Hey. Just wanted to get some feedback....I hope this is the right place for this post...sorry if its not

I did soooo much research and still think theres so much I don't dont know! Long story short...I was stuck in a rut with my weight and bf%. My diet was right on and my training was tip top! I lift 6 days a week, fasting cardio 3 times a week, post workout low intensity cardio 2 days a week. Stats - Female, 144#, 15%, 5'7"
Catch to cardio...I'm going on month 6 of no running with at least 6 more due to torn hamstrings. Slowly building muscles back up in my hammies and glutes....slow go but i can tell its happening!

Anyways....I was stuck and was curious about other means of dropping fat and gaining lean muscle. I decided to go with SARMS cutting stack from SARMS1 (very pleased with their service so far!) GW and S4. Just started this morning! I decided to go with half doses on both to start so...

GW 10mg (increase to 20mg)
S4 25mg (increase to 50mg)

I have a crazy schedule so I split the dose to be 12 hours apart. From what I read some people had a better time adjusting to it when they split the dose. I've done ECA stacks before and with no problems what so ever.....kinda lame actually! So far I haven't noticed anything to have me worried about increasing my dose.

I have been trying to read as much as i can about this....I want to get the most out of it. I have read all different lengths of cycles and not sure how long I should go? Also, I have read that adding Albuterol is something to try, but not sure really (haven't seen it too much). There's just so much info out there, I think I'm thinking too much! I guess any thoughts or comments would be appreciated! Thanks again!

How to properly dose S4... The Dylan Gemelli Method
HOW TO PROPERLY DOSE S4

THE DYLAN GEMELLI METHOD

Okay everyone… I wanted to write this up to make sure that everyone knows how to properly dose S4… As most of you know, the common side effect associated with S4 is the night vision issue. This results in one of two or both of these issues: A yellow tint associated with vision at night and/or a hard time adjusting to darkness or light… Normally the adjustment period is very quick but can effect some much worse than others. Basically, s4 can bind to the receptor in the eye causing these problems. UNDERSTAND that it is IMPOSSIBLE to know if this will happen to you and at what dosage this may happen… 50 mg is the general starting spot for dosing. Some people get the vision issue immediately even at this moderate dose. Some are able to get up to 100 mg a day with very minimal problems… There is no way to tell what category you fall into until you try… The vision issue is not permanent and the half life on s4 is very short (around 4-6 hours) Some people are forced to go to dosing s4 for 5 days and then taking 2 off because they cannot handle the vision issue… I try to do everything I possibly can to avoid this because I do not want to miss any days of usage…

So, it is important to understand how to dose s4 properly. Some people are content at staying at 50 mg for an entire 8 week cycle. Others, want to increase the dosage but there is a very specific protocol to follow to ensure that vision issues are kept to a minimum…

I compare this protocol to fighting Mike Tyson on Mike Tyson’s punchout. If anyone has ever played the game they will appreciate this comparison. When you fight Mike Tyson, the first 1:20 seconds of round 1, if you are hit just one time you are knocked down… This is the danger zone… Once you get past that first 1:20 you are much safer but you still must proceed with caution because the fcker is still dangerous…

This is the same with S4… You must go 2 weeks at 50 mg… If you get through the 2 weeks with minimal to no vision issues then you past the danger zone… You are safe then to increase your dosage but must proceed with caution… After two weeks you can bump to 60 mg… Now you are testing the waters… You must now stay on 60 mg between 10-14 days… I would say 12 is the safest bet… Then it is okay to increase again to 70 mg if you are able to… I feel like between 70 and 80 mg is the sweet spot however there is benefit up to 100 mg… You should continue to follow protocol of 10-14 days on each 10 mg incremental increase… By following this protocol, you could get up to 100 mg for at least the last week… You should NEVER GO ANY HIGHER THAN 100 mg… As I mentioned, the sweet spot is between 70-80 mg… Every increase needs to be with extreme caution and if the vision issues begin, you know where your boundary is… Some of us are luckier than others in terms of receptor binding… DO NOT BE IN A RUSH to increase dosage… Following this protocol will be the safest and MOST EFFECTIVE way of dosing s4.

Welcome to Evo !
Have you ever heard of TB-500
It's great for Injuries.
I've used it for quite a few, and so have many other Members.................................. JP
P.S.
I really do Hate Injuries.
I hope that you get back on your Feet - ASAP

pam/cjc igf-1LR3 and tb-500 are all great for the healing process.....Might be worth researching Peptieds.....I have only used GHRP2 and sermorelin combo blend every night before bed and it really has helped with old injuries and sleep.............

