Hey everyone I’m 25 and been thinking about starting Peds. I’m about 240 and I’m looking for info and just opinions on what the best way to go about it is. I go to the gym and are very active, just can’t lose the weight. I’m looking to lose the weight and gain some muscle as well. Thank you.

Would get some bloodwork done. Could you tells us about you diet at the moment and training/Cardio your doing. It will help us, help you
 
Yes, I go to the gym typically about 3/4 times a week and usually transfer upper and lower every time I go. Then end with a 30 min cool down on the treadmill. The diet aspect is usually I’ll eat a protein bar and a banana in the morning then try and eat a pb&j on lunch sometimes I just go to the gas station and end the night with some type of meat. Just really want the weight gone.

Really need you to clean up diet and maybe look into food prepping

First thing is first track your current intake daily. If it Varys day to day a lot it makes it a lot harder to stay consistent.

Prioritise real whole foods, make sure you are in a deficit. A good goal to start with is make sure you are moving around more, just increasing your daily output can go along way, you could go for a 10-20 min walk first thing in the morning and again before you shower for bed. Ontop of your normal daily activity.

For ped's or fat loss aids, I would definetly get bloods. But generally speaking a glp for fatloss won't hurt. Ie: Reta at 1mg weekly for 4 weeks and escalate if needed.

But diet and exercise are always NO1. Use these things as leavers to help not as a crutch because making the habit changes is what matters, a lot of people with glp's nuke their appetite and don't change their habits and they rebound once stopping them.

Do things smart and this community will support teach and guide you to the body and mindset you want/need

you can exericse all you want. until you fix your diet it won't help you ! NOTHING at a gas station is healthy! and PB&J is likely horrible ingredients across the board
read the logs on here and see how guys are eating and learn healthy eating

At 240lbs your first priority is bodyfat reduction because higher bodyfat increases aromatization, blood pressure strain, and side risk on any cycle.
PEDs are not the solution to fat loss when calories, macros, and training structure are not fully dialed in. We should get you on retatrutide or a GLP1 but thats later.

Before anything you need a precycle training and diet log with daily food, calories, protein, bodyweight trend, steps or cardio, and training details so we can see why weight is not dropping.
Get that up first and the EVO family can help you actually fix the root problem instead of masking it with drugs. 15min of your time to start.


HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Steroids aren't fat burners. You should maybe look at peptides instead and then also get a log going and post up your diet.

Your diet needs to be worked on. This is the no judgment zone. Why don't you post up a log and lay out honestly what your diet looks like. List the food specifically and let's work on improving that part before we worry about steroids.
