
do you have blood work?
No I am not getting anything but was looking . I was look at the price and the chance of getting real stuff. I mean I was researching then I found my test was for sure weak. I did get some before that and was absolute nothing so I am hesitant. The neurosugeon looking at my MRI also noted the the L4-L5 have no sign of trauma or problems.
The rest of my spine is very good.
I have no bloodwork at all. I just got a new Dr. after a year without. I doubt he would approve. He did send for full blood analysis and did what he called big testing and they have not contacted me. That was December.
I had no libido and I was definitely depressed and muscle wasting. My belly was growing in a very gross way. My sit bones I could flex my butt and the bone was direct next to my skin. I was looking out the living room window and wondering what was the point of living. So I had done test before and knew this would help. I got motivated but also decided this would be for life. I may go a bit stronger than TRT but can always take a short break and reset.
From 2021-2024 was a downward trying to keep on the bike and I feel better the last year than any of those years. I get up and look forward to my day especially if exercising. Or just relaxing knowing I put out the day before. Quality of life.
2022 after my last race I did some foolish bike sets climbing and fell down steep embankment shattering my right radial head and have prosthetic replacement. So I couldn't bike rest of the summer but began walking hill repeats and was just as happy as biking. I just need to work out.

@MTB nice layout man. I like how you're so specific about the different things that you're doing. You really know your body well, which is expected especially at your age. It's good to see you.

Bros, you should talk to a doctor if you seriously got gyno. They can remove the gland.

I got that on the PUR Pharma profile for the Elite link
Elite is where I got my first gear ever way back in the early 2000's. It's one of our sister sites, glad you found us!

figured the guys here were solid and would call out any baloney.
Oh yes, there's a few of us mods that love to see the bologna and call out allcomers who want to dance LOL

I should join
Glad to have you bro, EVO support to you!

I had to get out of the Twitterverse. LOL
Stay away from all that like the devil... I'm becoming one of those old men that doesn't understand social media and I'm proud of that. Now, gear related apps like Telegram or Discord I can work circles around even my 20 year old sons doing my little infiltration and recon projects LOL.

I think a huge thing for you would be to get private bloods so we can see your situation @MTB do you have budget for this?

and you're in USA?

A small drop in bodyfat now would make HUGE differences
I used to do crazy power situps. There is a washboard under there. Crunches, could swim, in fact I was coming out of the water in top 20 out of 100+ competitors.
I trained for long distance triathlon was down to 169. Coming out of the water in the wetsuit I look like I am pregnant. The thinner I get the worse my belly looks. I have endurance but power is harder to gain for me. Marathon MTB races were how many laps a person can do in 4 hrs.
In MTB there are repetitive power outputs of different intervals. If there was a formula for me for losing the flab I would definitely try hard. When I was racing, I ate perfectly healthy in those years.
Even though I am 62.5 yrs I have finally lost my big appetite so I should continue to lose. I would like to see another 10lbs gone

Seems like you've done a lot of different things in your life. Sounds really interesting. @MTB you could write a book on the different things you've been in and noticed over the course of your lifespan.

@MTB we've got a lot of Canadian guys on here who will lead you into the right direction on all this stuff. They'll get you the right source; they'll get you the right place to get your blood work, etc. so you're in good hands. Welcome to the EVO family.

It does look like gyno to me but the only way to be 100% sure is to have a doctor take a look at it. The good news is there's very non-invasive surgeries where they can remove the gland and you can be done with it. It's not that expensive either. We're talkin' maybe $5,000 to $10,000, which in the grand scheme of things is well worth the investment. @MTB

