First order done with @KAOS Anabolics . Super easy to deal with, really helpful and knowledgeable… even with some of my random assed questions. Arrived in a nice discreet post pack, nice packaging, straight labels, oils look top notch. Anavar giving a very juicy pump. So far very impressed!

Just wanted to share my recent experience with Kaos, initially placed an order of some primobolan, communication was super good and Kaos even threw in a bit of discount. When the vials arrived however, one vial was fine but the other vial was filled to the brim but had ‘floaters’ in the vial which moved around when I shook the vial. Contacted Kaos to which they immediately apologised and said it was from the plastic writing on syringes that ‘wore off’ in the process or something. They immediately sent a replacement which I received yesterday and this one seemed fine. It did seem like he was right but I’m not entirely sure. Communication was overall good but just a little bit skeptical of the sterility of the brewing process now but then again Kaos could be right about the floaters or it could be something completely different. 🤷‍♂️

Seems to be syringe filtering perhaps... Warm gear softens up the tick markers on the barrel and eventually they come off.. a popular tactic for home brewers making small batches for themselves..

I may possibly be wrong here but I've had this happen to me in the past..

At least it has been replaced. Still a little bit alarming though as it brings a few things into question regarding quality of brewing protocols.

Exactly, like visually it does seem it would be and it seems fair enough of how it could happen but yeah, if little things like this can slip through, who knows who cautious/careful they are being with sterility in the brewing process. Could just be working out kinks as they are a returning lab, as again, he rectified the issue it pretty well. 🤷‍♂️

It's the black marker on these now days plastic syringes, starts to come off, as I said quality of even medical syringes is not like use too be in aus.

We've switched too glass syringes.. as we stated.. it can happen when your pumping out vials dude.. but now with glass, syringes issue is completely solved.

The plastic syringes dont hold up like they use too, likely now all Chinese shit in aus now.

It happened to couple deca vials as we stated, but caught them but when labelling boxing when your pumping them out it wears off and we caught few at the last end with a couple aswell, as we told you.

Had too crack open and refilter, few of them aswell.

You got caught out Unfortunately with one vial primo.

Apologies but as I said it's probably still fine to inject but of course a sent fresh vial, No issue as it's not good enough for our reputation and lab rep, we would replace anything that's a miss - not good enough for us, and it can happen.

But i will state - I've literally plugged whole chunks rubber from seal into myself as 19gauge cuts plugs terribly from preloadeds and probably have hundreds chunks in my glutes, ass, shoulders lats over the years and never a issue.

We've replaced your vial and it was only one out of your order, apologies bud and we've been fully transparent about it, as you spoke with threema rep.

Shit happens with UGL, we run auto electric vacuum pumps on top of a 4L top hold chamber too 10L catch thats runs 0.45um, then a sister open air breather valve that vacuums pumps from there and run too another 4L hold chamber that then runs through another 0.22um filter into a another 10L catch chamber.

And we have a couple these as filtering and messing with quiete a few compounds.

Unfortunately end of the day, after all this this is done, vials still have to be hand filled Manually.

We've switched too glass syringes for filling issues now rectified completel

anyone in the know, knows this is the norm (and actually quiete over kill on our part or filtration, but we have the systems and use them.

Anyone who says they have automation self filling machines that have recirculating autoclave tube self chemical tube cleaning filters that pumps that also clean lines & tube runs systems etc is full of shit. They cost 500k plus. Or more.

I apologised and re-placed that one vial brother.

And sorted the issue in full and thank you for bringing it up, as we are busy things go a miss. But have rectified.

Assure there's no sterility issue we do everything properly.

Any lab could chime in this is how's its done properly. But still everyone Manually has to still fill vials after filtration (but now using glass syringes for filling weve kinked out the issue to not happen again as we did notice it and thougg we caught all vials it happened too).

Every day is a new learning kerve and mistakes can always happen, just another kink we've ironed out.

Thank bro @Limbu for bringing it up aswell, as for any other lab, careful of some of the new Chinese medical supplies that are now Australia's norm.

Much Love

KAOS
