Hello I’m male 33 years old. I used to workout quite a bit when I was serving a sentence in prison I was able to get myself pretty strong from lifting twice a day. It’s been about 5 years now since I worked out like that and now I feel like I’m old and can’t gain like I used to. I’m trying to find out what kind of cycle I should start out on, I see all these links and stuff products but I honestly have no idea how to find what I should do what amount is right how long to do it and so on. If anyone is willing to give me some advice so I can start getting big it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey brother your in the right place for what your looking for. We need to get a bit more of an idea of where your at though brother before we can accurately design a cycle for you and suggest what compounds, length of cycle and supplements.

Wheres your training at currently? You back in the gym now or havent been training?
Next one is nutrition, whats a day of eating look like for you? Do you track food/macros?
Have you used Ped's before at all?

Do you have kids already or are you wanting to have kids soon/later?

Now this may seem a little bit to process and if your not training or havent been tracking foods or any of the above that is completely fine legend we will get you to where you need to be in a safe and healthy way and you will have the full support from the evo fam the whole way.

The best way we can do this is for you to start a log, a training and nutrition log we can help fine tune your diet and your training session amd get your body in a good position to run a cycle. Ill tag some of the vet mods here to help assist with this so give them a little time to respond as we are all from different parts of the world here at evo but have a wealth of experience between all of us.

Respect for turning things around after that time inside, it takes discipline to start over.

Before even thinking about a cycle you need to start a proper training log so we can see your workouts, food, sleep, and recovery. Without that base we can’t guide you right, so post your routine and meals first then we’ll build from there. Should take you about 15min.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

'can't gain anymore' there are a lot of reasons this can be happening. it can be sleep, diet, training, mental health. it also could be hormonal. i would go get a full blood work panel done

First of all @MackMayne welcome to EVO! You're in the right place and on the right forum because the rest of them are shit and don't compare to EVO.

There's nothing wrong with you wanting to cycle, nothing at all. However, we don't recommend here to start a cycle when you're starting training (basically you're starting again, not 'starting over', but starting again) and it's best you get your natural strength levels and cardio near your max natural limit and then we can dial you in with a cycle.

How do we do that? On here we use personal logs. Like a daily journal where you post everything you're eating, doing, training, sleeping, including all your supplements. We need to get that all in check first before adding in powerful PED steroids to get you enhanced. Does that make sense? If you're serious about this it should make sense and keep in mind I'm not saying you shouldn't run a good cycle to get yourself back in shape it just would be a bit of a waste right now and might backfire if your BF% is too high at the moment.

Specifically take a look since end of August, beginning of September and also the last 10 pages and you'll see the detail involved if you wanna go allin with it. It paid me back 100 fold for doing this.

Also, I've been to prison and even spent time in the SHU and it's definitely an adrenaline rush having to have eyes on the back of your head and controlling your smiles and cries ALL the time. Now... I just smile a lot and reserve the aggression for the gym or the lucky few who deserve to be honoured with my wrath if deserved.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

PCT
(after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test and hormones back up and running)

Diet (we have to see you have this dialed in with macros and calories)

Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper first and have established a good base of strength/cardio)

Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for an 8-week trial run to assist)

33 is young mate. Prime years really. Are there any things you could think of that would slow/prevent progress (bad sleep, bad diet etc)? Have you had blood test recently to check your general health and hormones?
 
I’m working on eating better. Mainly things like tuna chicken salmon etc for lunch. Chicken and veggies for dinner and oatmeal with peanut butter for breakfast during the work week and eggs for breakfast on the weekend. The only thing I think that I would consider bad is I just quit smoking about 3 months ago. I don’t get as tired/out of breath from things anymore. I’ve had blood work done it’s been about 1 1/2 years tho.

You might find your calories are low man, would be worth to track your day and see where your macros land, all the gear in the world wont outdo a solid diet

Actually thats probably not true 😂. Im sure you could blast a ton of gear and barely eat and still gain - but thats not the point haha