I am not sure how to log but I will just reply to my original post.
So 5:10 AM did my first PUR enanthate shot at 240. I was just below the 1ml mark.
Injection went in nice and I went very slow and paused before extracting and not one spec of blood followed.
There was no pain at all. The cap popped with more ease than I expected. There were no shipping in the cold issues as the weather didn't dip below -10. Shipping was super fast. They got it out Friday morning and was connected to Moncton by Sunday afternoon and was on it's way here for Monday morning delivery.
Had 1 cup oats with tablespoon of protein powder for vanilla flavor and one boiled egg at 6:00AM
Began what I thought could be 1hr circuit with only 3 exercises Left bicep, at 20 reps 20lbs then triceps extensions about 20 reps both arms then 120 calf raises. continuous. However after 5 circuits was too boring and not making me breathe hard enough. 24:00
I decided to pause for 2:00 after calves. This pushed my bicep reps higher. Soon I paused 2:00 after bicep and of course my triceps reps went up . I was able to get a rush after each set. Then switched to a drop set for last 2 triceps sets.
I need the rush
My shoulder is improving and hope to start press again.
Workout was 65 mins in all.
I had one can tuna for lunch with too much mayo. One green pepper and one yellow pepper and one tomato.
A handful of low salt corn taco chips and salsa.
Will have natural peanut butter sandwich at 2:00pm and chicken for dinner at about 5:00pm. Side dish of plain rice and some more peppers and some boiled onion.
For nighttime will have 2 cups of oats and scoop of protein powder
Feeling good and happy I switched mid workout. I like the endorphin release. Within one month my shoulder should be better. I will likely feel the enanthate effects tomorrow when I wake up.

At 24hrs after 1st injection things are going really good. My libido is terrific for sure. I began to notice that last night but waited to see this morning. When I bend my leg to the max I can tell I had a shot but there is no real discomfort. I kept the vial and the wrapped syringe in my pockets to warm them up and I injected very, very slowly. Pause before retraction, I couldn't even see where I had entered.
The benefit of trough is that the effects are noticed sooner, or so I believe.
Tomorrow, I do squats.
I do too many per set now to speed up. I have gotten slower to accommodate the high reps of 175 per set.
Time to change that up. Confusion will help rev my metabolism.
I am going for set of 50 deep in 2:00 with a 3:00 break. My target will be 6 sets. However, I may do 2 more at a longer recovery after that.

Nice update my fellow Canadian brother. I like how you lay out your thought processes with each log update.

Instead of replying to your own posts as a log update you can just make a title and put the date, for example. What I do is something like this: "Log Update 25Feb2026". You just start writing in the empty box at the bottom of your log and then hit 'post reply'.

You obviously are going through a lot and I admire your fortitude for logging on here and giving us daily feedback and updates. It would really help if you skipped over your GP who for whatever reason they always give us a hard time with bloodwork and obtaining the results; instead, I'd use teletest.ca. You can click this link here to get a how-to guide on getting your own bloodwork done and most of it will be covered too: Canadian Private Bloodwork Guide (teletest.ca how-to guide)

It would help to know what Province you're in and then I can better point you to a specific place if teletest.ca doesn't operate in your area. Bloodwork will show us where you're needing help within the body and you're obviously making amazing efforts to mitigate the issues with your back injury outside the body all while finding ways to still workout; you should be proud of yourself.

I put planks on my bed for press and leave the plates on the other side so I don't have to lift them. I make the dumbell and roll them onto stacked door mats and use a long couch cushion on top of the planks to lay on from there I curl then press the dumbells.
It's stuff like this that I read and when I don't feel like going to the gym I get my ass up and go, this is inspiring!

I have no bloodwork at all.
Can we get you some ASAP? Or, at the least hound your GP for your results from December?

He did send for full blood analysis and did what he called big testing and they have not contacted me. That was December.
What he thinks is "big testing" likely just a CBC with other standard boxes checked but nothing more specific. We do specific here.

There is a washboard under there.
I can still see it bro!

My Log update Feb 26/ 2026
So started 2nd day after Enanthate injection and woke up in very good mood. Sleep was very good
I had the usual 1 cup oats with tablespoon protein powder, one boiled egg and 400mg caffeine.
1.5 hrs later I began squats. I changed from slow paced 175 X 3sets to 8sets of 50.
The squats had to be much faster; I was doing volume but pacing myself. Now I wanted hard rush and endorphin release. So each set of 50 was to be on the 5:00 mark. So was 2:20 for the 50 deep body weight. My legs got super pumped by the 3rd set. I thought I would quit, I mean after that every set I told myself at 35 reps that I would def take longer recovery time.
Felt like punishment, this is why I like to train.
At the 5:00 mark I started again. It was painful from 30-50. The 1st ten my legs felt like jelly.
I experienced like I was running 10km and was looking for personal best time. So the 8th set I still pushed to finish quickly. I had to lay back in my recliner and for 10 mins closed my eyes.
Best workout I have had in a long time.
Got up to eat and had a tomato, a beef sandwich, green beans and some low salt taco chips and maybe 3 tablespoons salsa. Water.
This is 3 hrs later and I still feel exhausted or spent. My legs will be sore tomorrow
Salmon or Haddock for dinner, with potatoes, probably whole grain natural peanut butter sandwich for snack before that. Onions, green beans, yellow string beans, another tomato,
For evening be 2 cups oats with big scoop protein powder. Unsweetened almond milk.
I feel like I had a big bike day, this is good.
If I consume 250 testosterone, can I still call that TRT?? Maybe I could call it TRT+
So I should break that 250 into 2 pins per week. Or like I was wondering to take 200 and a 50 prop for last 2 days

