44 yr old, been lifting 5-6 days a week for the past year. Pretty high volume. I'm genetically really thin, so it has been really hard for me to gain muscle mass. Nevertheless, I've improved a lot with no supps other than creatine. 6'1" current weight is 175 and about 15-18% bodyfat.
My test levels are nornal for my age, I was at 600 a few months ago... I want to try Test E alone, for 6-8 weeks, but I need to know exactly what to do as far as PCT goes or what to watch out for. Can someone break this down for me?
