Simplest, yet most EFFECTIVE cycle out there.

What's going on everyone. My question today is regarding what I should do for my very first cycle.

I am 6'2", 163 pounds. Not an once of fat on me but I have a frame, which is ready to fill out. In short, I am looking to add about 15-20 pounds of lean, dry muscle in my upper body.

I am looking for the SIMPLEST and most BASIC cycle out there...one preferably with little to no side effects. I don't want to run anything for too long. In short, I don't want to fuck around with it, as I don't have any physical experience with AAS. Whatever I use...I would prefer one, which will have low negative effects on my body as a whole.

I know I am ready to start as I have put in more research and thought than I ever imagined I could. In the end, I want to leave little room for myself to fuck up the cycle. This early in the game, I want in and out...and I want to do it in the safest and most effective way.

Any suggestions or sharing of past experiences are more than greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of the help!

Well if this is your very first cycle. Test is the way. So there are a few options here. Test E, Test C, or Sust whitch is a test blend. I myself like Cyp over E, but you can get really good gains with Sust.
My recommendation is Test C 400 to 500mg a week for 8 to 10 weeks.
Just pin 1 mil every 3 or 4 days.

Whats your age brother? and welcome to the forum. you wont want to hear this however at 163 lbs myself and many other members here will say you have potential to gain that 15-20 lbs easily natty without any gear. At 6'2" you should be able to get to 185 easily with diet and training. gear is not magic. You still need to eat and train to get the results you are looking for.

I would hold off on starting a cycle until you have your diet and training down first. At your height and weight, you can make a lot of progress naturally. Diet will be the biggest thing for you. Give this article I wrote on developing a lean mass gain diet and training protocol a read. Print off the grocery list article I wrote as well.

If you want to supplement your diet and training with anything, look into SARMS. Particularly the SARMS triple stack. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of amortization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

Thanks for the input! I have always wanted to lean towards Test C so its good hearing that. I have always been unsure on the dosing but will take it all into consideration.

Thanks bro! No doubt! I appreciate the honestly and thats good to hear from someone with a similar frame. I have been a D1 runner and runner in general my whole life. Idk wtf it is haha but I've got genetics that will not allow me to put weight on. I've got a very detailed diet and training plan and really know what Im doing with those. Just weighing all of my options but feel like as of now and for awhile, I will be stuck right around where I am. Thanks again man.

That is one hell of a write up! Ive got both articles printed out right infant of me. I really appreciate your expertise and guidance. My diet and training are almost where I want them to be. I eat every 90 minutes (in general), and eat 3 solid meals a day...but I can implement a lot more protein into my everyday food intake. There is a lot I can take from both of your articles.

Whether it be genetics or anything, I just know I will stay right around the same area I am right now, no matter the training or diet. I understand more than anyone that AAS or not magic. I know what its like to put in the work in all aspects of life. I will consider all options and appreciate you taking the time to forward me that.

My central rule is push your discipline to get you to 200lbs naturally. I'm way shorter, and put in the work to get to 200. At your height your really lean right?

to transition from running to weight training is going to take time.

the conditioning you have built from running does not equate to weight training in terms of muscle conditioning, but it will help you because you have a strong heart.

if you were to hop on steroids right now you would quickly gain a lot of mass but it wouldn't be keepable mass as you haven't build a base yet to fall back on. also you would run into a lot of nagging injuries as your body is not ready to take on the quick extra mass and strength.

I would experiment with workout programs and give it a solid 2 years.. you should easily put on 20-30 pounds in that time frame naturally.

and it isn't your genetics that are preventing you from adding mass, its that you have been a runner all your life ... if you are talented enough to be a D1 athlete then you have better genetics than 99% of people out there, so please don't make that bs excuse. I'm not saying you have the genetics to be a pro bodybuilder, but you do have athletic genetics which will help you excel at any sport you put your mind to it. so if you were to spend your next 2 years focused on weight training now I bet you would be successful

Lift-a-Bol with a lottlis food-a-drol goes a long way... 😂😂😂😂

500-600mg it test for 16 weeks and a 40mg ED dbol kicker is perfect.

163 pounds? Dude, eat. Great won't do jack shit if you're not putting in the effort on diet. You're not eating enough, if you were you wouldn't be in here talking about not being able to gain weight.

Basic test cycle. 500mg test enanthate ew. Run an AI and n2guard during cycle. and perfect pct after.

Yeah, what these guys said. I got over 200lbs naturally (at 5'10") but in order to be in contest shape (striated glutes) I had to diet down to 160. I put in a good 9 years of training before deciding to hop on, and even then it was only because my natural test levels were so low. Refer to this flow chart:

Years Natural > Diet > Training > Recovery > Gear

Hey bro forgot to reply but I turn 22 in January.

I'm eating every 90 minutes and each meal is a substantial one...as well as eating a solid breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This has been consistent as well. I appreciate the honesty and will eat more.

You want to put on mass, there's such an easy way. I am 6'4" and I lifted and ate from 189 up to 256 pounds naturally. Here's what no one will tell you, squat 5x5 every other day, drink a gallon of whole milk every day on top of your diet. That's the way that worked for me.

I started training at 6'1 and 125 pounds. I know EXACTLY where you are coming from. I have both used, and flat out abused steroids. I am telling you this honestly as someone who cares, steroids are no magic wand and won't do much unless your diet and training is on point.

3 solid meals per day isn't NEAR enough. You want to be getting in 5-6 solid meals per day and 1-2 shakes. Take a look at my current diet and training protocol here: http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/offseason-week-7-check-35428.html

That is good advice. 6 meals. 2 shakes. Lots of clean cals. Gotta stop running though. Burning muscle.

Couldn't agree any more. If you are looking for something extremely safe, practical, and not too long, then the SARMs triple stack should be the way to go for you. It has no side effects, and requires a milder PCT. Besides, SARMs are taken orally, so there will be no need for injections. Furthermore, you will save on ancillaries (such as AI's) and on PCT, since you will have more than enough with a mini-PCT with SARMs.

I ran sust for my first cycle and it was great!!!
15 weeks 1cc twice a week on a 3-4 schedule. but of course as always my training and dieting was perfect. but like I've also said before GET TO YOUR NATURAL PEAK FIRST.

Bro diet alone can add 20 pounds on ur frame. After that u can try Sarms before u hope on ur first cycle.

I always tell this story. ..my bro was a skinny guy. Roughly the same as you. He ate crazy amounts of bullshit food, did cycles etc. He got huge. But sloppy. He spent about 2 years back tracking, fixing his diet, leaning out, getting rid of the constent bloat, cleaning up his bloods etc. He always says. ...if he could do it again, he would have been patient and put the size in the right way.

These guys who commented above know their shit, most have been there. Just do things the right way and you won't be disappointed.

Age? Goals? My training partner in the mid 90s was 6'5" and a marathoner. Drug free we took him from 185 to 245 in 18 months... strong and big. Keep first cycles simple and plan it out if you are dead set on doing AAS. Take a look at all the ideas in NYRebel's lessons learned thread. Priceless stuff there!
