I am 47 and have been lifting for 25 years, I have done my share of cycles. I was young and stupid not using any PCT...
This time I want to approach it a bit smarter. I would like input on a good cycle that is mild. I do not want to bulk. I mainly want to gain strength and build lean muscle maybe cut up some. I really do not want to add too much weight but I could stand to loose maybe 15lbs. I am 5-6 185lbs. This what I was thinking.
Thoughts?