Feb 26 2026, Log update cont'd
Oh yeah I take Ramipril 10mg morning and 5mg evening. I have an irregular heartbeat so I take Rivaroxaban(anticoagulant) and metoprolol to slow it down. I stop the thinner the day before injection as it can make it hard to stop bleeding. I bought extra Lisinopril because I can take another 5mg Ramipril or 20 Lisinopril.
But everything is going well. Right now, I take 5mg daily Cialis. So my HR. BP and general mood is all very good.
I may as well throw out all my previous testosterone supply. I don't like injecting like I was.
I will drop to 200mg Enanthate next injection. I may try their prop as well. I could go 200 for 5 days and pin 50 prop for day 6-7.
I take 500mg Vitamin C and take small dose VitaminD and E once a week.
My brother developed the same arrythmia type situation about 2 yrs before I did. They have shocked his heart or stopped it and restarted but it persists. He has lived a clean life, no alcohol or drugs, he is 2 yrs older.
I had an heart ultrasound before Christmas with no follow up and am going for sleep test next month.
My HR is 60's and sometimes low 70's now

are you able to use an app to log this? @MTB properly log the food and training
can you try myfitnesspal?

You can call anything TRT, usually sports TRT+ is 300mgs test with hgh.

you're pinning anything now?

My HR is 60's and sometimes low 70's now
can you post some pics of your supplements you have?

are you able to use an app to log this? @MTB properly log the food and training
can you try myfitnesspal?

You can call anything TRT, usually sports TRT+ is 300mgs test with hgh.

you're pinning anything now?

can you post some pics of your supplements you have?
I am pinning the PUR enanthate for one injection Tuesday morning so far at about 240. I think I might split that.
The supplements are just generic Vitamin E 400iu (just 1X/wk) the Vitamin C is 500mg daily, The Vitamin D is Jaimeson1000iu (1 X /wk), and ALLMAX caffeine 200mg X 2.
I used to take a lot of vitamins when I was racing triathlon and MTB but now I just take a bit. IF I could train hard every day and do a variety of exercise I would be taking all kinds.
I am worried about my right shoulder, I believe I may have bursitis. So right now I am stuck on 2 day schedule.
I can't have any weight compressing my spine so I need to arm curl laying on the bed. It is high stress on the shoulders. So no curls but tricep extensions and pullovers are good to go for the right.
It is affecting my traps as well. Everything is stiff, cracking and it looks like bursitis. I am resting from painful movements, icing it and began anti-inflamation ALEVE.
When it was beginning to bother me I still trained with it. so I can be somewhat obsessed. There are just certain movements. So it got better a couple months ago and then I went heavy dumbell press and so I was hard headed. I need to wait longer this time and then not go heavy.

this is fine you mean 250mgs/ml so 125 each pin? @MTB

I would add n2guard daily if you have the budget for it, it will help a lot
and you absolutely need digestive aids
probiotics ED and digestive enzymes
psyllium husk 1tbps ed

hard to say here I would suggest you start doing only lower body and cardio no upper

Yeah, when I drew it was just below 1ml so I guestimated it to be 240. But yeah, I would split the 250 son 125/per.
I will definitely look into the digestion aids. Thanks for those suggestions.
I have tried leg extensions and leg curls and caused much back pains. So squats and calves will have to do.
The 50 deep squats X 8sets at 5:00 absolutely destroyed me.
The left arm curls are good and if I move the dumbell close to me has no effect on my shoulder. Putting on wrist weights or too much movement from my right arm though gives sharp sensations so I will just use the 20's and do high reps.
In 30 days if I can't do anything with my right I may see about getting a specialist. The wait lists around here are crazy long
Thanks for the response and great advice

