It really depends to the extent of how bad they are but for many that have gone through rapid weight loss, most need plastic surgery to really remedy the problem
How about photos of the issue? I have stretch marks from when I first started steroids back in the mid 90's. I still have them but they don't bother me. Mine are in the delt/pec tie ins.
