New Aussie Logger Available

Hi everyone,

I am available to start an Aussie log if any sources are currently looking for a new logger to join their team.
Reason for the log is I want to keep myself accountable and if it helps out a sponsor on here with the Evo forum requirements then all the better.

Background info:
Used to be on a similar forum years ago now, training 6/7 days a week, mainly used to run low dose Test prop just as a base and then higher NPP and sometimes added anavar oral. Life got in the way and haven't trained or tracked nutrition in over 3+ years, but my situation has changed and now I am looking to get back into the old routine of fitness and nutrition and get rid of the dad bod.

Current stats:
35 years old
6.2
108kg

Training Plan:
6 days a week
Have subbed to the Ladder Training App- Team Forged by Coach Corey Perkins.
10,000 steps per day
For the approved log I will post the daily workouts and exercises screenshot.

Diet Plan:
Have subbed to Macrofactor App. Aiming to lose 1kg a week.
1500 calories per day (210p/50f /50c).
Zero alcohol
For the approved log will post the daily screenshot of foods including macros hit.

Supplements/Compounds:
Overall plan was to cut down fat first, keeping the protein high for training & recovery and then go on a blast once lower bodyfat. Will be cycling on and then onto TRT forever as I wont be doing any PCT, planing to run low dose GH indefinitely as well.

Was thinking of running the following to start the phase 1 cut (already have these compounds from a Evo sponsor):

2iu GH every day- fat loss, recovery, sleep.
Sema cycle- fat loss/appetite not sure how long to run, if anyone has suggestions?
Test E- Low dose per week (150/200 a week?)- overall energy and recovery.
Mast E- (100mg per week?)- E2 benefits so no AI needed.

And then compounds for the cycle/blast, was thinking test and primo and adding anavar in towards the end. Will adjust calories up once this phase 2 kicks off.

Open to ideas and feedback, have started training again a week ago, so excited to see the transformation. Feel free to PM me or reply here if any sponsors would like me on board their team.

Welcome bro

I'd probably start hitting the gym and focusing on nutrition before starting a cycle.

You've been out of for three years get back into a rhythm before you add PEDs, once you dial down how to train around your lifestyle, focus on food and water, get that on track and then THINK about using PEDs. You may not need to if you do the above well enough.


End of the day its your choice but I would get back into a routine before asking for someone to sponset you. If I was you, id throw up a log with a title like road to 15% BF to show a potential sponsor you aren't going to dip and that you're disciplined enogh to stick it out

Just my thoughts I don't mean anything to come across as being an asshole or whatever I just don't think you should jump to TRT straight away or ask for sponsorship as yet.

You should start your training diet and lifestyle log first :) after you can find sponsors, show your dedication
 
I agree with Cypher and Eddie. Get back into the swing of things first. Build a strong foundation, put on some quality muscle naturally that will allow you to retain even after the cycle.
But I see you've got your gear from the other post you made, and you're an adult who has most likely made up their mind already.

Ok thanks everyone for the feedback, ill put a diet and training log up as planned and get down to around 15% first.

I'll get some bloodwork done in the mean time to see where my current test levels and other markers are at, is there a recommended online place or just ask a local doc?

Local doc can save you $$$ doing it to see where they are at

If not, roidsafe and medical are the two common anonymous blood test refferal services in AUS

Roidsafe isn't anonymous only Imedical is. Unless they have changed it the past few weeks

Your diet is extremely low in cals and nutrients, re evaluating this will help your sustain a diet in the long term to achieve and keep your progress.

Where are you going to move in regards to calories bro? You have very little room to progress. As you can’t diet on 1000 cals, you will
Simply induce a sympathetic state and your body will go into its primitive state of hoarding fat for energy. You need way more cals, your thyroid will become sluggish and you will feel lethargic. Your T4-T3 will become non existent and your sleep will
Suffer massively with no serotonin from carbs, so weight loss will be challenge, whilst ghrelin will spike wanting you to eat more.

Please have a rethink about your plans, this isn’t the right way to diet. Learn to walk before running, gear usage is secondary, you have to think long term with the right structure in place and know what levers to pull when instead of blindly going in on low bikini athlete diet where im
