sarms and fasting

Hey I had a question do sarms break a fast? I was looking to do a long fast, probably 10+ days to get the medical benefits and help my body cleanse out good. During this time I am worried about losing muscle so thought up the idea to use sarms during it. But I want to get all the benefits of fasting.

You can use sarms first 3 days when you getting into ketosis, then take time off as you fast 7 days

If you are doing IF for fat loss there really nothing wrong with using SARMs. If you are long term fasting for the overall health benefits you should not be using SARMs or any supplements.

It wouldn't be the actual active SARM compound but the alcohol they are suspended in that would technically break the fast. Super small amount but still has calories.
