Approved Log Rehab Bulk Cycle Training Log with Team Oxygen O2

Well bad news guys. Just got off the phone with dynacare. Not only did they lose requisition but my e2 sensitive sample as well. Theyve offered for me to comeback and redo it, but ive already upped EQ so theres no point bussing for hrs.

@LevButlerov guess there will be a missing data point in the EQ effect blood work.

I talked to them again later. They said they lost the second page of my req not thd sample. So it just never got tested at all.

I can, but unfortunately the cycle has changed already. Ill be doing oxygens bloods soon. Im not bussing to another city for a test that doesnt matter now that ive changed every variable. Lol

They gave me a req again, i may just hold on to it til i need to do oxygens bloods, save the $80 req fee.

Well it was fun dirty bulking for 2 weeks. Definitely got some bodyfat. Lol

@LevButlerov Protein king challenge is complete. :cool:. Now im going to scale back. No set numbers, i aint that strict. Lets say protein and carbs in the 200-300g range and try keep fat around 80g or so.

Got atleast some leg work in. Remind me to never again do exercises with my feey stuck through regular hand grip attachments. That shits hard on the ankle edema. I may revisit legs on the weekend at gym as i will be home.

Well im exhausted and im sure my day will be great when the sugar withdrawal hits.

Nothing wrong with that all you have to do is avoid high glycemic carbs for the most part but since you're looking to put on (lean) mass and weight on this cycle this is doable without it setting you back. I'd go more like 3-4 days vs. a week but up to you. You're tall and looking to put on mass so you might be able to pull it off for one week out of each month.

Just a quick arm workout as i didnt start til quite late and i was pretty beat. Will be attempting legs tomorrow with a cable attacent. Maybe some donkykicks to get caked up. ;)

2 more days of protein king and im slowly whittling down the other challenge. The vamp challenge should take around 36 more days if rests are included and i dont need extra rests.

I'm still waiting to hear back about my heart scan and I finally got an appointment to get my ultrasound on my lipoma on my back (for those who got this far reading see my first 2026 log :p)

Feet have been pretty good. Though i wear comp socks and sleep feet up permanently. Soles of my feet hurt a touch.
The comp socks suck but ya gotta do it bro. I wore those things for months. Mine was really bad and it was due to my heart issues 5-6 years ago. Good news is my heart is super good to go now so you should be fine. Keep the lasix on board, tons of water and electrolytes and the comp socks going.

Well brothers, i am deeply saddened i did not get my damn skor donuts. Out of pure post seizure depressive wrath, i broke 4 PR's this leg day. None of the lifts were 1RM's either. Lol

I will still get my donuts but the lift deffinitely helped combat depression a bit. More so because the PR's i think.

Ive ran out of creatine and i prob wont buy a tub for a bit to let some water go. Edemas a lot lighter. It doesnt swell anywhere near as fast. Shoulders still sore, so maybe a pull day tomorrow.

That's why I dont do heavy leg press, or overhead press...dont need any spinal depression...im only 5'10 😅

Never got the donuts, but i did get some post seizure snacks for sure. Choco milk, mozza sticks and brookies. Ill be over 10k cal today for sure. I go 1 of 2 ways after a seizure.

1. high calorie junk snacks next day or so.
2. 1-3 day starvation with a low appetite for up to a week or so.

I find jamming high calories down the hatch keeps me from slumping to heavily.