Woke up in good mood, and I slept very good. My legs are not deep sore but the stabilization is totally stiff. My quads were hit good. As well my Glutes. Especially noticeable going down the stairs. No exercise today.
If I can adapt adjust to the aster sets I will cut recovery time in between.
Looking back at my journal in Aug-Sept, I was trying to do 5 sets of 50 at 5:00. I was only getting the first 3 sets of 50 meaning only two recoveries then I added to 7 mins. Like 2 extra minutes of recovery to be able to cope.
Or sometimes I just did the set every 6:00 consistent. Looking at the journal I could remember well the struggle
Therefore 6 months later I have improvement as I did 8 sets at target. This is encouraging.
I am icing my shoulder and it feels much better, no more clicking and less discomfort.
Breakfast was one hardboiled egg and 1 cup oats with tablespoon protein powder.
Lunch was beef wrap with mustard, tomatoes and yellow and green string beans.
Whole grain natural peanut butter sandwich for a snack
Dinner will be Chicken breast with some mayo, tomatoes and yellow and green string beans again.
1.5 cup of oats with scoop protein powder for night snack.

I can only exercise every 2nd day. Due to my limited exercise capabilities I have to repeat my routine every 4th day. Only 2 workouts. My chest used to be my 3rd.
That is fine but maybe do less and try to work on walking around more.

I can't walk, I wish I could there are some hard hills right outside. I can't bike at all. I am trying to get by reclined a lot of the time. My pain has gotten a lot less after exercising but I need to be careful. When I go out shopping I only go to one store. Going through the parking lot and to the back of big store and back out again can make me sit in pain. I eat either standing up or reclined is not great. I make sure I keep getting up with a small something to do throughout the day. I need to use a grabber or sit in a chair to reach anywhere except the front top shelf in my fridge. Everything in my apartment is up on chairs or tables so I don't bend over.
I have a guy who cleans the hallways com in once every three weeks to clean my bathroom. Floors, and other small chores. My mother does my laundry because I can't bend into the machines. She also picks stuff up at the store.
TRT has been a big lift for me. getting to find things I can exert is saving me from shut in depression. Being able to squat again is huge. Over a year ago I started using a chair and holding the back and was barely bending my knees. I am on a somewhat delicate balance.

I recall several guys that have come on the podcast and interviews who have talked about similar backgrounds and similar stories as your situation. My thing is life is short. You can either spend it regretting your past or you can just live life to the fullest.

Not really. I mean I am more concerned my Doctor finds this. I just picked one up after my last doctor retired. They are hard to come by. I saw some links from Harley but they are in other provinces.
we can skip bloods if you're on a budget, possible to do regular bpc/tb? @MTB

Haven't seen too many guys with peanut butter lately. @MTB have you tried almond butter? It's supposed to be a lot better for you, I think. It's got better nutrition.

Faster? Sets are actually better slower (more TUT) and less time between sets

@MTB Bros, hell of a good job on this. I'm glad you woke up in a good mood and you're sleeping good. That's a good start. Sometimes when you wake up like that, it's good to go do some hardcore training, take advantage of it.

@MTB Brother where are you? Your story is inspiring 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I had a few setbacks. I am just rehabbing my shoulder with physio exercises. So I am just doing left arm curls and left tricep extensions, calf raises. On the other day squats. I am settling at 250 Pur Enanthate every 6 days.
I had a growth removed from my nutsack last week. The lab test results came back and was just a huge blood tag.
I will log this.
Thanks for asking

So I just exercise every other day.
The right can do tricep extensions with no pain but I am going to wait a few weeks.
My shoulder rehab exercises are no weights. I do arms extended and raises and circular both directions with increasing large movements. I do other movements as well such as with overhead press no weight. Range of motion for other movements.
I had this injury before. Except I had job back then and so it got worked out. Now I am retired so I feel I should do some movements.
I had a growth removed from my nutsack last week. The lab test results came back and was just a huge blood tag.
I had that growth for a year but wait times and that. It started as a big tag so no big deal then one morning it was sore. I felt it and started to google. It was very large but as just skin and so it began to fill with blood and drain sometimes. Irritating as hell but that is resolved now.
I also started psyllium husk powder and it has been 3 weeks and does it ever work good. My body is liking that.
I drink before meals and now my weight has been dropping below 190 sometimes. Nice full feeling and is helping digestion