Stuck in a rut usually means underlying hormone issues, ie, cortisol that need to get resolved first. I'd lessen the number of workouts per week but increase the intensity.

Thanks for all the answers! Guess there is a lot more info I need to check out!
As far as increasing my workouts....they're as intense as I can go at the moment. I've been lifting (and actually knowing what I'm doing) for about 7 years now. It was the damn running that got me! Took a break from just lifting and interval runs to training for a marathon...that's what go me down. Running is stupid (right now anyway...).

I thought the same thing about my hormones and had all the labs done for that...i'm normal :/

Diet - BMR is around 1425cal, 2200 required, I cut by 10% till i found the sweet spot. I do good around 1600-1700 cals.
3am - wake up - CLA, BCAA's, Glutamine, Multi
4am - fasted cardio
7am - Glutamine, 7-8 egg whites, rice cake with peanut butter and some sort of fruit
9am - lifting (on lift days)
11am - protein shake, almonds, BCAA's
1pm - boxing or HIIT (on non lifting days)
2pm - tuna, rice cake with peanut butter, almonds
snack on almonds between then and dinner
6pm - dinner - usually 6-8oz chicken breast or 8 egg whites, some sort of veggie - usually mushrooms, asparagus or sweet potato.
8:30pm - protein shake or 4-5 egg whites
9pm bed
FYI...I don't eat fast food, stay away from as much sugar as i can, nothing fried, only drink water, no processed foods if I can help it. i eat when I'm hungry because I can have days that I workout A LOT! I don't worry about the number on the scale (not one of "those" girls! drives me nutso!) I just see the parts that suck and can't get them to change....most due to the hamstring injury and not using my glutes or hammies like I needed to i guess....just frustrating when you work so hard and things don't change!

I think thats everything....like I said, my schedule is crazy because i have different workout partners for dif things and their schedules are always different.

Sounds like your on your way. Of course diet and eating can always be tweaked and commented on it's not the same for everyone but yours looks clean. Ummm.... every try bike riding???? Its easy on the joints and will burn off unwanted areas. Also, why wait for the workout partners? I like to roll solo a lot unless it is with a good freind. I don't like waiting on people when I'm ready to roll.

OK a few questions. Did you tear your jammies running or lifting?

2. Seems likes u eat every two hours. Maybe try going every three hours. That will force your body to use fat deposits

3. If you are 5'7" 144 and 15%bf that shud be pretty thin. What are you going for here? Like fitness model type look like 7-9% bf and 130? Cause 15% bf for a woman is pretty good.

Also have you had children?

Seems to me also that maybe you arnt seeing your results because of a slight case of over training. Sometimes when u train too hard too much your body doesn't change because you are fatiguing it so much it can't ever catch up. Just my humble opinion.

Oh and welcome to evo

Welcome to EVO and congrats on your hard work and diet. With those two things in check, sarms are definitely the best route for you right now and there's no doubt you'll break through your current plateau with cardarine and s4. I always run them between cycles along with ostarine and experience fat loss as well as lean muscle gains. You're definitely on the right path. There's no other advice I can give you as it seems you've obviously done your homework on them and you have the dosages down. You can run them for a total of 12 weeks. Take a 4-6 week break before running them again if you decide to go that route. Good luck

Kitty, don't you know cardio is dangerous.

I do have 1 kid. I have to have workout partners! I have a gym....people seem to think that if I'm not working out with someone, I don't need to workout! Drives me nuts! So I keep workout partners to keep the jackasses from interrupting me. I don't think I'm overtraining. I know it sounds like a lot but I know when to stop and rest. Also, I finally started riding a bike again! It hurts so I don't do it very often tho. I tore my hamstrings over a period of time and then finished them off one day doing sprints with my boot campers - I always win! and a lady tried to cheat so I took off all crazy and that was the worst! Instead of stopping tho, I continued to run and tried to continue my marathon training....didn't workout too well :( Oh well...lesson learned!

Again thanks for all the replies! This site has been so helpful!! :)

Yes. You need to realize when ur injured and stop. Biggest mistake all athletes make. We all all want to win. I'm an athlete also. You need to listen to ur body. Its trying to tell hey too much plz stop. Well it seems like you want to get to that shredded stage. After having a child that could be part of it. My gf had no problem getting the bf down. Then once she had a child her body comp changed. She went from being a mesomorph to and endomorph. We changed some things in her diet and training it made all the difference. Sarms will definatly get you to the next level.
