43 years old. 6'2 195-203lbs. Was out of serious gym time for quite a while. Worked out in home gym off-on for years plus farm chores. I have only ran one cycle in the past, many years ago of Test/EQ. Been going to the gym 5 days a week, every week for almost a year now. After two years of bloods showing LowT I started testosterone in Feb. According to a Dexa in January and again last month I put on about 8lbs of lean mass. I am currently taking 200mg test/week. Started out pinning once a week and then went to pinning 3x week to try to reduce sides. Started getting slightly sore nipples and back acne. I have taken small dose AI a few times after noticing the nipple soreness but it went away after switching to 3x week. After lots of research I am now trying daily.
Bloods before switching to 3x week test.

On test I have been feeling great. I have also ran some GLOW for a nagging rotator cuff and finishing up a run of tesa. Would really like to put on about 10 more lbs and then lean out some more. Want to try a run of bumping up test hopefully without blowing up my E2 even more. I have been reading about running primo with the test, if for nothing else a better option to other AI's. What are thoughts on running test at 300mg for a bit and adding on 100-150mg primo? Would I see any benefits from primo other than hopefully reduced E2. I don't know what my estradiol is sitting at currently since changing my test frequency. Due for bloods in a few weeks to see but I haven't been having any sides. There are a lot of mixed emotions out there on estradiol levels with many doctors not really caring about the actual level vs how you feel. I am done having kids and don't really care about the size of my balls so normal PCT is not really a concern, not currently running HCG.
