I got my bloodwork done, I’m trying to attach the bloodwork but it won’t work so I will just tell you the numbers
everything looks good but my prolactin numbers are very high at 550. is that really a bad number?
The only things I am taking are an anti depressant SSRI. So I don’t think it is that causing it
wanted to run testosterone 400mg a week for 12 weeks but want to make sure I am okay

That's a high prolactin number for sure. I would get prolactin down before using testosterone.

Try adding 0.25mgs dostinex (cabergoline) 2x/week and do blood work after, that should help.

There must be a mistake perhaps, retest, as your numbers are way too high. No cycle until you bring prolactin down

Yes, anti depressants can cause an increase in prolactin but that's especially high. You may need something to get that down.

Are you sure this is correct? that would mean you have more prolactin than the high en for pregnant women!

The normal values for prolactin are: Men: less than 20 ng/mL - Nonpregnant women: less than 25 ng/mL - Pregnant women: 80 to 400 ng/mL

That definitely sounds high. I would speak with my doctor and go over it with him.
