Hello peeps,
Sorry for not introducing myself immediately but I like to read post and see how people reply to questions so I know I'm mingling with. I appreciate the knowledge and information you collectively have here. I've been around weight rooms my whole life, I've had Crohn's disease for a couple decades. I have a couple cycles under my belt from back in the day but also due to health issues and a broken will I quit working out for over a decade. I'm back in the gym, I'm here to learn, ask, give and I appreciate any help I can get along the way. Thanks.

I've two local buddies one of which has Crohn's and one with Colitis. Both, when they can, use GH to help. How do you cope?

I have a cousin that suffered for years with crohn and due to a change in his health insurance he took my advice and read the book "the makers diet" he followed it to a t and now he doesnt have to take any meds and is back to a normal healthy weight. most disease is just a side effect of the poor food choices we have in the us today. you can get healthy . i know you can