Yeah, I am looking. Any suggestions? The psyllium has worked amazingly. I always looked at that but never tried it. I think you suggested the psyllium.
I never used peptides. There is a different process. Like U need to mix and stuff. I can't reach my glutes and never injected subcutaneously

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I had a crazy vertigo attack. A few weeks ago. I was getting the odd head spin when turning with my eyes closed in the shower a few years ago and a bit when I was boxing in 2008-9.
I was not getting them anywhere near serious like my Aunt or Mom. Well that changed couple weeks ago.
It was really bad as I couldn't even roll over in bed. The spins were making me vomit but was empty so I just gagged every time I moved. I had to stay in bed for the entire morning until past noon.
3 days was real bad and my mom gave me meds that helped.
I just opened my 2nd Pur E and is definitely good stuff. This like 7-8 weeks and my mood is good again especially since the Vertigo has passed.
I must say through the vertigo episode my libido was clearly good to go. It was a source of great amusement when I needed it. I have also received my https://elitebody.ca/ viagra100mg which is sufficient with 1/2 dose. So great for the budget because 40 pills = 80 doses. I have not opened the Nordic Fusion Cialis yet.
I started adding lunges and slow rep, light weight arm curls for my right arm that I had taken a break on. I feel that if I can do lunges I may try some light biking in the summer. My lunges made my back sore later in the day and for a few days the 1st time. The 2nd time was very small and is a good sign. I sat for my right arm curls and was a mistake as it is painful right after and still 2 days later. However, I stood for the last set and should have done that in the 1st palce. In about 4 days I will try just 2 sets standing, not seated.
I started out 1.5 years ago and was barely bending my knees to squat and assisting that with a chair. So I know there will be pain as I add exercise. The important thing is to find a consistent exercise and the pain goes away before adding sets or reps.
My weight is also holding at 188-9 even though I took a one-week break from exercise during Vertigo episode.
So after a few very bad days I rebounded to adding some exercise to my routine.
I am still taking 250mg Test E from PUR Pharma every 6 days. I will be ordering another batch very soon.

Vertigo. My aunt and mother have it bad. And so I guess I can expect this again. It was crazy and kept me confined to the bed. For that long morning I couldn't sit in a chair even reclined. It is still giving me difficulties to do lying triceps extensions. Thankfully my stomach was empty. Although I kneeled at the toilet.
I had to sit on the toilet was clearly a hazard. Especially to stand up. I managed some water but then would throw that up in my mouth. Fck I was so hungry by the end of the day. Dehydrated. because I couldn't hold anything down. There was no stomach acid though . Was a major prob for 3 days and kept me immobilized for about one week. I didn't dare drive. Even rolling over to change position in bed made me gag and unbelievable head spins

I smoked weed for about 20+yrs until 2002. Then it just made me paranoid or something. And so I had to stop.
Even weak homegrown was no longer sedated but panicked
10/4. I was just going to say your symptoms were very similar to a marijuana related illness I was diagnosed with in 2020 called CHS (cannabis hyperemsis syndrome) and the only thing that fixes it is cessation of smoking but you’ve definitely had enough time for that not to be a problem anymore.

And yeah the modern stuff they have at the dispensaries is crazy in terms of THC content and all the things they can add to it on top of just straight weed so I’d steer clear 😂

When I look back I think that is what I developed. I would try to smoke a little but it either didn't affect me or I ended up crawling on the floor and sometimes vomit and didn't know what to do with myself.

It is in the family. My brother had this in a mild form as well. I measure Blood Pressure. I don't know what BG is

I don't keep BP records. It is usually 130's over 80's. Cialis and Viagra makes it drop. For some reason last week my BP was 120 or less over 75 so I backed off my evening altace 5mg. I read that lower BP affects vertigo. After about 8-9 days it went back up so I started the 5mg again.

