Newbie first cycle

Im thinking about starting my first cycle and im not sure what would be best for me. I have been doing my HW on these forums for the past year and I get feedback from some buddys of mine but im still unsure of whats best for me.
Im 140lbs, maybe 12% body fat (just in my core) Im 5'8", 25 years old. My reasonable goal is 160lbs and lean muscle. considering this is my first cycle, i dont know if I should stack or just do one type. Heres what im thinking, very basic:
12 weeks of test E alone followed by nolva

I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance...

Look man, I'm pretty sure most people would not recommend a cycle at your stage of development. When I was 140lbs at 5'9" I was very skinny, lower body fat percentage but same ball park.
If you are hard pressed on running a cycle you're probably not gonna get direct replies here or research more.
But
Here's why this is potentially problematic:
-If you don't have good training knowledge and DIET (most important part for someone your size) then you're going to waste your money and slightly your health on gear
-If you do eat and train well, you might run into another issue: injuries. Your muscles are going to grow so fast that your connective tissue won't be able to keep up. Hence why you should some time of heavy lifting naturally before hoping on gear. This is a guaruntee but it is a common problem if not perfect
 
140lbs??
Absolutley not ready for gear...at 5'8 you should be at like 170 at least naturally...
If you have a fast metabolism you need to eat upwards of 5000 cals a day and see how you feel/look, food is so much more anabolic than roids bro...and train hard af...
 
Man, I don't want to sound rude but with those stats I'd rather suggest to focus on training and your diet.
No one should need steroids to reach 160lbs body weight. It's just a matter of consistency and time.

How long have you been training by the way?
And how is your nutrition at the moment? Are you gaining weight on weekly basis?
How's the training?

You have a lot of natural growth yet to do before you should consider a cycle. Right now you dont have a sufficient base or foundation built yet.
 
im sure you are seeing the same answers over and over and they are not going to change unless you find someone that just tells you what you want to hear or is completely clueless on how to keep someone safe and do this the right way... you are a very long way from any sort of steroid use right now... this all can and should be done naturally... you will set yourself up for nothing but problems using steroids being this undersized to start with
 
If you are stuck at 140lbs, you really need to first focus on eating MORE...a lot more while continueing to train hard. I promise you that if you were to take steroids right now, you would gain next to nothing in results because you aren't eating enough. And steroids don't magically make you at more. Good luck brother...stick with it.
