Shakes are to Augment your Diet, and also as a Convenience.
Especially after a Workout, if you need the Additional Protein, but don't have time for a Meal.
But Real Food should be your #1 Go To.
The only other Time I Rely more on Shakes is when I'm Ramping Up my Protein Intake to over 250 Grams a Day.
I'm not always Hungry enough to Consume 6 to 7 Meals @ 40 grams of Protein per.
So for me, that's when I'm Drinking Egg Whites at Night, and Shakes 1st thing AM................................... JP