Everything is going a lot better. My mood is good
The Vertigo is not interfering with my exercise, and I only feel it a bit when I get out of bed in the morning.
I may move to inject 1X per week. So 250mg every 7 days. I will be day 6 tomorrow and will hold off the extra day. I need to put in another test E order soon, likely this week.

pur-pharma-canada is definitely the way to go
I initially decided on 250 per week and presently do that much every 6 days but I need to consider I cannot work out hard enough to justify the higher dose. I am definitely getting nice pumps
Added lunges initially were hard on my back but the pain left after a few days and the last 2 leg days have not bothered me. The lunges are allowing me to go lower than the squats, so my butt is really getting targeted. Also standing right arm curls with light weight are also good to go. Slow reps and squeeze at the contraction. So now I exercise for one hour every other day.
I am thinking about even trying out a gym. An arm curl machine and triceps extensions or perhaps a press machine might work out
I am very happy to join this forum. All great advice and the approved sources are much appreciated

BP was 130/80 later in the day and was 128/73 earlier
@pur-pharma-canada of test E is going from 250 every 6 days to every 7 days. So weekly is 292 at every 6 days.
At 7 days will be a reduction from 292 down to 250. I believe that will be suitable.

130 is high BP and even 128 is high @MTB you should really track your bp for 2 weeks I bet you'll be surprised.

and going to 300mgs test is fine but we should recheck your e2

Those numbers are good for me. Down to 120 and I keep wanting to fall asleep. Which is why I took off my evening ramipril. It was hovering at 120 and I was groggy. I may even go to 8 days for the 250 test E. Then switch to 200 for 7 days. Now that I am more comfortable I am going to play around. My BP can go a little higher at 24-72 hrs after injecting although not by much.

I am not recording it. I will usually take it a few times per day. I also use the machine to also look at my HR.
Right now is 126/74. My HR is 80. But I have an irregular rhythm so I will take it again later mostly to see the HR which can be in the high 60' and low 70's mostly. Changed to right arm and is 119/71 and my HR is 76.
I think the machine just takes HR for 15 secs and multiplies X 4.
I did triathlon and MTB racing for years and my HR was hardly into the 60's. That is why I focus on circuit my exercises more than a body building plan.

since we have a log right now, is it possible to properly record for 2 weeks, it only takes 2 min write on phone @MTB

You mean like just mark it down the post weekly? I can try to remember I guess. I usually just monitor it especially now that I have cut back my meds. I was even adding a half pill of Lisinopril. So I stopped that as well as the 5 mg of Ramipril. I believe the cardio exercise is doing that. I added lunges and with squats it is vigorous for 60:00.
Now that I have my right arm to do standing curls I circuit for 60:00 on biceps triceps calves raises.
Also the test seems to be getting better on the 2nd bottle. The other stuff I had was prob not good for many reasons and I have decided to throw it all out. If a person can dial in their test then they are likely to get better HR and BP. I have also lost 30 lbs since November.

For me this is fine. Too low in the range you mentioned and I can't keep awake. Also it has been this or higher for the last 20 yrs. I took off the other low dose ramipril and a month before that the low dose lisinopril, because I kept wanting to nod off. The last 2 months has been the lowest in years
But I understand your concern.
I was happy when it went below 120 and the lower number was down but it kept me groggy and uncomfortable.

The same association can be with low blood pressure. It is also acceptable for men over 60 to have higher BP.
For sure I have a harder time with the numbers at or below 120. I am not going to keep taking meds when I feel like nodding off all the time. The decision to cut back meds was due to how I felt, not what my BP was.
I liked the numbers at 120 and below, but my function was not good. And I made an association with lower numbers then getting the vertigo attack.
The numbers I have now are in the normal range for a man over 60

No, I am not saying that. I made an association then a decision. For sure I am not comfortable at below 120 or even consistently at that BP. I believe over the years I believe I had minor symptoms of vertigo a few times, perhaps. Then nothing for at least 1.5 yrs.
When I got the one for sure vertigo attack my BP was consistently lower and when I started investigating online that lower pressure can influence symptoms. I then made the decision to monitor and within a day decided that it would be in better interest to go off my Ramipril.
The severity and how I felt I needed that to change. So I began to take actions.
After the Vertigo passed I have monitored and so the pressure is still better that it has been for years. My Vertigo has not returned and so I am going to stay this course. I have a doctor appt. on 1st week of May and I will proceed from there.
